I recently joined the 7D5N trip covering Changsha, Phoenix & Furong Town, Tianmen Hill, Zhangjiajie, Tianzi Mountain, and the Grand Canyon — and it was a truly memorable experience!

Our tour leader Leo was exceptionally helpful and considerate throughout the journey, always making sure everyone was comfortable and informed. Special shoutout to 吴藏（阿藏哥）, our local guide, who was not only knowledgeable but also very friendly and responsible — he really added a personal touch to the tour.

The itinerary was well-organized and covered many iconic spots. It was definitely a bit tiring at times (lots of steps and walking!), but absolutely fun and worth it. The food was decent, although not fully suited to our personal taste — still, we appreciated the variety offered. Hotels were generally comfortable and met our expectations.

Last but not least, our bus driver deserves a mention too — professional, calm, and always ready to lend a hand.

One of the best parts of this trip was the people — we had a lovely group of tour members who were kind, cooperative, and made the journey even more enjoyable.

Overall, I’m happy and quite satisfied with this trip. A great balance of nature, culture, and adventure. Would recommend it to others looking for a well-guided and scenic journey through this beautiful part of China!

We just returned from an amazing 9 days 7 nights trip to Jiuzhaigou (from 10/4 onwards) and would like to give a big thank you to both Ms Joanne Lai (our local tour leader) and Ms Lee Yue Hong (China tour guide) for their excellent service throughout the journey. Throughout the entire trip , everything was smooth and well-coordinated.

Joanne was incredibly helpful in arranging all the details beforehand — flights, accommodation, and connecting us with the right people on the ground. Communication was prompt and efficient, making the whole process stress-free.

Once we arrived in China, Xiao Lee ( Ms Lee Yue Hong) was equally fantastic — warm, knowledgeable, and always attentive to our needs. Whether it was helping us adjust to the high altitude, sharing insights about the places we visited, or simply making sure we were comfortable and safe, the guide went above and beyond every single day.

We just come back from our Yunnan 9 days 8 nights trip .. it was a great experience and enjoyable trip. At the beginning we are worried because my mother in law who is 78 years old together with most of the travellers are 60 and 70 + year old .. Fortunately we met a great tour guide Ms Lai Wan Yee, she is patient , caring and professional to ensure everyone are safe and enjoy the trip.. it was an amazing experience and achievement where all of us are managed to reach yulong snow mountain, lijiang, Shangri-la, balagezong, etc with zero incident .. a big thumb up for all Ah Ma who joined and completed the long mountain walk and climbing .. also not to forget their local tour guide xiao yang , zuo ker yi xi , jia jia and all bus driver for their hardwork and corporation.. I will definitely choose Beeflyz for our next trip with Wan Yee again. Really it is unforgettable and wonderful trip.

Just returned from a fantastic 9-days Yunnan trip (12–20 May 2025), and it was great experience. Our tour leader, Ace, was incredibly attentive—she went above and beyond to ensure every group member is taken care of and also need to special highlight that she took good care of my old age mother.

However, there are also things which I think should be improve such as the selection of hotel can be better. The food provided was generous but i hope that the varieties can be different as we seems to have similar food for every meal. Although the tour do not have shopping stop but the local tour agent do sell some local products and it is optional whether to buy or not.

I recently joined the Guangzhou-Hong Kong-Macau tour from September 19th to 25th. I have mixed feelings about this trip, as it was my first time engaging a travel agency for my travels. I am unsure whether the rushed pace is typical of guided tours or specific to this itinerary. There were definite ups and downs, and, of course, significant room for improvement.

The aspect I loved the most was the accommodations provided; each room was comfortable and fully equipped. Furthermore, the efforts of our China Tour Guide, Mr. Ho, and our Team Lead, Mrs. Sue, were exceptional. They did a great job in managing the group. I would rate 5 stars just for the two of them!

