Dapat cikgu memandu 50 tahun ke atas agak mencabar emosi tak tertentu, tiap kali masa mengajar tidur, suka sidai sampai sejam dan main telefon ketika mengajar pastu boleh pulak nak singgah makan masa test jalan raya . Suka hati amik masa pelajar dahla kita bayar,
suka sidai berjam-jam satu hal then bila masa nak tamat 2 – 3 minit dah suruh stop kereta kena pergi thumbprint. Mungkin imkl boleh tapis umur cikgu yang tua dan tak function

Given that this driving training center accommodates foreigners, it would be ideal if they could provide English-speaking instructors or at least English-language training materials to ensure that foreign participants are not left out during the sessions

Honestly, I rarely write reviews — tapi kali ni memang wajib tulis sebab pengalaman saya dengan Sekolah Memandu Emy memang luar biasa dan sangat memuaskan dari awal sampai akhir. Kalau anda tengah cari tempat belajar memandu yang BEST, selesa dan berbaloi, this is the one!

I had a wonderful experience with this driving school. From the beginning, the services and overall management were truly impressive; everything was well-organized and professional.

Kudos to my incredible driving instructor, Cikgu Najib. I started with absolutely no driving knowledge, but thanks to his patience, guidance, and constant encouragement, I gradually built the confidence and skills I needed. Learning with him was not only effective but also relaxed and fun.

When I failed my first road test, he never let me feel discouraged. Instead, he motivated me to keep going, keep teaching me patiently, and helped me improve until I finally passed. I genuinely grateful to have had such a dedicated and supportive teacher to teach me.

I had a fantastic experience learning to drive with Cikgu Najib and Cikgu Emy at Sekolah Memandu Emy! Both instructors were very patient, professional, and supportive throughout the lessons. They explained everything clearly and helped me gain the confidence I needed to drive safely and pass my test.

Sekolah Memandu Emy is truly filled with warm and welcoming instructors It was such a great journey to learn driving lessons here with them as they really guided us through every process . Harga murah berpatutan saya buat 3 kali je pergi kelas terus jpj mudah dan pantas✅ finally lepas banyak tempat pergi ambil kelas tapi selalu tak sempat habis tapi dekat sini saya dapat lesen saya

I passed my motor and car jpj test. Here are ny honest review for the academy.

1. Motor class quite tough as it took 2 whole1 days consecutively for u to complete learning hours. My advice, dont take 2 class straight. Have some days gap as it is really tiring, especially on hot days.

2. If you are from SP branch and not living around SP, better reconsider again as transportation and long journey will take a toll and exhaust you out.

3. JPJ test for car took one whole day, be prepared with snacks, water and mini fan. Have enough sleep the night before, be alert and listen to the instructions given by tutor or JPJ officer. Prepare RM1 cash for printing charge.

4. Motor JPJ test just take half day, before 12pm can settle ady. Same tips, be alert on instructions and dont be nervous. Careful on 1st element as many failed coz they finished within 6 seconds. Requirement is 7 sec and above. Prepare RM1 Cash for printing charge.

5. Extra class for car Auto 1 hour RM66, for motor b2 2 hours RM180 if one to one class coz motor class, for a group of 4 people the price is around rm60.

6. JPJ Test is 3 months and above from yr last class and QTI. So better prepare extra money if u want to revise lesson before test. If you are in rush, i would suggest u to take from other academy. If not, u may register here.

7. For foreigners or Msian that dont understand Malay, please have some basic vocab at least since 99.99% of communication were done in Malay. Even in test, you have to speak Malay.

8. I took driving class with Cikgu Amin. A very good instructor indeed. Recommended.

Thanks to Cikgu Azlan too, for the classes that i have took with him, got few good tips for motor test . Also to Cikgu Kumar, cikgu Marzuki, cikgu Iskandar, cikgu Mike and few other motorcycle cikgu tht i couldnt remember their names. All of u have been really sporting and supportive thru out the motor class and JPJ test.

9. Cafe food price quite pricy, they closed after 3pm and on Friday. Better to have yr own food.

10. Few new Toilets and new surau are here. Telekung also provided.

11. You will be reminded by staff few days prior yr class. Cancellation can be done 3 days before. If not, have to pay charge.

12. Always follow up if you are not sure or never receive any update from academy after 1 week. Mostly, they are quite responsive to the inquiries.

13. My main reason why i decided to register here is the green scenery surrounded the academy is really exquisite and beautiful. Been here is like a short escape from the bustling KL city

Anak saya berdaftar di unisex driving academy seri petaling. Ms Alicia yang peramah dan memberi response yang cepat. Driving school di Nilai memberi tunjuk ajar yang bagus, staff yang friendly & helpful. Cikgu Mike mengajar anak saya dengan penuh kesabaran & amat memuaskan. Mendapat P lesen dalam masa yang singkat. Sebelum ni ada banyak comment kata lambat dapat lesen, kalau gagal kena tunggu lama untuk ulangan, ini tidak benar. Anak saya pun gagal & ulang jugak, appointment re-test dalam seminggu je. Overall sangat memuaskan & harga yg berpatutan. Highly recommended.

