Nice ambience straight forward compact size spa. The massage bed is heated. The face breathe hole on the massage bed was very firm hence my face felt bit uncomfortable after a while. But I did fell asleep couple of times throughout the massage. Therapist daya did a great job. Tq!

Literally melted into oblivion for the 90 mins full body massage. So so good. Exactly what my tense body needed. Staff are professional, environment was peaceful and tranquil. Pressure points were worked on and it was great from start to finish. Will be back!

Irene did an excellent job with my abdominal massage. She was professional and very skilled in her technique. The massage was both relaxing and effective. I felt a noticeable release of tension and a lighter sensation in my stomach afterwards. Irene has a very natural touch that made the session feel not only therapeutic but also deeply relaxing. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality care.

Eve was a very skilled and knowledgeable technician. I got the UR a goddess package and a thermal mud massage. I am feeling completely refreshed. Everyone was so kind, they responded fast for booking and we got treated with tea at the end. This was much needed on my vacation !

I had the deep tissue massage, and my masseuse, Eve, an amazing, gentle, smiley lady, really focused on my problem areas and I really regret not getting a longer appointment. Definitely get 90 minutes! So worth it.
I am on the sensitive side when it comes to massages and strangers but she made me feel so comfortable and every single touch was just right, not too weak, not too strong, as if she had massaged me before! I had a baby a year ago and she knew exactly how to handle my problem areas and make me feel comfortable.

Great Experience at Onsen Spa

Tried the Onsen Escape (45 mins) + Intense Remedy Massage (1 hour) and it was such a good combo! The private onsen was super calming , quiet, clean, and perfect to relax before the massage.

The massage was really solid , strong pressure, just how we like it, and the therapist focused on all the right spots. Felt totally recharged after. Love the face spa too .

Nice, peaceful vibe overall and friendly staff. Great place to unwind. Would definitely come back!

After some time away from Urban Retreat Onsen Spa — often finding myself at Urban Retreat KL East Mall — I returned today for a pampering session, choosing the Deep Scrub and Aromatherapy Massage.

I entrusted my care to Wendy, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The Deep Scrub left my skin silky-soft, refreshed, and radiant, while the Aromatherapy Massage was pure bliss. I requested a light pressure, and Wendy delivered with such precision and grace, it felt as though every movement was thoughtfully tailored to my needs.

Special thanks to Romel and Jenny, whose ever-welcoming smiles and warm presence added a delightful charm to my visit, making the entire experience not only luxurious but deeply memorable.

Ambiance was great, service was even better! The experience was very seamless from the moment I entered. Facilities were great and everything provided was thoughtful from contact lens cases/solution to hair ties/clips and even some skincare products that were actually great to use after the onsen session. Ended my day with an amazing massage from my therapist – Yupa and a sweet treat – I opted for the mango cheesecake! Wish I booked a 2 hour massage instead. Will definitely be back.

I had the most blissful experience at Urban Retreat. I selected the Timeless Urutan Malaysia experience. This was possibly the best 90 minutes of my whole trip to Malaysia. From the welcome we received, to the treatment by the lovely masseuse and the relaxing departure accompanied by ginger tea and a snack, I can’t recommend them more. Amazing experience.. I and several of my family have been coming for years now, and every single time we leave renewed. The front of house are wonderful, Ronald and John were a delight. And the massage therapist, Uci, was outstanding. The whole experience just changes your entire day. Not many places that give you that.

Awesome experience at Urban Retreat today! Booked an appointment through their Whatsapp, went for onsen + massage journey. We are given a form to fill up, to let them know if we have pre-medical conditions, what areas to focus massage on and which to avoid. Then we are able to choose the different types of essential oils & onsen temperature and stuff. It was such a relaxing 2hrs and at the end of the treatment we were given free desserts as well. Highly recommended, will definitely come back the next time.

Super expérience au head spa ! Un vrai moment de détente, ça nettoie et soigne les cheveux en profondeur, on sent la différence direct. Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins. Je suis même ressorti avec une super coupe… sans qu’ils aient eu à couper quoi que ce soit, juste du talent et un coup de brosse magique après un an de voyage et dix ans sans coiffeur !

