Touch Wedding Studio team gave my fiancé and I a welcomed feeling from the beginning of package signing until the end of prewedding photo album collection. I would highly recommend any couples who prefer lively outdoor photo-shooting to select this wedding studio because you will never regret! I love their flexibility of allowing us to choose wherever location we want as long as it creates memorable moments to our album love story line. They also allowed us to choose the gowns freely without any hidden charges. I made a few trips to the studio to try the gowns for different occasions (pre wedding & actual day-church wedding + wedding dinner) until chosen the ones that suit me the best. We chose Taiping for prewedding photo-shooting venue, it is a beautiful ancient town full with nature scenery. Taiping Lake Garden is definitely a must-go spot. Make-up artist Enna did natural makeup to match my styles and ah Ping the photographer also taught us how to pose. We really enjoyed the vibes and kudos to the professional team

I had a great experience with Yannsy, Soo Soon and the team (MUA - Amanda and photographer - Ah Seng). They're friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. It was a bonus to see Ah Seng playfully "scold" my partner/husband-to-be into learning how to smile. They really guided us and helped us with our planning for both our pre-wedding shoot to arranging the team that will help us on our Chinese reception dinner later in May. I feel for the level of service provided, they are transparent and fair in their prices. I really can't recommend Yannsy enough as she helped me with everything. Especially what I felt was the most daunting task - choosing a gown as I am quite short and stout (being 150 cm tall and 61kg). She also helped bridge the gap between "sexy" and "classy" as it was a delicate line to toe as a Malay bride. Our make-up artist Amanda was incredible and I loved her sense of style. Giving her free reign on styling based on the prepared dresses was A++ but she's more than willing to accommodate and even improve if you bring her references on what you're aiming for. Her hair styling is incredible as well as her work with lashes. Regarding Ah Seng, the man is really helpful in guiding us on how to pose. His photography skills earned nothing but praise and his experience in the field really shows. I especially love the colour grading of the photos. It's a bonus that he's a really funny guy and we really enjoyed his company (especially his lessons on smiling - EEEEE) . 10/10 would recommend again and even come back in future for more shoots.

想把touch wedding 介绍给身边所有的人✨ 所有人听到我拍婚纱照的价格都惊呆了 太便宜了❣️ 婚纱店里的婚纱可以任选，化妆拍照时完全没有额外的收费，价格透明 没有隐藏收费 化妆师技术好 摄影师搞笑、审美好，我家的 小朋友也被摄影师拍得超可爱的 老公不常拍照，害怕太过僵硬，摄影师也很耐心指导动作，最后成片真的太绝了 我的配套包括两组衣服的婚纱照（拍了三个室内场景，一个室外），不管室内还是室外都无需额外加钱，新娘外租三套，新郎外租两套，5XXX都不到 选照片时会耐心跟我们解释，不会强行要我们价钱升配套 好处真的说不完

这是我在 2024 年 3 月婚展签约某海外配套的经历。2025拍摄当天，团队在恶劣天气下依然保持专业，化妆师和摄影师都很用心，我很感激他们的付出。 如果有人问我是否会推荐 Touch Wedding，我觉得还是会，因为他们的婚纱照风格独特，不容易撞款。 服务业很难满足所有人的期望，我也感谢之前的反馈被团队看见，并有机会正面交流。曾有人问我："你会选择整个过程开心，但成品不满意？还是过程稍微不开心，但成品满意？"这让我思考顾客体验的平衡。 在过程中，我也遇到一些和我原本理解不太一样的地方。例如当初我以为配套包含所有服装，后来发现部分需要自备；我以为底片可以全部取得，后来才知道有范围限制。我当时并不清楚某些特别优惠或条件需要在表格上额外手写，所以产生了一些落差感。我觉得如果能在销售环节让顾客更清楚地了解配套细节、底片范围，以及付款与抽奖活动的真实条件，会更有助于顾客做出安心的决定。也希望在安排摄影师前，销售人员能先了解顾客的喜好并展示不同摄影师的风格，让体验更加匹配顺畅。 在试婚纱的过程中，有关我身形的建议让我一度感到不自信，当时的表达方式比较直接，让我觉得自己之前的努力白费了。也许更好的方式是说婚纱的版型不适合我，而不是让我觉得好像是我的身形问题。 我认为，不必检讨自己是否做得太多、以至于让顾客觉得理所当然；更重要的是理解顾客产生落差感的原因，并站在顾客的角度思考和改进。 Touch Wedding 的好处是，无论选择哪一款婚纱，都不需要额外加价，而且试婚纱时间充裕，不会催促。 以上分享仅代表我的个人感受，其他顾客的体验可能会不同。整体来说，我仍然期待看到成品，也感谢团队在过程中的努力。
