Our kids have been practicing Choi Kwang Do for years now, and the impact it has had on them is truly remarkable. This is not just about physical training, although the improvement in their strength, coordination, and stamina is undeniable, it’s about shaping their character and mindset. Through Choi Kwang Do, our kids have learned principles like integrity, perseverance, respect, and self-discipline. These values are seamlessly integrated into their training, helping them grow not just as martial artists but as confident, well-rounded individuals. The lessons go beyond the dojang, teaching them the importance of a balanced lifestyle. I feel incredibly proud watching my daughter's skills and confidence flourish. Since starting Choi Kwang Do in 2022, she has gained a deep awareness of what the human body and mind is capable of. The values she has developed through Choices have played a key role in shaping her character. A great place to train your kids who is less confidence and shy or probably have low self esteem issues(especially those who being bullied at school). My son Alnael has been with the centre for 2years. Instructor are very professional especially Mr Qing. He is good at bringing out the best from his student be it speaking up, discipline & teamwork. They instill discipline to the students at young age but with gentle approach. Owner of this centre Mr Harison is also a friendly person and very attentive to students/parents feedback or issue. Recommended place for martial art!

My daughter started with them during the pandemic when classes were all online. It was not easy then but she still enjoyed the classes despite them being one-to-one. When physical classes commenced, she enjoyed them even more as she had other students to model after and could be corrected. The classes instill a sense of discipline, responsibility and to respect and honour their seniors. Students are taught practical self-defence techniques like how to release themselves from grips and grapples. All the instructors are very passionate about CKD and are great with kids. It's one class my daughter doesn't complain about. Highly recommended.

I had the incredible privilege of attending a Master Workshop hosted by Master Harrison in London, and I can honestly say it was one of the most inspiring and eye-opening experiences I've ever had! Master Harrison is not only an exceptional martial artist but also an outstanding educator who knows how to connect with students of all ages, especially kids. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ His recent workshop on applying teaching skills through kids’ incentives and games was nothing short of brilliant. Master Harrison demonstrated how to creatively disguise teaching drills within fun and engaging games, making the learning process both effective and enjoyable. His ability to seamlessly blend skill development with play showed his deep understanding of how children learn and grow in a martial arts environment. Master Harrison’s approach fosters not only physical skills but also life lessons in discipline, respect, and perseverance—all while maintaining a fun and supportive atmosphere. Choices Choi Kwang Do have an exceptional business model, I love the way each of the children get individual attention in class and that the instructors go above and beyond to help the children succeed and reach their potential. Even though the classes are run with students of different grades, the classes are tailored for each of the students to grow no matter what level. We have loved watching our son develop over time from being quiet in class to confident in his ability, helping other students follow instruction in partnership work and being able to proudly recite The Promise at the beginning of class. Choices instructors are extremely invested in helping each of their students to achieve.

I’m glad that I let my kids attend class CKD here. The kids always looking forward to attend the class every week. They not only get to learn skills and techniques on self defense but they also able to build confidence, focus and flexibility. The class is fun too. Mr Qing, Master Harrison and others Instructors are so supportive, love and helpful. Kids are so happy and enjoy the class until I keep post their happiness on social media .