I initially wanted to go for the premium headspa. After they checked my scalp and since I wanted to pamper myself, I took the deluxe headspa and scalp treatment (RM410) instead. Gigi was the one who did the treatment on me. I was offered a free drink and we can even choose what we want. I wanted chocolate drink but since it’s sold out, I requested the honey yuzu tea instead. Gigi can speak English but sometimes it’s a bit hard for me to understand what she said. She explained to me the things she will do and put on my hair and even showing the product to me. She parted my hair, put the scalp treatment oil on the roots and did a dry massage on my head and my shoulder.

Afterwards, she brought me to the headspa room. I love the blanket, it feels a bit weighted and it made me relax. The slightly warm eye cover also helped me to relax. It was such a nice experience and I think I slept a little She also gave me a shoulder massage, an arm massage and a head massage.

After the headspa, Mawreen offered me a free of charge manicure. She did my manicure while Gigi blow dryed my hair into straight and curl at the bottom like I requested. I felt like a princess and it was a much needed relaxation hehe would definitely come again!

I did my detox facial here as a first timer, the ambience was cosy, spacious and green. Ann did an amazing job. Will definitely come back for more..

Amidst walking around the hustle and bustle of daytime weekend Petaling Street – vendors selling imitation goods, dodgy tattoo parlours, street food at dark back allies – I was naturally surprised to find this place of sanctuary. The look feel of the place is modern and clean. Since I made the reservation via call / walk-in, price was much higher than if I had booked online in advance. I was ok with it cause after the fully body massage, I could get a quick shower. The body massage was good and relaxing. The shower room, attached with the massage room had basic amenities such as hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo. Overall, it’s a nice 1.5 hour rest break while being in the city.

Very relaxing and quiet place, not like the massage parlor on the street level. I enjoyed my 4-in-1 massage and wish I had 90 mins instead of 60 mins!

I found this affordable massage shop in Pasar Seni, and it was absolutely amazing! ‍♀️✨ The masseuses are highly skilled with excellent techniques—I felt so relaxed afterward. The decoration has a cozy café vibe ☕ , making the whole atmosphere extra comfortable and chill. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk from the train station . Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great massage at a reasonable price. Will definitely be back!

I was personally handled by Jasteen for a 1 hour head, shoulder and foot massage, while my partner was attended by Nisa for a head and shoulder massage. I really enjoyed my session as the pressure was on point and remained consistent throughout the whole hour which made it a great experience. My partner also had a pleasant session with Nisa.

On a few of my past visits (I can’t recall who the therapist was) I did notice the pressure dropped midway. Also, they stopped allowing us to choose our preferred essential oil, hope to have the option back. Overall I hope to see more consistency across all therapists. Thanks again and looking forward to my next session.

This is already my 5th time here ! Officially my go to healing spa for a good rest and reset. The environment is super relaxing n the staff are very friendly n gentle. U can tell them how strong u want ur massage and which part of ur body to focus on.

My go to place to relax and recharge whenever I am in Kuala Lumpur. Such a relaxing ambience that puts me at ease whenever I booked a session. The service itself has always been consistently top notch. The staff are always obliging and polite. 女2人旅で利用しました。21:30ごろに伺い、90分の全身コースにしました。料金は日本円で1人5,500円程でした。

更衣室で着替え、カーテンで仕切られたオープンなマッサージスペースに案内されます。一日歩いた後なので、ふわふわのベッドが気持ちよく、寝てしまいそうになります。

人にもよるかもしれませんが、東南アジア特有のマッサージ師さん同士がおしゃべりをしながら施術してくださる感じではなく、黙々としてくださるので、エリア全体が静かめでした。
口コミが多いからか、周りの客は日本人が7割ほどいたように感じます笑

とても気持ちの良いマッサージのあとは、いちごのスムージーとフルーツをいただけます。マッサージ屋さんでよくある薬草のお茶ではなく、とても美味しいものを頂くことができて最後まで大満足でした。

21：30頃からは、駅のある大通りからこちらのお店に行くまでの間の治安があまりよくはありません。客引きや人通りも多いことから、かなり早歩きで進みました。お気をつけください。
またクアラルンプールに行く際には訪れたいお店です！

The facilities were nice. I liked the massage bed and the concept. The fruits and fresh fruit juice served after was also a plus. The towels were clean and even felt warmed up.

