I just received a phone call from Yanti, one of their customer service representatives. She thoroughly explained the entire refinancing process and how IBPO assists and advises clients. Unlike many salespeople I’ve encountered, Yanti wasn’t pushy. Despite being a complete stranger, she was incredibly kind and informative, demonstrating a deep understanding of the process. In our 15-minute conversation, I gained valuable insight into IBPO and the nature of their work. While I haven’t entrusted them with my profile yet, I feel quite hopeful about registering with them in the future.
I’m incredibly annoyed by the constant spam calls from this company. They keep changing numbers, but it’s always the same company rep calling. I have no idea how they got my number, and they persist even after I hang up. It’s infuriating. This is a clear misuse of my information under PDPA. They push financial solutions I never requested. It’s like trying to convince me to add a fifth wheel to my car, claiming it will make it go faster – completely unnecessary and irritating.

It sounds good because they help you figure out the details, but you should be sure about your money situation. The deal seems interesting, but think if combining everything is necessary. I decided not to because I think I can manage my payments in a short time. They offered me 7 years, and of course, need to do this and that for the documentation. The key is to be wise and know your own finances before deciding.
I received call from someone from this company a moment ago, the staff do not get my permission whether or not I am convenient to talk and straight away asking me so many questions. And the way he present his proposal to me make me stress and keeping asking my details such as my house location. I feel weird and I told him that I am not interesting to continue our conversation and I have my own solution to handle my House loan. But he not give up to explain and I told him politely want to terminate the call now as I have something to do. But he denied my request still talking and want to know my personal solution. He make me feel he is very pushy. This is the service and attitude that your staff have to approach customer?
The first person I spoke with last week was rather humble and tried his best to market the product. I made the time to listen to him and I told him I'll find out more about the company and consider if I even need these services. I get a call this morning by someone named Ridwan while I'm at work. He didn't even bother asking if it was a convenient time to talk. I told him politely that I'm not interested but he became very pushy telling me that I should listen to what he has to offer. When I told him that I spoke to his colleague last week and after consideration, I'm not interested, he asked me why I'm not interested and he claimed that there was no record of any call being made to me prior to this. Although I appreciate persistence in employees trying to achieve their targets / goals, what I cannot accept is someone being so inconsiderate and rude in doing so. And then there is the matter of data privacy and how they even got my number in the first place.
I feel very annoyed with all those phone calls. Btw they keep changing no with the same person speaking. First of all, I don't even know how they get my no and keep pestering after I hang up the phone call. Nonsense.
