Best pet grooming in Kuala Lumpur: find options near you

Been using this grooming shop for a while but recently had a bad experience and won’t be returning anymore. The shop owners dog attacked and bit my leg, owner and staff still cincai and tidak apa attitude. No effort at all to make customer happy, still charge full price and act like nothing happen.

Dog bite can cause rabies or tetanus or other infection, extremely unprofessional owner and staff.

As a first-time dog owner, I dropped by to grab some essentials for my pup, and Wei Wan was super helpful! She even climbed up to get the dog beds we were eyeing and was really patient and friendly the whole time. The store has a great variety of pet stuff at reasonable prices. Definitely coming back. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend HapyKat to send your furbabies. Ive been sending my cats to get their services since 2-3 years ago and never once I felt unsatisfied. Before boarding or grooming, they will provide consultation and guide you how do to basic self remedy at home.

Just sharing my personal experience from this pet shop. I bought a golden retriever puppy from this pet shop last year. I’m a first time pet owner. Lack of knowledge! So I went to this shop and fall in love with this cute puppy. When I asked about the puppy’s parents I just got the replied that they are healthy. On the day I pick up my puppy, at 6pm Sun they asked me to bring him for checking on the spot if anything can come back to them. But at that time vet already close. So please read carefully the term and condition before you make payment. For future buyer please read and ask everything before payment. When we brought him home few days later we realised that the way he walks like not so normal. Then we also checked with vet during vaccination. So vet advice to monitor. And too young for him to do xray. Ok fast forward after few months now he slowly have symptoms hard to walk up from sitting or laying down position. I brought him for xray and found out that he has hip dysplasia on both legs. It’s from his genes and born with it. From the pet shop we don’t know the past background and history really pity some ppl just want to make money and just breed even got problem. Because after sales all the issues is not related to them. We need to face it and take care of the rest. The medication, surgery, supplements,physio all not cheap.. and most importantly is that we have to see our baby in pain.

I don’t wish other new pet owner like me bought without due diligence. I hope others can check before buying and seek for professional advice first. Buy from breeder or at least have their parents details or meet their parents before buying at least won’t have to face all this. This is what I learned after having a puppy. Hope everyone has a healthy pet

Easy set appointment through Whatsapp. Send my 2 cats at 10am, 1.30pm ready to be picked up. Updates were sent during grooming. Can request for cats to be weighed, no additional cost. During pickup, clear explanation was given – one of the cat has ear mite & damp around leg as they are scared of blower. The environment – clean, no unpleasant smell.

Brought my puppy here for basic grooming. Was not satisfied at all. Paid extra for poodle leg but it was not poodle leg at all. Face hair not trimmed my dog doesn’t look like was groomed. Wasted my rm 70 for grooming. Will never ever return here

The idea of entire service is: we don’t need to go somewhere , the truck comes to your house/condo. Price wise- I would say normal. For big size (we have husky) is 200++ only- way better than I spend my time daily to comb him myself .
HOP team upon contact will collect all information about your pet, so – the proper team member will come for grooming. Our cat didn’t like it at all , in fact he doesn’t like anything what is outside of his house and anyone who is not belong to his family, but yet- he was alright immediately when go into bag to ho back to his house. And about our husky- well, husky love anything whatever is outside of the house, anything but not stay at home
So, we will call HOP team again after some time .

Great customer service and responds quickly. I used the mobile grooming services, they are efficient and takes care of each of my dog’s needs whilst accustoming to their behaviours at my house, which is extremely convenient for me.
