The customer service needs improvement, and the prices are far too high for the quality of service and treatment provided.

I had a disappointing experience at this nail salon. During my manicure, the handling was quite rough and unfortunately caused some bleeding around my cuticles, which was very uncomfortable. The overall service didn’t feel very attentive or careful. Additionally, the buffing wasn’t done well. The finish lacked the smooth, shiny look I expected.

Did the foot treatment + pedicure here. The whole experience was very pleasant. Therapist was kind, gentle & thorough doing the services. Definitely recommended & would repeat again.

This was genuinely probably the best manicure I’ve ever had. So much time taken and very meticulous. Thandar was amazing, would definitely recommend her to everyone! I got halal nail polish and it looks better than gel, so shiny and all in all took like an hour so very pleased!

Had a really lovely pedicure session today Moe took care of me and she was absolutely wonderful! Super friendly, gentle, and made the whole experience feel so relaxing.

The space was comfy and clean, and I felt really at ease the whole time. It wasn’t rushed at all, and Moe made sure I was comfortable throughout. My feet feel fresh, clean, and pampered!

We had good times at Luxe , everyone was attentive and very good attending to their services. We had manicure and pedicure, Moe is very helpful and my girls appreciate it so much.

Literally the best manicure / pedicure in Bangsar (I’ve been to few). I mentioned that I have sensitive skin in advance and Sui’s hands were so gentle with my cuticles.

I also had a broken toenail which needed extra care and attention and Angela was extremely gentle and patient. She took her time and my nails look strong and absolutely stunning! I love it! 10 stars!

This is my third visit to Kaia Experience Bangsar and I’ve loved every time! I’ve been to Kaia twice now and had great experiences both times. The space is calm and nicely designed, and the nail techs are really friendly and professional. The first time, I did Gel-X extensions with Aden (pink nails pic). She was really careful and paid attention to the shape and finish, and the set held up well over time.

For my second visit, I had a gel infill with Van (red nails pic) and am happy with how the nails came out too. I really love both of my sets and would definitely get my nails done here next time.

Had an overall great first time experience at Kaia! They were very responsive on Instagram and WhatsApp. I took the Express Gel Manicure service and added on the Korean Cat Eye nail design. The price was reasonable. Van was the one who attended to me. She was very patient and helpful in accommodating and answering any questions that I had. Would highly recommend to come here!

This was my second visit. The first time I was attended by Helen and yesterday by Ashley.

Love both their work. Both the nails artists are very patient and accommodating. I went back today to make changes to my pedi and they were very accommodating. They changed the colour for my ring finger and attached a bow FOC!!! How much better can this get!!!! I love what Ashley did to my nails.

Took my sisters here for their first manicure, color options are not too vast for wudhu friendly options but still okay. The experience is pleasant and nice. Ambience is okay with good songs played in the background. Theres a toilet available as well. However, you do need to book an appointment if youre coming on the weekends as it will be a full house.

I recently visited AI NAIL SPA AT TIMES SQUARE for a gel manicure and I’m absolutely in love with the results! The staff were friendly and professional from start to finish. I came here upon other reviews and so far, I have no regrets. I made an appointment via WhatsApp and the communication was great. The salon is at the 5th floor of Berjaya Times Square which is the “beauty floor.” As soon as you get off the elevator, you’re bombarded with competitive salons all shouting at you to come in their shop.

It was definitely smart of this salon to list themselves on Google and it shows as the salon was full while others were empty. Well, the reviews didn’t lie! The service is great. I was sat right away and given 5 large books of gel color. the colors are stunning! Took me forever to choose ! It’s definitely not posh environment and furniture is very basic but comfortable ! The precision and focus she put into my mani pedi were shocking considering the price.
My nails came out absolutely beautiful and they accept card. I noticed they were very upfront with the pricing. There was no music so if you need that, bring your own. The kids outside of the shop are loud. I will be back!

Rita saved my nails! Did extension somewhere else few days ago and hated the design because they screwed it up, then came to Ai Nails for removal and was impressed with how Rita took care of my nails and even explained the condition of my nail extension and how it’s not good. She cleaned my cuticles so well and even did my extensions carefully that it looked like my natural nails. Plus its not painful at all! Safe to say Ai Nails is now my go to place, thank you so much Rita and Ai Nails! ❤️❤️

I recently visited Nailed It Manicure & Pedicure at Lalaport, and my overall experience was a mix of positives and negatives.

The Positives:

✅ Great customer service – The staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional. They ensured that we were comfortable throughout the process.
✅ Nice ambiance – The salon had a relaxing atmosphere, and the experience initially felt luxurious.
✅ Smooth and well-done application – At first, the gel manicure looked flawless, with a beautiful shine and finish.