The main downside was experienced especially during our Hong Kong trip. Everything felt very rushed, and the Hong Kong tour guide could have been more passionate. In some locations, he simply told us how to get there and left us to explore ourselves, which was quite confusing. The entire day was so rushed that we had very limited time to explore the Avenue of Stars; my partner and I even had to run to catch up with the schedule. I strongly hope the itinerary can be improved.

Food-wise, I would say the meals were so-so. Only a few that amassed me: dimsum, 乳鸽. At times, I felt I could have found better restaurants in Malaysia. Most meals provided were hotel buffets (breakfasts) or formal grand restaurants (酒楼). I personally prefer somewhere more authentic, it doesn’t need to be fancy, but it should allow us to experience the real culture of the country through its food. Even a cozy small shop or highly recommended local roadside stall could better satisfy our taste buds. For Hong Kong and Macau, it was even worse; due to the rushed schedule, we didn’t get a chance to try any truly authentic local foods in either city.

Itinerary-wise, some places felt too rushed. I did not have enough time to browse or buy souvenirs, and I ultimately went home empty-handed. This makes me wonder if all travel agencies operate like this. I couldn’t enjoy the trip to the fullest because we spent most of our time traveling on the bus and rushed.

I understand the itinerary mentioned no shopping trips; however, I believe there was still a hidden one. We were told by our guides that visiting the watch museum was a compulsory trip set by the company. After the visit, we were taken into a room that sold their watches. The moment I stepped in, my thought was, “What a waste of time and money to bring us to such a place.”

An unfortunate part is that our trip was affected by a typhoon during the final two days. To us, this felt like a waste of money; we paid to enjoy and explore. The final two days covered Shenzhen, but I never even got to try local delicacies like 荔枝酥. Instead, we were limited to staying in the hotel. I hope the company can justify this situation or provide some compensation. Rather than simply remaining silent, the company should issue a formal explanation. While we understand the tour guide and team lead were just doing their best, we expect an explanation from the company itself. Otherwise, you risk losing many loyal customers, as I heard some participants on this tour had joined several times before under your company.

As a conclusion, the accommodations were great! However, significant improvements are required in terms of the itinerary, company policies, and food. The trip should be less rushed and include more authentic food experiences. Furthermore, be transparent about all potential costs. List out all the costs that customers need to know beforehand and let them decide whether to join. Be attentive to your clients; do not just collect the payment and then act unresponsive when issues arise. Thank you.

This review is for Majestic Beijing 1/3-7/3 2025, 7 days 5 night. The trip was honestly the most memorable one so far. The tour leader was Wendy Phang, her service was tiptop! Extremely friendly and attentive. We had a junior tour leader, Wei Xin, she was very helpful too, she behind all the little details that we didn’t notice. The local tour guide, Xiao Dong was a professional tour guide and very knowledgeable about Chinese histories.

Firstly, this Beijing trip, the accommodation was on point! Most memorable for me for the one in 古北水镇大酒店 in Gubei and the famous Sunrise Kempinski. The service and the design of both hotels were amazing. But my no 1, with no doubt, was the one in Gubei one. The vibes were immaculate, a classy hotel in a historical town

Overall, the meals were great, and up to my standards, even in the Gubei. My favourite was the infamous Peking Duck. This might be cliché but it was so good, I reminisce the taste from time to time.

Chloe Chan Xiao Lei was our tour leader. She is really a friendly, lovely, helpful & caring person. A few days before we start our trip, she keep on update us and remind us what should we bring on Yunnan trip. During our trip, she will keep on eyes on us especially my grandmother that has mobility issues since after knee operation for almost more than 10 years. She also will double checking all of us are in the bus or not.

Our tour guide, Shirley Xiao Li 肖莉 from Dali are a humorous, funny, storytelling and talkative person. In the bus, she will tell us many story about her hometown, her family members and history about China during World War 1 and 2. She will tell us whatever she knows. Even one of my family members met problem during boarding back to Malaysia, she will come and help to solve the problem.

