I had the pleasure of engaging MSSA studio for videography and photography services during my wedding celebration on 16 & 17 August 2025. From the initial communication to the final delivery, the team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, creativity, and dedication. Their ability to capture meaningful moments while maintaining a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere truly set them apart.
This review serves to highlight the outstanding service provided by their videographer (Mr.Bobby) and photographer (Mr.Arep) and administrative support (Ms.Umairah).

Booked MSSA Studio for both our nikah and sanding — and honestly, super happy with how everything turned out! The photos looked amazing, and both the photographer and videographer gave really clear directions, which made things so much easier We didn’t feel awkward at all since they guided us through everything.

They also showed up right on time and managed to catch all the important prep moments. Super easy and fun to work with — if you want a chill, stress-free wedding package, highly recommend MSSA Studio! Plus, the editor was super accommodating and fulfilled our request to tweak some of the album templates — really appreciated that!

We had our Hari Raya Aidilfitri photoshoot at MSSA Studio in Cheras and it was such a pleasant experience! Parking was a bit tricky, but the studio was easy to locate. It’s just one floor up using the stairs—no biggie.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, making us feel comfortable right away—no awkwardness at all! We even brought along our majikan (cats), and they were totally cool with it. Major plus points!

The studio was lovely, with air-conditioning and fans keeping it comfy. And the Raya music playing in the background? Slayyy! It really set the festive mood.

Highly recommended if you’re looking for a cozy, cat-friendly studio with great vibes. Will definitely come back again!

One of the cutest photo studios i’ve been to! Price and time for the packages are very reasonable. The ambience is soo fun and welcoming. The staff was super duper friendly and helpful. Although we were a bit late, they were understanding and still gave us the option to change the backdrop to the colour we wanted. Lots of cute props provided in the studio — from flowers to headbands and fun sunglasses! They also have different chairs/benches to choose from. We went as a group of 6 and the size/area to take the photos was decent and comfortable for us (depending on what pose you do ) Quality and lighting wise was great too and the photos turned out super cute! Do note that you do have to go up a flight of stairs to go to the photo-taking area (in case you’re bringing your parents, etc). Overall, it was a wonderful experience and would definitely come here again

Not recommended at all in shah alam, totally regretted our decision to come to this place. The staff is super unfriendly, the way she called us to pick our pictures was “eh awak sini” im YOUR customer ya not your friend. Please address your customer professionally. Bagi envelope untuk letak gambar pun tk muat according to the size of the picture. Lighting is bad.

What a great place to shoot ur self! This studio offer u a great price. U can shoot all pose u want, but there a limit time. Also they have prob u can style with. A bench, frame, bucket hat, sunny and more.

Their staff will explain to you how to shoot and all. They very helpful. I suggested came 10 minute earlier to avoid dragging other people appointment. U need to make an appointment in advance. They always pack during weekends.

I hope they can open earlier in weekdays, like lunch hour, maybe?

Touch Wedding Studio team gave my fiancé and I a welcomed feeling from the beginning of package signing until the end of prewedding photo album collection. I would highly recommend any couples who prefer lively outdoor photo-shooting to select this wedding studio because you will never regret!

I love their flexibility of allowing us to choose wherever location we want as long as it creates memorable moments to our album love story line. They also allowed us to choose the gowns freely without any hidden charges. I made a few trips to the studio to try the gowns for different occasions (pre wedding & actual day-church wedding + wedding dinner) until chosen the ones that suit me the best.

We chose Taiping for prewedding photo-shooting venue, it is a beautiful ancient town full with nature scenery. Taiping Lake Garden is definitely a must-go spot. Make-up artist Enna did natural makeup to match my styles and ah Ping the photographer also taught us how to pose. We really enjoyed the vibes and kudos to the professional team

I had a great experience with Yannsy, Soo Soon and the team (MUA – Amanda and photographer – Ah Seng). They’re friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. It was a bonus to see Ah Seng playfully “scold” my partner/husband-to-be into learning how to smile.

They really guided us and helped us with our planning for both our pre-wedding shoot to arranging the team that will help us on our Chinese reception dinner later in May. I feel for the level of service provided, they are transparent and fair in their prices.

I really can’t recommend Yannsy enough as she helped me with everything. Especially what I felt was the most daunting task – choosing a gown as I am quite short and stout (being 150 cm tall and 61kg). She also helped bridge the gap between “sexy” and “classy” as it was a delicate line to toe as a Malay bride.