The Issues:

❌ Durability concerns – Unfortunately, within just a week, both my friend and I started experiencing peeling, chipping, and gaps at the edges of our gel manicure. This was disappointing, as gel nails should typically last at least 2-3 weeks with proper application.
❌ Nail health concerns – After removing the gel, I noticed that my natural nails became extremely soft, weak, and brittle. They break easily and do not grow as strong as before. This suggests that the base preparation or removal process may have been too harsh, possibly over-filing the natural nail.

Constructive Feedback for the Salon:

Gentler nail prep techniques – Avoid excessive buffing or filing of the natural nail before gel application. Over-thinning the nail bed weakens the structure.
Proper aftercare recommendations – A professional salon should advise customers on how to maintain nail health after gel removal. Applying a nail strengthener or cuticle oil can help restore strength.
Better-quality gel products – Ensuring the use of high-quality gel polish that adheres well and lasts longer would enhance the customer experience.

I started off with a great experience at this salon, but unfortunately, the long-term results were disappointing. While the service itself was excellent, the quality and durability of the gel manicure did not meet expectations. I hope the salon improves their techniques and uses more nail-friendly products to ensure that customers leave not only with beautiful nails but also healthy and strong natural nails afterward.

Would I return? Maybe, but only if they make improvements in nail care and product longevity.

Two nail artists were doing my nails, while one was very professional, skilled and nice, the other one made me uncomfortable.
She was making comments in chinese and I understood that it was about me, she did not do a good job with the 3D on my nails too…

But as mentioned before, the other nail artist was great !

I went here because i saw the google reviews 4.9. Unfortunately i had bad experience. Both of my thumbs feel so much pain after she removed my extension. Total remove the extension and manicure was RM 80. I hope she can do better for the next customers.

리뷰중에 시간 오래 걸린다고 써있어서 시간 넉넉히 생각했는데 다른곳이나 비슷하게 걸렸어요.

마사지 의자에 앉아서 해주고(한국 마사지체어처럼 시원하진 않지만) 지우고 케어할때는 두분이 해주고 컬러할때는 한분이 해줬는데 꼼꼼이 잘해주시더라구요.

네일 색상은 한국 시럽젤 컬러하고 싶었는데 샘플컬러중에는 없는거 같더라구요.

아무튼 샘플중에 색 골라서 했는데 아직 한지 몇일 안되서 유지력은 모르겠지만 기본케어는 성심성의껏 잘해주시더라구요.

회사에서 해준 호텔이 그 근처라 네일샵 선택권이 많은데 다음에도 다른데 생각안하고 그냥 여기 갈려구요 ^^

네일하시는 분 입장에서는 어떤게 더 편한지는 모르겠지만 다른 나라처럼 테이블에 앉으셔서 네일 하시면 더 편하실거 같은데… ( 다른 네일 샵도 보니까 대부분 그런 시스템인가봐요)

아무튼 몇일 후에 회사 직원들 페이스 북에 보니까 직원중에 한명이 싸고 좋다고 스크린샷해서 올렸더라구요 ^^

젤이 까지고 깨진게 아니라 손톱이 찢어졌어요. 3개정도.

한손톱은 너무 짧게 찢어져서 피가 날정도였어요.

다른곳에 가서 지우고 젤 내일 다시 했어요.
완전 짧아져서 지우기만 하고 좀 기른다음에 할라고 하다가 손톱이 더 얇아져서 새로 한 곳에서 좀 두껍게 해주셨어요.

지울때 좀 신경쓰셔야 할거 같아요^^

Had a really good experience here! I didn’t get my nail tech’s name but I think it was Angel. She was very gentle when filing down my gel manicure as part of the removal process, and I didn’t feel any discomfort at all. I also got a regular (non-gel) manicure here and the total price was very reasonable (RM70 for gel removal + regular manicure).

This was my first time getting a manicure here. I forgot to ask the staff’s name, but I really liked the colour she suggested for me to attend a wedding—it’s simple and elegant, and it suited me well! The pricing is transparent, with everything clearly displayed. I asked about each additional service, and the charges were exactly as stated—no hidden fees. She was also kind enough to let my boyfriend sit beside me. The service was excellent and completed very quickly. I would definitely return to her!

I had my nails done yesterday and overall the place is very nice and clean, and I was satisfied with the result. However, I wanted to highlight a few points:
• The price was extremely expensive. I’ve been living in KL for 7 years and have never paid RM350 for a simple French manicure.

• The time taken was very long — 3 hours and 15 minutes to complete a simple French fix, which felt excessive.

I believe these points are worth mentioning so that the overall service experience can be improved.

I was referred to Latelle Nail Spa,by a friend and it was a GREAT GREAT experience. They managed to squeeze in a slot for me despite the “kinda last minute” appointment request . I choosen the Gel Pedicure service and the girl (sorry I didnt get ask her name) did an excellent job ! Very friendly,patience,calm and thorough overall.