Both tour leader and tour guide were good partner, they keep on making fun and jokes with us. I am feeling like all of us were like family. It is nice to make new friends. Now i know why many people keep on travel to China many times.

Good service provided by the tour leader, tour guide and bus driver. The tour leader Chloe is very friendly and helpful and will answer all our questions and recommend some of the must-buy in Japan. And the tour guide is very responsible and knowledgeable, i really enjoyed the long drive as there were never a dull moment as he shared many fascinating history and facts of Japan, a very great insight i would say! The bus driver is very punctual and he drove very steadily which made me feel safe even when i nap in the bus haha. Itinerary is well planned, but i hope they can provide longer period of travel plans as i travelled so far i would prefer to explore more of the local beauty and delicacy. Accommodation is always very nice and comfortable which is why we chose GD in the first place. The meals are surprisingly good, very fresh and authentic and big portion.

The tour leader, Michael Lok and tour guide, Zhang Guo Qiang is very responsible and gave their 200% in arranging most suitable itenary for us. They have the elderly who has walking difficulty in mind and try to find the best arrangement and option to us.

最难忘的还是玉龙雪山！在我们到之前，因为天气原因已经封山了好几次，没想到我们竟然赶上了开放还遇上了下雪真的超级幸运。简直是圆梦时刻，开心到飞起！
吃住方面也很满意，酒店干净舒适，餐食也很好，还有不少地道的特色菜，整体感觉棒棒哒。交通安排也很顺利，导游们安排得非常贴心。虽然行程节奏稍微有点紧凑，但这也说明他们尽力想带我们多看、多体验，真的很用心了！
特别要夸夸我们的领队 Karen Gwen，太贴心啦。她随身带着暖宝宝、精油药贴这些贴心小物件，是特别为大家准备以防高原反应。她人也超有耐心，不管大家有什么问题她都尽心尽力地帮忙解决，专业又周到让整个旅程轻松又安心。

After getting feedback from friends and google reviews of the many popular tour agencies including Easy Europe, I finally decided on Easy Europe to Switzerland. Yes Switzerland is spectacular especially one cannot get enough of the alpines sceneries but more so the tour coverage is comprehensive with the hotels and food well chosen. We were blessed to overlook the scenic view from our hotel room in Zermatt. Was surprised and touched too by Easy Europe celebrating Mother’s Day and Birthdays during our trip.
Denise our Tour Manager was great, helpful and pretty entertaining too during the long bus journey.
Definitely will go for a second Europe trip with EE in 2026 since my husband got a Rm500 voucher for his birthday ☺️

My wife & I toured the Balkans with Easy Europe(EE) in April 2025. We enjoyed our first trip with EE in 2018 to Southern Italy & Greece so much that we booked a trip to Spain & Portugal with EE for 2020. Unfortunately, the pandemic struck & EE postponed the tour to 2022 when it was safe to travel.
I am not going to expound on how good their tours are. Suffice to say my comments above coupled with all the raving reviews given by their repeat customers are testimony enough.
I would like to share instead of our personal experience with EE.
The management had shown tremendous compassion & kindness to my wife & I between 2022 to 2024, a rare attribute today where most business enterprises prioritise profits over ethical/humane considerations. We were unable to join the Spain & Portugal tour for 2 years because we had to nurse our aging & sick dog. During this period, EE communicated with us to find out about the state of our dog & to update & reassure us about the postponement of the tour.
Subsequently we felt it was unfair to keep the tour on hold for too long & we corresponded with EE as such & we were prepared to lose our deposits. To our surprise, EE gave us a full refund based on humane reason.
My point is a company that truly “listens” with its heart & soul to its customer with empathy exhibits genuine connection, understanding and integrity which fosters trust and long-term relationships. We would like to commend EE for going above and beyond simple customer service – service with a heart. They are here for the long-run & value their customers at a much deeper level – a real gem indeed! We hope EE will continue to inculcate this culture to all levels of their staff especially now as they grow their business to greater heights. I wish you all the best EE.