Our make-up artist Amanda was incredible and I loved her sense of style. Giving her free reign on styling based on the prepared dresses was A++ but she’s more than willing to accommodate and even improve if you bring her references on what you’re aiming for. Her hair styling is incredible as well as her work with lashes.

Regarding Ah Seng, the man is really helpful in guiding us on how to pose. His photography skills earned nothing but praise and his experience in the field really shows. I especially love the colour grading of the photos. It’s a bonus that he’s a really funny guy and we really enjoyed his company (especially his lessons on smiling – EEEEE) .

10/10 would recommend again and even come back in future for more shoots.

这是我在 2024 年 3 月婚展签约某海外配套的经历。2025拍摄当天，团队在恶劣天气下依然保持专业，化妆师和摄影师都很用心，我很感激他们的付出。

如果有人问我是否会推荐 Touch Wedding，我觉得还是会，因为他们的婚纱照风格独特，不容易撞款。
服务业很难满足所有人的期望，我也感谢之前的反馈被团队看见，并有机会正面交流。曾有人问我：”你会选择整个过程开心，但成品不满意？还是过程稍微不开心，但成品满意？”这让我思考顾客体验的平衡。

在过程中，我也遇到一些和我原本理解不太一样的地方。例如当初我以为配套包含所有服装，后来发现部分需要自备；我以为底片可以全部取得，后来才知道有范围限制。我当时并不清楚某些特别优惠或条件需要在表格上额外手写，所以产生了一些落差感。我觉得如果能在销售环节让顾客更清楚地了解配套细节、底片范围，以及付款与抽奖活动的真实条件，会更有助于顾客做出安心的决定。也希望在安排摄影师前，销售人员能先了解顾客的喜好并展示不同摄影师的风格，让体验更加匹配顺畅。

在试婚纱的过程中，有关我身形的建议让我一度感到不自信，当时的表达方式比较直接，让我觉得自己之前的努力白费了。也许更好的方式是说婚纱的版型不适合我，而不是让我觉得好像是我的身形问题。

我认为，不必检讨自己是否做得太多、以至于让顾客觉得理所当然；更重要的是理解顾客产生落差感的原因，并站在顾客的角度思考和改进。

Touch Wedding 的好处是，无论选择哪一款婚纱，都不需要额外加价，而且试婚纱时间充裕，不会催促。

以上分享仅代表我的个人感受，其他顾客的体验可能会不同。整体来说，我仍然期待看到成品，也感谢团队在过程中的努力。

My boyfriend and I had an amazing couple photoshoot experience yesterday! This studio specializes in wedding photography, but we were so impressed with our couple photos! This time we try the photography style is casual, street style, very trendy and natural. The whole team is professional. The makeup artist created the perfect makeup look based on my face shape and personal style. The photographers was also amazing, guiding us to express our emotions and capturing our most authentic and sweet moments. We especially loved how they incorporated street elements like graffiti walls and cafes, adding so much story and life to the photos. Studio looks nice but be very mindful of your time because they will charge you RM50 if you are late for your appointment! They wanted to charge me for being late for just less than 10mins, so I right away declined and canceled my booking. It’s okay to do that, sure but tell that before you set the appointment, not right on the appointment day!! Ridiculous!

Came here after being recommended by a close friend. Glad we listened to her as we had a good experience at EZZSTUDIO. During the photoshoot, we were put to ease thanks to the friendly and engaging photographer. The photos turned out lovely. We enjoyed our session and will return again.

Overall, I am very satisfied with photoshoot session. Photographer team is super friendly, very helpful and positive energy from the beginning until the end of the session. The outcome of the photos were extraordinary. They create a welcoming and wonderful experience. I would definitely return for their service. Awesome and great time for us!

First of all the hospitality provided for us was amazing! The staff were friendly and professional. They were definitely aimed to satisfy their customers and they willing to take the customer opinions. Overall, the results comes up great and we will def. choose EZZSTUDIO again for future project.

The studio is so clean and big – it has a comfortable seating area to sit/wait/hangout and even a bigger studio to take photos with your loved ones! We were very happy with our experience during photoshoot session with EzzStudio. The customer service is great. They really helpful from the beginning I whatsapp them. The photographer very friendly and I have fun during the photoshoot. The best part is they will teach you how to do your pose!
