We recently visited P3S to find a companion for our newly adopted cockatiel, and we’re so glad we did! After reading so many positive reviews, we had high hopes—and the experience definitely lived up to the hype.

From the moment we walked in, Wong greeted us warmly and patiently answered all of our (many!) questions. As first-time bird owners, we were a bit nervous, so we had Rex help us trim our cockatiel’s nails and explain the process so we’d know what to do in the future.

What really stood out was how much time they gave us to interact with a few potential bird friends before making a decision—never any pressure, just genuine care for what was best for us and our bird.
Even after bringing our new feathered friend home, they’ve continued to be a great support—offering advice and answering follow-up questions. They also carry a great selection of birds (both tame and untamed), food, toys, supplements, accessories, and cages.

If you’re a new bird owner or just looking for a trustworthy place with knowledgeable and kind staff, we can’t recommend P3S enough!

This shop is absolutely amazing! The birds are healthy, active, and well cared for. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to share helpful tips. You can really tell they love and respect the animals. A wonderful place for bird lovers and 1st timer!

It was my first time using a pet taxi because the clinic could not pick up our cat, as the clinic’s car broke down. And my cat needed to go for surgery.

After reading the reviews and deciding to use CaTaxi for my first experience (because WhatsApp Customer Service could slot in a one-way pickup and deliver to the clinic on the same day), I decided to give it a go.

The driver came on time for pickup, so I was pleased that he came on time. It was around 4.10 p.m., so I figured my cat would arrive at the clinic roughly around 4.30 p.m., depending on traffic.

However, around 4.57 p.m., the clinic informed me that my cat had not arrived, and my family and I panicked. I received no follow-ups or updates on the driver’s whereabouts, so I had to contact him instead. I found out he reached the wrong place and mentioned it was a map issue (which made our family very stressed and worried for the cat because I had given both full addresses for pickup and delivery).

I shared the clinic’s Google Maps with him in case he said it is a map issue (again). When I asked for the updated ETA, he said 5.45pm. You can imagine our feelings about this – not very pleased and very worried.

I informed WhatsApp Customer Service about this issue, and all we could do at that point was pray that our cat arrived safely.

By 6:12 p.m., I received a photo showing that my cat had arrived at the clinic. So it took 2 hours to go from my place to the clinic (roughly 20 minutes without traffic). Thank God the cat was OK, but stressed.

Would I use the service again? Probably only because of the professionalism of WhatsApp’s customer Service, so I provide the Stars for this.

But would I use the same driver? No, so I cant put extra Stars.

This is something CaTaxi needs to improve to update your customers along the way, so we do not need to go through the stress and be very concern of our fur pets.

Been using the cat taxi to transport our cats for grooming or to cat hotel. We are very happy with the service. Simply the best! Cataxi Wana handled our cat well. Overall, it is a good experience. Communication is great and thorough. Happy with the service. Thank you so much!

Been using this grooming shop for a while but recently had a bad experience and won’t be returning anymore. The shop owners dog attacked and bit my leg, owner and staff still cincai and tidak apa attitude. No effort at all to make customer happy, still charge full price and act like nothing happen.

Dog bite can cause rabies or tetanus or other infection, extremely unprofessional owner and staff.

As a first-time dog owner, I dropped by to grab some essentials for my pup, and Wei Wan was super helpful! She even climbed up to get the dog beds we were eyeing and was really patient and friendly the whole time. The store has a great variety of pet stuff at reasonable prices. Definitely coming back. Highly recommend!

The staff, which they call ‘kakak, were very nice, sweet & gentle when handling my cat and knew how to coax my cat when I was away for such a long time. I’m the type of person who, once I find the best place, it’s hard for me to change, and this is definitely the best place to bring your cat. Luna comes here every month for her milky bath, and she’s also getting ear mite treatment, where I’ve already seen huge improvement from the previous month.