My masseuse was lacking in both technique and pressure so I didnt enjoy it, but my friends enjoyed theirs. My gripe was that the massage area was only separated by curtains and at one point someone was banging on the metal wash basin and it was very jarring. The reception staff was also very confusing because he told us there was no 60 min full body massage, there was only a 90 min one. But we saw an option for it in the ipad so we asked for it and he agreed. We also booked for a 60 min body massage on the phone earlier, so that was odd.

Overall I wouldnt mind trying again if I have not much other options. We managed to do a very last minute booking on Sunday.

Visited on a weekend night, tried to make a booking via WhatsApp and the response was very fast and they confirmed the appointment within 5 minutes. Booked the last appointment slot before the massage place closed, and there were still quite a lot of customers then close to midnight.
Came here because of the reviews I read here, decided to pay a visit as it was rather close to the hotel.
The building and the lift looks old but upon reaching the shop, it looked extremely different. Looks very new like it was just opened not too long ago, very well maintained.
I asked for a male therapist and they managed to get me one, and also asked them to recommend me a massage suitable for me.
Was led into the shop and then they gave me a set of their clothes to change into, I liked it because it meant they won’t be using oil which is generally the kind of massage I like.
Was then led into an open area which looks like a mass massage area. And then the massage started without much delay. I got this male therapist hoping he would be more strong and give harder rubs, but he turned out quite soft even when I asked him to go harder a few times. The expectation was quite high after reading the reviews but the standard didn’t seem to match. It was a rather mediocre massage which didn’t address to any of my pain points, and it felt like I didn’t feel relaxed after the massage.
Towards the end of the massage could hear the staff talking and laughing loudly along the corridor breaking the silence during the massage. At the end of the massage was provided tea and fruits.
I guess the only thing I liked about the place was the ambience and the decor. I enjoyed like the first 50 minutes when it was almost in total silence.
Price was considered reasonable but I didn’t get a satisfied massage. Not sure if I will return again…

体もスッキリし、大満足。クアラルンプールに訪問した際は、再度訪れたいです。

This was my second visit, and I’m happy to see the improvements since my first time last month. Previously, the ordering system was a bit slow, but this time it worked much more smoothly.

During this visit, there was a sudden issue with water pressure. Despite that, I still enjoyed a luxurious spa experience. The staff worked tirelessly to keep the common areas and toilets clean and ensure there was water available. Special thanks to Nesa, Mary Jane, and Cindy for their excellent service and hard work during that time.

I also appreciate the spa’s proactive approach in offering a discounted rate to make up for the inconvenience. Overall, I’m giving this a 5-star rating because the staff truly go above and beyond, and the food is absolutely delicious!

Had a pleasant time here with a close friend! Food was pretty good, quite a decent spread. Service is great, staff were all very friendly. Wished there were more hooks or a place in the changing rooms/toilets/showers to place clothes and personal belongings. Small matter but found it a bit odd that they dont give you paper napkins when serving food, so we had to ask for it. Would definitely come back with my mom or sister if there’s an opportunity to.

My wife and I had such a great experience here! We honestly came in not knowing everything that was included, but it turned out to be such a pleasant surprise. For 648 RM for both of us, we got access to the sauna, jacuzzi, and even free food within the package, which made it really worth the price.

We also went for the Billion Signature Massage, and it was excellent , super relaxing and exactly what we needed.

I know some reviews mentioned slow food service or no napkins, but in our case everything went smoothly. The staff were attentive, and we felt well taken care of.

Love the food, love the vibes.. Worth the money! The service is TOP NOTCH, all of the staff are very attentive. Reminded me of my experiences in Japan.. This is like a small piece of japan in the heart of KL.