刚刚在这家驾校通过了摩托车B2考试，总体感受很好，从交钱报名到考试通过总共40多天，这里是驾校分校，只管报名和领取L驾照和考试通过领取正式驾照，练习场地和考试在另外的总校，值得强调的是这里对中国人报名练习没有额外费用。目前B2费用是rm550，考试通过后在办公室交了一个Rm2在我询问所有驾校10家左右最低的一家，总校食物也很便宜，是马来餐，虽然有些吃不惯还能接受吧。考车考摩托车驾照就来这里，靠谱。非常推荐这里！！！

Alhamdulillah settle my jpj test. Ambil masa 2 bulan utk settle lesen kereta sebab dah ada lesen motor, so tak perlu computer test lagi. Terus belajar bawak kereta. Jadi proses dia sangat cepat & mudah. Cikgu pun terbaik, cikgu zul dan cikgu angah yg banyak mengajar saya utk litar dan jalan raya. Dan tak lupa cikgu suhaiti juga ada ajar saya. Senang juga nak berurusan di sekolah memandu hamzah. Terima kasih cikgu dan kak ekyn!

They price i paid is worth every penny

I sent my daughter to this driving school after she finished her SPM exam early this year 2025. We enrolled her in March and she got her P driving licence early June. It was considered quite fast and efficient. The charges were also very honest and transparent.

The office admin / (lady boss?)- Shikin was absolutely fabulous, and professional in the whole paper work’s process, and the arrangement of the driving schedule etc.

Not to forget the driving instructors – Cikgu Zul & Cikgu Angah were both patience & excellent throughout the whole process of teaching my daughter how to drive safely etc.

It have been few months since my daughter got her P licence, as I observe she can definitely drive confidently, and need more practice on her parking skills.

I will send my son to this driving school again after his SPM.

Passed in first attempt. It’s a decent school and I have few pointers for you to smoothen your experience.

Enrolment
-This step is smooth but do ask Puan Shikin to give you a book for theory test. They are supposed to give you the book but may forget. She forgot to give me when I enrolled and I had to buy during the theory class.

Theory Test Preparation
-Download KPP Test app and practice KPP01 sample practice tests. Again school forgot to tell me about it and told me about me only when I called and asked 2 days before exam if I should complete anything apart from the book.

Theory Test
-This is generally smooth, show up and do it in the exam centre.

Driving License – L
-Provide theory test result to the school office and they will process your L driving license.

Driving lessons
-There will be a queue for students and you may have to wait for the next available slots. This waiting time is generally common in most driving schools in KL (where I enquired before enrolment).
-Teacher Hazura was really good and patient. He will share all the tips you need. Thanks and credit to him that I passed my driving practical exam in the first attempt.

Driving Practical Exam
-I reached at 9am and whole process finished by 3pm. Be prepared with water/food as this can take long.
-Thanks to Puan Shikin who helped in rescheduling it earlier for me.

Getting P license
-Final step is to get the P license (using your passed result and L license) and you have to visit JPJ Setapak. School may forget to tell you but it’s important that you reach JPJ Setapak Pintu 4 by 8am to ensure you get a number (JPJ distributes limited numbers every day). School asked me to visit JPJ Setapak but forgot to share this info about numbers and I wasted my time visiting JPJ office as they ran out of numbers.

Ambil Sek Memandu Hamzah as 2nd driving school sebab cikgu sebelum ni asyik nak marah. Tak menyesal bayar extra cost sebab belajar sampai lulus. Cikgu Zul mengajar best. Senang faham dan tak pernah marah. Queue memang panjang. Sanggup tunggu sebab berbaloi.

Memang terbaik!!! (Sekolah Memandu Hamzah) senang berkomunikasi dan sangat pantas, tak tunggu turn lama pon. Terima kasih kepada Cg angah dan Cg zul yang sentiasa sabar mengajar saya, terima kasih jugak kepada kak ikin yang dah uruskan sampai saya sekarang dah ada lesen memandu. Overall: Really happy so far! The instructors are patient, the staff is helpful, and the whole process has been smooth. Definitely recommend this driving school to anyone starting out.

Breakdown:

● Instructors: I’ve been mainly learning with Mr. Radna (everyone calls him “Uncle”), and sometimes Mr. Gopal. Both are calm, encouraging, and explain everything clearly. Even when I make mistakes, they correct me kindly and show me exactly how to improve without making me feel embarrassed or stressed. This has made me feel much more confident behind the wheel. The staff who handle the schedules are also super friendly and easy to communicate with.