Groomers Amyra, Aishah dan Abang Rasydan semua sangat gentle and handle Luna dengan baik.

Best part, diorang siap bagi report sekali, with videos of the bath and pics of ear cleaning, so I tahu exactly apa yang diorang buat and I really appreciate it. I’ve even used their cat taxi service when I couldn’t send Luna myself, and it was super convenient.

Overall, I’m really satisfied with their service and will keep coming back!

This was my very first time boarding him, so I was quite worried. However, the kakaks and abangs here took such good care of my bb, and I’m sooo grateful to them

I had the incredible opportunity to volunteer at Galeri Animal Malaysia, and it was one of the most fulfilling experiences I’ve ever had. The environment is clean, well-organized, and run with genuine heart. I left each day feeling inspired and motivated, knowing I had made a small difference.

I learned during the visit here for my volunteering subject and the staff is so nice and outgoing. They teach everything from basic so we could do the chores calmly.

I would highly recommend HapyKat to send your furbabies. Ive been sending my cats to get their services since 2-3 years ago and never once I felt unsatisfied. Before boarding or grooming, they will provide consultation and guide you how do to basic self remedy at home.

Went on a Sunday at 11 a.m. Full house and waiting time around 1 hour. They have ample seating and 3 consultation rooms. Friendly vet and staff. Relatively cheap price. I got an antibiotic eye drop for RM15 and total for visit is RM20. Overall very good clinic

Brought my cat for a check-up after she sadly lost her kitten. The check-up went smoothly and the waiting time wasn’t too long. The staff were very friendly and gentle with my cat, which made the whole experience less stressful. The price was also affordable, which I really appreciate. Recently relocated to Malaysia with my cat and I highly recommend RF Pets to anyone seeking to do international relocation for their pets. Jeff & team was amazing and provided the best possible service with full transparency throughout the whole process. They‘ve coordinated well with the pet relocation company from my country of origin and constantly provided updates on my cat throughout the whole quarantine period. Jeff has always responded almost immediately to any questions that I have.

My wife and I had to relocate both our cats from KL to Bangkok and decided to go with RF Pets.
We couldn’t thank Jeff enough as he was very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process.
It took awhile to digest all the procedures and paperwork required and Jeff was super patient to guide us through all the steps.
All paperwork were executed flawlessly and there were no hiccups whatsoever during check-in and immigration clearance at both airports.

Jeff Leong of RF Pets Relocation is my definition of the best in business for Malaysia. Responsive, responsible and reliable. He and his staff understand and are up to date on the local laws and requirements for pet importation extremely well. I’ve used his service for relocating my large breed dog from Moscow to Kuala Lumpur. I was provided the utmost care during customs clearance and was provided daily updates of my pet all throughout his 7 day quarantine. This is not my first time importing dogs into Malaysia, but it’s my first time using Jeff’s service. Safe to day I won’t be using another service provider ever again. Especially since the cost is way lower than the impeccable service I received. He should be charging more but I’m not complaining!

We moved from Malaysia to Belgium with our dog recently and we couldn’t have done it without Jeff’s help. Jeff came highly recommended by many friends and my vet.

He was helpful and supportive from the moment we got in touch! He was extremely knowledgeable about pet export and was aware of all the updated rules and regulations. He shared with us an organised list of things we needed to do at each step. Have returned for spa treatment 3 times now. A combination of grooming and haircut. Every time the staff has been courteous and attentive with my cat. He always seems happy and well taken care.

Great service, great spa, efficient boarding, nice location! Hard to go wrong here, even the price is more than affordable than a lot of other places. Only feedback to give is somehow possibly to update more frequest, but I am super satisfied with the care provided and attention to my cats.

Very good service and my che bulus; Billie love it! Usually Che Billie has a hard time accepting people to groom her but not to the staff at Maobulous. Che Billie shows a sign of relaxed and calm after her session. Definitely worth a visit and gonna be back next time for another grooming.
