LaZat Cooking School

I joined the "Market Tour and National Pride" cooking course. Our instructor, Airene, not only had deep knowledge of the cultural background of Malaysian cuisine but also explained clear techniques to make the dishes truly delicious. The food we cooked turned out amazingly tasty. I would love to join again when I visit Kuala Lumpur and expand my Malaysian cooking repertoire.

We had the most wonderful experience at a Saturday class at LaZat Cooking School. The market tour was insightful and fun and Saadiah, our cooking teacher was extremely patient and knowledgeble. She shared with us not only the recipe but also cooking tips, stories and more about the culture behind not only Malaysian food but also traditions. We really enjoyed ourselves and the Nasi Lemak and Rendang were absolutely delicious!

Saadiah was an excellent teacher, not only did she teach us how to cook, but also the customs and traditions of Malaysia. Super rewarding to eat your own cooking after.

I've been travelling to Malaysia for over 40 years, this was one of the best experiences it's a brilliant way to really understand the flavours of the cooking. It's delivered in a very relaxed manner, excellent teacher.

First time in Malaysia, I wanted to explore the cuisine by taking a cooking class, and La Zat turned out to be a great choice! I joined the market tour with Doreen, who guided me through different sections of the market and provided a very detailed explanation of the various ingredients. I learned so much from her ! The cooking class was led by Irene, who was patient and friendly. She introduced me not only to the cuisine but also to the culture, making it a truly enriching experience.