Some minor issues though, the cold pool smells like aquarium water (maybe because its left there stagnant?) , and theres still cleanliness issue when it comes to the food crumbs on the carpet around the sofa lounge. Other than that, 4 stars

Absolutely amazing experience here! We did the massage and the hydro facial. It was so relaxing that my partner fell asleep during the facial! We absolutely loved the light food and also the onsen. I left feeling refreshed, moisturized, and relaxed. All of the staff were so attentive and kind and hard working! Please come and give them a visit! Everything is so beautiful and clean!

But the toilet bowl unable to flush, need to manually take water from tong to flush… sound funny… this consider a luxury place, but toilet issue didn’t solve…

Lastly the tab no battery, earphone no battery …
Ask the staff take cable to charge, and she bring a short cable… the lady even ask me hold the tab to watch while charging if I wan…

I had 2 hour of foot massage RM103, it was very good. 5 stars.
The seat was extremely comfortable and the place is quiet with a high ceiling, excellent environment, with soothing new age music. I was able to close my eyes and enjoyed the full 2 hours of massage. The male masseur was very attentive and experienced.

Then I had another 2 hour of body massage RM146. 4 stars. It was done by a young masseuse, who seemed quite inexperienced. She managed to massage my whole body but my muscle wasn’t fully relaxed.

Overall, I like this place and I will return if I’m in KL.

They have televisions, but unable to show anything. They have charging sockets right beside the leg massage chairs, but unable to charge your devices.

They have a package 60 mins leg massage and 30 mins shoulder massage, only applicable with male masseur. But they don’t have male masseur to do the package, citing many of them don’t have the skills of shoulder massage, when most of them are allocated to do other “non-promotion” packages.

Massage is alright. It is good if you don’t expect much from the price given at a good tourist location.

Overall ok, keep expectation low, and all will be well. And don’t forget to give a tip to them, they too, loved to be taken care of.

Very disappointed to see live fish kept in a shallow, dirty decorative basin with no proper filtration or care. This is not only unhygienic but also a form of animal cruelty. Businesses should not use living creatures as decoration without ensuring their well-being.

1時間のフットマッサージと30分の肩マッサージを受けてきました
男性の施術者で力強くて良かったです。
フットマッサージの途中で寝てしまった
最後のお茶もジンジャー茶なのかな？体に良い気がしていいです⭕️
しかし、繁盛店なんでしょうね。行ったらすぐにはできなくて20分ほど待ちました。
時間が決められる人は予約した方が良さそうです

It is a nice cozy massage place. The receptionist help to make our booking quickly. We have a foot and shoulder massage package which is really good to loosen our tension from Pilate reformative. Please do not underestimate the petite masseurs as she is so good and releasing tension and cracking our tense up muscle and bone. They are also very good and checking in if the strength is too much or too little. The place could be more private. But overall is great. They serve ginger tea after the session. Will recommend u to go for them even though there is a lot of other massage place.

One of my best spa experiences here in Malaysia, I would say. From the Ambience to the kindness of the owner who has a very welcoming attitude, I really loved the whole experience here!
Hanna was my therapist and she truly did an incredible job as my body had been feeling exhausted lately due to the constant travelling and the session I took with her was truly worth it after all this. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a very professional, clean and a splendid experience.
I’m looking forward to coming here again.

I was able to secure the reservation without any trouble, and thankfully, it turned out to be a relaxing experience. Masha Allah, I would highly recommend it! As a woman, I appreciated the privacy I received, along with a soothing massage. After a long day filled with work and shopping, a late-night massage was the perfect way to unwind.

Very pleasant experience. It is worth the money and definitely recommended.

This is a must visit spa if you’re looking for professional, clean, and proper Thai massage! At the front desk, Mona was so welcoming and sweet, she took my reservation a day in advance and was so helpful too! My therapist Fon was amazing and extremely professional, I had the basic package and spent two hours there, I came out feeling like a brand new person! I can’t stress enough how clean this place is and how professional the staff are! Thank you Thai Paradise, I will definitely be coming back!