I signed up for the August 2025 Safari tour and Easy Europe totally delivered on destination, discovery and the drama of Southern Africa. The tour leader, Angeline, managed us well and with good cheer – from accommodation to meals, to transfers and travel tips and advice. The trip itinerary was well planned and we saw the Safari Big 5 and the beauty of the people and the land, the experience only enhanced by good local guides and the excellent camaradarie between my fellow travellers. We had a wonderful and enjoyable trip to Inner Mongolia Xilamuren + Hohhot. Our tour leader, Veronica Law, and local guide, Qi Qi Ge, were incredibly responsible and professional, effectively resolving an unexpected issue that arose.
Veronica was exceptional. She not only verbally communicated the day’s important details but also typed them out and sent them to everyone, ensuring we didn’t miss anything. She was also very caring towards all the tour members. On the day at Xiangshawan, after the performance, I saw her quietly and slowly walked back to the hotel with an elderly auntie who had mobility issues, chatting with her the whole way, even though the auntie wasn’t from our tour group.
Qi Qi Ge was also very helpful. She was particularly attentive and immediately offered assistance when she noticed I couldn’t use my TNG e-wallet to pay.
Their dedication and kindness truly made our trip unforgettable.

I followed this tour agency to 九寨沟 of China this September. Using few terms to describe this entire trip with their top tier service are “professional, friendly, experienced, and observant”. First of all, their professionalism is undoubtedly a selling point. Seeing other tourists lining up for hours under the scorching sun made me confirmed that following them is the right choice. We had saved so much time and not forget to mention the tour guide’s explanation throughout the entire journey which is good, informative and knowledgeable.

Joined them for an 11D8N Eastern Europe tour led by Wai Chin n Paul. Very enjoyable trip n we were well taken care of by our super accommodative tour leaders. The travel packages are excellent — a complete arrangement from A to Z. Our team leader, Ms. Candy, and tour guide, Mr. Shu Shan, were friendly, competent, and explained the history and tourist attractions very well. Although experience flight cancel from Kuala Lumpur to Istanbul and Zurich, Vanice still able complete all itinerary, received good services and helpful from Vanice. She was humor but at same time she still do her job well done with deliver Switzerland history / story / information on each tourist point.

I recently went on a wonderful trip to Guilin, China, and it was an unforgettable experience filled with breathtaking scenery, fun activities, and delicious food. Our itinerary was well thought out, and we were lucky to have a great and caring tour guide (Calvin Clarkson Ng) who made the whole journey even more enjoyable.

We explored some iconic spots such as Elephant Trunk Hill, the immersive and vibrant Romance Park, and took in the stunning views from the Bumi Terraces Cable Car. One of the highlights was the Lijiang River Cruise, where we got to see Guilin’s famous karst landscape from the water—absolutely magical.

The tour also included visits to Silver Cave and Maling Guzhai, both offering incredible natural and cultural experiences. Another fun and unique part of the trip was the Cake DIY activity at Osmanthus Commune, where we had a hands-on experience and lots of laughs.

A special mention has to go to our tour guide, who was not only knowledgeable but also very attentive and caring. They made sure everyone in the group was comfortable, kept everything running smoothly, and added a personal touch that made the whole tour feel warm and well-organized.

And of course, the meals provided throughout the trip were all delicious—from local specialties to hearty traditional dishes, everything we ate was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying.

Recently went on a trip to Yunnan with Golden Deluxe Travel agency. The trip was exceptional with nice food, good accommodation, good pick of itinerary, as well as over the top service from our Malaysian tour guide Mr. Calvin and our Chinese tour guide 小刘. They went above and beyond in taking care of us and making sure everyone is comfortable and enjoying themselves. Although there were some unforeseen weather conditions, they sorted it out quickly and made changes to the itinerary to fill the day. Would definitely recommend anyone to book their trips.

