I read a lot of not so positive reviews about the driving instructors' coaching attitude here. A little bit of worry for my daughter. I have signed up for the one-stop driving licence with a reputable driving school agent nearby (with excellent Google review rating). Anyway, let's hope for the best for her. Please refer to the photos. ************************************** On the seminar day on Saturday morning at 8am, the situation at the office was really chaotic. However, you MUST contact your agent, and look for your agent when you arrive at the office. Don't just queue up blindly. Another thing I noticed was not so good was some really old agents/uncles cutting queue with students that came late for the seminar. They walked confidently straight up to the registration counter without looking at the queue. Shame to the counter staff that layan them as well, instead of asking them to queue. This issue should be addressed for a more effective & systematic registration.

My first instructor was horrible! But recently came back to do a refresher. This time I was guided by a way better teacher, Cikgu Roslan. He was very patient and helpful with giving tips. Also, very encouraging and patient when teaching. Although I don't recommend this institution, if you come here, I 100% recommend Cikgu Roslan. I must commend him for his professionalism and patience.

Selesai ambil lesen P. Servis okay, cikgu menepati masa (cikgu akma). JPJ pun baik. Cuma tarikh utk test JPJ tu ambil masa 5 bulan juga sbb terlalu ramai calon. Ambil extra class 2 jam before jpj (cikgu rozlan). Semua nya lancar.

super rude instructor, this one particular malay male instructor called me bodoh, tak reti pikir pakai otak just because I made a minor mistake during side parking. I've never learnt how to drive before, it's normal to make mistakes. he shouldn't discourage students who were new to driving by literally cursing and yelling at them. it happened during ramadan as well which is disappointing.

There was this one Chinese Uncle that always incharge for candidates to wait for their turn at RPK and RSM during JPJ test at assemble place and he always like to scold in a very rude way and he was never friendly and he always like to provoke people and never tell in a very polite and good way. All I can say is may this school find another teacher to replace him because it will just bring trauma to other students and cause them scary.

A good driving academy. Though during exam time the wait was long due to high number of people taking the test, the staff and instructors are doing their best to make it faster. Recommend Instructor Dylan who can speak English, Chinese and Malay, his teaching is very efficient, suitable for people who want to get their licence quickly.

Andy, the worst instructor, and person I've ever met. Inconsiderate, impatient, creepy, petty, childish, rude and etc. It's like you expect me to be an A class driver on my first day. Sir, it's literally my first time I don't know how to turn, where to turn then you vaguely explain what I'm supposed to do, you don't answer my questions when I ask and ignore me like a 12 year old, and act like it's my fault. You didn't point out my mistakes, or bother to tell me what I did wrong, then yell at and insult me afterwards it's like you want me to fail (you probs do) . You're creepy and weird, you walk off without explaining further, and expect me to know everything, you suddenly turn the wheel with no notice while I'm driving. There's so much more but I can't even be bothered to write it. Your not teaching, your commanding me, and then expecting me to follow it perfectly only after 1 try. If you don't like teaching don't teach, all you care about is bank, and yknow what fine. But you clearly hate your job and hate guiding people to learn, call me sensitive but all you're doing is hurting other people just to fill your own ego. You have no care or passion toward your students and its clear as day. I hope your reading this.