● Process & Facilities: The school organizes everything well, from booking classes to providing transport. The driving circuit is outside the city, but they offer free transport, which makes it really convenient. The commute is quite relaxing, and the facilities are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Overall, everything has felt professional and beginner-friendly.

I had 3 classes with instructor Gopalan! He such a good teacher while giving me detailed instruction, always encourage me to learn from mistake! He is so funny as well, really comfortable to study with him. His technique has nothing to complain. It was a good decision while choosing to study here!

I finished my class with Mr Gopalan. He is very detailed and gave me good pointers on how to properly do the different elements. He would check thoroughly and also would ask me to go down the car to see how things should look like. He has also given me ample time to practice on my own until I feel confident. Below are photos of a perfect parallel parking I made on my 3rd and last day.

I’m very grateful to have Mr. Gopal as my driving instructor. He is patient, calm, and explains everything clearly. Even when I make mistakes, he corrects me in an encouraging way.

Mr. Gopal creates a comfortable learning environment and always gives useful tips to improve my driving step by step. I appreciate how he pays attention to the small details and ensures I understand each part of the lesson before moving on.

I highly recommend this driving school! The scheduling is very convenient and flexible, allowing me to choose times that fit my own schedule. It’s especially great that I could practice driving on weekends, which made things so much easier. After just 3 days of lessons, I was able to schedule my trial test within a week—perfect for anyone looking to get their license quickly.

I already took my license here! Although it’s far from my home but they will provide transport to the academy and back home. The staff is very nice, friendly and responsible!! They will always remind about the class schedules and what to wear and bring. The teachers at the academy were kind and helpful. Especially thanks to Yuki and Teacher Yus who helped me a lot to get the driving car license!!!

The teachers are very good, patient and chill. One thing I learnt is, you won’t realise your mistake until you do it. You may need to remind your agent or the driving center to arrange the test or lessons for you as soon as possible for the fastest progress.

Pros: The coach will teach you everything that is going to be tested. The staffs are friendly and they will send you reminders for your every driving class.

Cons: Lack of staffs and unhelpful coach.
Students will have to wait for a long time till it’s finally our turn to learn driving and take the tests. We’re made to renew our L license at least one time just to get the P license which is kind of frustrating.

The coach that taught me was watching videos (almost every time ) when we were having our class so we have little to almost no conversation during the lesson.

I think the service is very good, the teachers teach very well, it is easy to get started, and the efficiency is very high. You can get your driver‘s license in less than a few months.

My experience with this driving school was terrible. Firstly, I want to talk about my driving instructor. He had no patience, even after I had told him from the very start I had ZERO driving experience. He barely thought me anything, and all he ever did was get frustrated and scold rather than guide. If I knew how to drive, I wouldn’t need to attend classes to learn how to drive the car, and I learnt more from watching youtube tutorials than I did from that driving instructor. Secondly, I did not like the customer service provided by this branch. The aunty was rude and couldn’t care less about you. Even after I told her I had class and I wouldn’t be able to pick up her calls and deal directly with my mom, she still continuously called me and continued to deal with me instead of my mom. After which I failed my test, she told me another date for the test, I had made it clear to her that I needed extra class before I went to retake the test again, which I made sure to inform her that I could only attend these classes during the weekends as I had to attend school. Not only was there no extra class arranged for me, but she told me I had to just go for the exam despite me not confirming that I could go for the exam. Even more, I had to wait for 3+ months to go for my first round of test, by then, any new driver would have already forgotten how to drive. Lastly, their arrangements are bad. I took a manual license thinking that I would be able to obtain my license faster than automatic. However, even though I have to travel 1 hour to and 1 hour from the place, all my friends who chose driving centres nearer, all got their automatic car license before me, who took a total of 9 months to obtain my license. Overall, don’t waste your time and money with this centre.

My first day of learning how to drive a car and the experience is already great! I had a very detailed, kind and patient teacher, Sam Tan. He sharing to me all kinds of tips and tricks on how to do the elements (Part 2). His guidance was very easy to understand and easy to follow as well. I feel so grateful and lucky to have a good teacher for my first time of learning driving a car. He made the whole learning experience great. Thank you Sam Tan.

This driving academy school very expensive. Initially applied for my kid is hopefully can get lesen faster. Eventually I am forced to renew L lesen due to long waiting test of more than 6 months. Damp poor ineffective and long waiting service.

Very satisfied with their service, the arrangement was made really fast, I started my first driving lesson on 13/9/2021 , attended JPJ test on 24/9/2021, and received my P license on 27/9/2021, which is extremely fast.

All my lessons were held at Unisex Nilai, the place is very clean and neat, the classrooms are quite new and comfortable and the cars for practice are rather new and clean too.