We recently joined a 6D5N family trip to Guangzhou (Guangzhou–Foshan–Shunde–Panyu–Guangzhou) with Golden Deluxe Travel, guided by Malaysia tour leader Lisa Peh and China tour guide, Li Qing Gui (Ah Kwai).

Our family truly enjoyed the tour as the itinerary was well-planned. We had the chance to savor many local foods and delicacies—the double-skim milk custard was silky smooth with just the right sweetness, the goose dishes had perfectly balanced skin and meat texture, and the red bean dessert with “Pak Hap” was especially delightful. Seafood porridge was delicious.

The hotel accommodations were clean and comfortable. Both Lisa and Ah Kwai took excellent care of us, paying special attention to senior passengers and a traveler with special needs. Their professionalism, passion, and experience really stood out throughout the trip.

The coach was also kept clean, and driver Mr. Yeong ensured our safety at all times so we could relax and enjoy our holiday.

This was my first time traveling with Confidence Travel & Tour, and it was truly an excellent experience. Our tour leader Daren Lim, was extremely organized and managed all the travel arrangements smoothly. He showed great care, was very responsible, and paid close attention to everyone’s needs. I’ve been travelling a bit via local agencies to quite a few attractions and famous places in mainland China. So much so, now a days I truly prefer working with a renowned local tour agent even though it’s quite easy to access direct China Agency via social media. I’ve totally removed such access as there has been plenty fraud cases happening on line. Hence for those who wish to travel to China, I truly suggest you choose a local Malaysian agency. Like me what we did was to travel with a local company such as Ubingo, ACE or this time its Confidential Travel and Tours. Our destination was Yunnan. It’s this trip that I’ve realised the importance of the Malaysian representative that we normally called the Tour Leader. This trip we discovered a treasure which is Peggy Cheng. She blends so well with our group to the extend she willingly spend evenings accompanying us out till late on drinking nights and with no complains nor demands for returns. She is so patience, cool tempered, tolerates complaints or even bad comments and even bad attitudes of all customers and responds only with giggles and smiles. She is a gem to us and I can say for now she is who we will be choosing to when we choose the next destination. If anyone is looking for a good tour company and a good tour leader I would highly recommend Confidance Tour and Travel Sdn Bhd ( even thought they are not as big as Apple or all the fancy names ) but they have great people like Peggy !!!

Confidance Travel as a company and it’s Yunnan Trip organization and its itinerary. I can conclude the following for other fellow travellers who would love such wonderful experiences as we have valued. Firstly the itinerary as a whole was superior as they made the spread bearable with bus transport journey kept to a maximum of four hours for its longest stretch. The direction was builder with our body exposure to hight and high altitude sickness in mind. Our step leader route started with landing in Kunming (1800 above sea level). Slow climb to Dali which is 2100 meters above sea and eventually towards Shangri La which is 3500 meters above sea level. This allow adequate acclimatisation and with three days stretch it’s more bearable. More over the tour leader helps prepare every one to minimize our exposure to adverse high altitude sickness by making available supplements, medication and most importantly oxygen tanks for our final approach to The Snow Dragon Mountain which is 4,650 meters above sea level. The well packed agenda in Lijiang helps too, with our mind off the high altitude sickness we acclimatised back to normalcy without any issues. The food variations were superbly chosen as well which reflects the 29 minority people which is almost half of the 56 minority all throughout the great land of China. Lastly the choices of hotel were as promised as five star class accommodation which even included five start boutiques hotels where ancient city locations are included. The consideration for distance to such attraction are not effecting the classes of hotel provided. The local Chinese tour leader were exceptionally good with great knowledge and enthusiasm of sharing such information easy for old folks like us to absorb. My final verdict is a five thumbs up.

It’s just not justifiable if I don’t mention this so special person, which is the actual back bone that made our trip so memorable, exciting, enjoyable and mostly joyous with little words that I could convay in an alien language to me. Well I hope “siow yee” you could be commandable with a job so well done that my little mentioned of you could help you in anyway I’ve only have this WeChat to share.
