The seats are incredibly comfortable , more like a first-class airplane seat than a cinema , cozy blankets, and personal service at your seat. The sound and picture quality are top-notch, making every scene crystal clear and immersive. I especially love the in-theatre dining option; the menu is well-curated, and the food is served fresh and hot without disturbing the movie. Staff are polite, attentive, and professional, adding to the premium feel. Yes, it’s more expensive than a regular cinema, but for special occasions or a treat-yourself day, it’s worth every cent. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy movies in style and comfort!

Went to the cinema with my husband this evening and had such an amazing luxury movie experience! The service from a staff member named Emyefida was truly top notch, she greeted us warmly, helped us purchase our tickets, and even ushered us right to our seats inside the cinema hall. She really made me feel the true meaning of a "luxury cinema" experience. Our refreshments were also served directly to our seats, which was such a nice touch! One of the most memorable cinema experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend everyone to try it! ✨

We went as a group of friends and arrived just on time for our show. The counter staff welcomed us warmly, asked which movie we were here for, and immediately guided us to our cinema hall. The cinema is clean and comfortable, the food was great, and the sound system was excellent. What made the experience even better was that there weren’t many people during the show — it felt very private and enjoyable. The best part was the service — all the staff were so polite. They even helped us take a group photo before the show, knelt down to check if everything was okay, and asked if we wanted to add popcorn to our selected meal and drinks. They also patiently taught us how to use the reclining chairs. Everything was efficient, friendly, and professional. Truly a wonderful movie experience!