Uncle Lim has been very informative, you can call him at any time for any queries. He has been really patient answering all my questions.

And I would recommend my instructor, Ms Ying, she has been really supportive and friendly. Her teaching method is very straightforward and professional which is really easy to understand. She never scolds me even when I did mistakes.

I had a wonderful experience learning to drive here. The instructor was very professional, detailed, and explained everything clearly. He was extremely patient and never criticized students, which made me feel much more comfortable and confident. The fees were also very reasonable. I used to be very afraid of driving, but thanks to their excellent teaching, I passed my driving test on the first try. Highly recommended!

Kalau nak amik lesen recommended amik kat sini. Cikgu baik and penyabar. Alhamdulillah dlm masa 6 bulan settle semua lesen keluar. Patutnya dlm 4 bulan dah siap tapi sbb i kene repeat jpj test . Overall mmg worth it and it was a great experience for me.

Highly Recommended for Serious Learners!

I had a great experience learning to drive with Sekolah Memandu Rakyat. The entire process was well-coordinated and professional. A special mention to Mr. Shan, my instructor — he is strict and disciplined, but that’s exactly what you need if you’re serious about mastering driving with precision. His attention to detail and focus on safety helped me build strong fundamentals and confidence on the road.

Also, big thanks to Mrs. Darshini, the school coordinator, who was always accommodating, friendly, and very supportive throughout the journey. She made the scheduling and administrative parts smooth and stress-free.

If you’re looking for a driving school that combines structure with support, I highly recommend Sekolah Memandu Rakyat!

I read a lot of not so positive reviews about the driving instructors’ coaching attitude here. A little bit of worry for my daughter. I have signed up for the one-stop driving licence with a reputable driving school agent nearby (with excellent Google review rating).

Anyway, let’s hope for the best for her.

On the seminar day on Saturday morning at 8am, the situation at the office was really chaotic. However, you MUST contact your agent, and look for your agent when you arrive at the office. Don’t just queue up blindly.

Another thing I noticed was not so good was some really old agents/uncles cutting queue with students that came late for the seminar. They walked confidently straight up to the registration counter without looking at the queue. Shame to the counter staff that layan them as well, instead of asking them to queue. This issue should be addressed for a more effective & systematic registration.

My first instructor was horrible! But recently came back to do a refresher. This time I was guided by a way better teacher, Cikgu Roslan. He was very patient and helpful with giving tips. Also, very encouraging and patient when teaching.

Although I don’t recommend this institution, if you come here, I 100% recommend Cikgu Roslan. I must commend him for his professionalism and patience.

Selesai ambil lesen P. Servis okay, cikgu menepati masa (cikgu akma). JPJ pun baik. Cuma tarikh utk test JPJ tu ambil masa 5 bulan juga sbb terlalu ramai calon. Ambil extra class 2 jam before jpj (cikgu rozlan). Semua nya lancar.

super rude instructor, this one particular malay male instructor called me bodoh, tak reti pikir pakai otak just because I made a minor mistake during side parking. I’ve never learnt how to drive before, it’s normal to make mistakes. he shouldn’t discourage students who were new to driving by literally cursing and yelling at them. it happened during ramadan as well which is disappointing.

There was this one Chinese Uncle that always incharge for candidates to wait for their turn at RPK and RSM during JPJ test at assemble place and he always like to scold in a very rude way and he was never friendly and he always like to provoke people and never tell in a very polite and good way.

All I can say is may this school find another teacher to replace him because it will just bring trauma to other students and cause them scary.

A good driving academy. Though during exam time the wait was long due to high number of people taking the test, the staff and instructors are doing their best to make it faster. Recommend Instructor Dylan who can speak English, Chinese and Malay, his teaching is very efficient, suitable for people who want to get their licence quickly.

Andy, the worst instructor, and person I’ve ever met. Inconsiderate, impatient, creepy, petty, childish, rude and etc. It’s like you expect me to be an A class driver on my first day. Sir, it’s literally my first time I don’t know how to turn, where to turn then you vaguely explain what I’m supposed to do, you don’t answer my questions when I ask and ignore me like a 12 year old, and act like it’s my fault. You didn’t point out my mistakes, or bother to tell me what I did wrong, then yell at and insult me afterwards it’s like you want me to fail (you probs do) . You’re creepy and weird, you walk off without explaining further, and expect me to know everything, you suddenly turn the wheel with no notice while I’m driving. There’s so much more but I can’t even be bothered to write it.

Your not teaching, your commanding me, and then expecting me to follow it perfectly only after 1 try. If you don’t like teaching don’t teach, all you care about is bank, and yknow what fine. But you clearly hate your job and hate guiding people to learn, call me sensitive but all you’re doing is hurting other people just to fill your own ego. You have no care or passion toward your students and its clear as day.
