Avenue K Parking lot is a multi-storey car park located at 156, Jalan Ampang, near the Avenue K Shopping Mall in Kuala Lumpur. The parking lot has a height restriction of 7′ 3″ and offers electric car charging facilities. The parking lot also provides valet services until 12 am daily, with different rates for podium and basement parking. The parking lot accepts pay on foot, card, cash, contactless, and phone payment options.
The parking lot is convenient for shoppers and visitors who want to access the Avenue K Shopping Mall, which has a variety of stores and eateries. However, some users have complained about the parking lot’s entrance being blocked by supply trucks and lorries, the frequent breakdown of the lifts and escalators, and the high parking fees compared to other nearby parking lots. The parking lot also has limited validated parking available.
Overall, Avenue K Parking lot is a decent option for parking in the area, but it may not be the best choice for those who are looking for a cheap, reliable, and hassle-free parking experience. Users may want to consider parking at KLCC or taking public transportation instead.

Beware of Reserved Parking located at every floor, at random spots. They didn’t paint the floor wih RESERVED signage, or atleast put cone to notify driver. They just hang high the RESERVED sign, so you need to always look up to notice it. Brilliant way to scam driver to pay for the clamping release. Good job!!
Parking management pun skarang dah jadi scammer. I end up paying RM88 for my parking today.

There are multi levels basement car park here up to B4. You can enter the carpark without touching your Touch n Go card as the RFID reader will read your carplate in front of autogate. You only have to pay via Touch n Go or credit card or debit card when you exit the car park, again, the parking fees will be shown in front of the autogate at the exit. Valet parking services are available after you enter the basement car park.

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️
First time experience the Valet Parking at the Avenue K’s parking lot. I have paid 12RM for valet parking entry at 12pm. Then, shopping and traveling around until 16:30pm, when leaving the parking lot, I have to pay ANOTHER EXTRA 15RM on the way out…. Seriously?!?! What is the point of valet parking?!?!
Also the staff at this Valet Parking was unhelpful at all, no guidance, no instructions, nothing.
Parking myself is much better. Never ever again using the Valet Parking here.

The most suck parking valet ever. They don’t have change then say that they will give the remaining money and put at our car as they need to have small change.
They just went back before we finish our things.
They literally stole money.
Super stupid management ever.

We used their QR pay system instead of tapping our TNG or debit card. When we exited, due to the jam heading out from the parking lot, we passed the 15 mins grace period. This caused us to be stuck there. The parking attendants were very unhelpful and blamed us instead. Overall awful experience and a failed implementation.

City Parking offers a convenient location and generally adequate space for vehicles. The presence of a nearby food court is a definite plus for those wanting a quick bite. However, the facility’s structure presents some maintenance concerns, with reports of numerous potholes on the ramps, creating a potentially jarring experience. Finding an autopay machine can also be a challenge at times.
Overall, City Parking is a serviceable option for those needing a centrally located parking spot. While improvements to the road conditions would be appreciated, it remains a functional choice. Remember to factor in the facility’s closing time, as it is not a 24-hour service. The location is the main selling point.

On a weekday, don’t waste your time looking for roofed parking lot. Straight away proceed to the top level unless you be there before 8 AM. They have discount RM 1 on Friday prayers time(12 pm – 2 pm). They have entrance and only 1 exit. So far I’ve never been disappointed when try to get a spot here. You can find nearby food court here.

A lot of holes along the way to reach certain floors of the car park. These holes should be easily repaired. Do not know how long they have been there. Only one autopay machine available at the Ground Floor. No elevators and the stairs are pretty scary if you are alone.

Its a paid parking area but there is a bit more to it. It connects the National Mosque, Lake Perdana, Dayabumi Tower & the National Post office. It has one nice open air eatery outlet that caters breakfast, lunch & tea time at the entrance.

If you are looking for roti canai telur goyang proceed to stall located at the corner of the building name Talawi corner or multi choices of dishes for nasi lemak, nasi goreng etc proceed to the stall infront of the building.

The KL Tower Parking area offers a convenient option for visitors, though spaces are sometimes limited, particularly during peak hours. Finding a spot can require a bit of patience, but the proximity to the tower itself is a significant benefit, allowing for easy access to the attraction and minimizing walking distance for those with mobility concerns. The facility provides a straightforward and functional parking experience.
It’s a well-maintained area offering relatively easy navigation. The presence of security personnel contributes to a feeling of safety and reassurance for guests. The parking fees are standard for the location, and represent good value given the prime area and the popular destination it serves. Accessibility and convenience are key strengths of this parking facility.

The Nu Sentral Parking Zone B Area offers a convenient location for visitors. The facility is generally well-maintained and provides a relatively stress-free parking experience. Having Touch & Go payment options available streamlines the process, and the connection to KL Sentral is a significant advantage for travelers.
Accessing the parking zone can sometimes be tricky to locate initially, but the ramps and levels are manageable. It’s a good choice if you require easy access to the mall and transportation hub, particularly given the frequency of visitors to the area, but might be more expensive than other options nearby.

Customer Reviews
Very expensive parking, and the entrance is designed so that you have to enter and exit through the front lobby so there is massive queue when you try to exit. The worst part is they advertise that there is flat rate rm5 during public holiday, but the process to validate it is cumbersome (need to go some customer service office) and not well advertised at all (allegedly available at the lobby lift in fine print, but not on the website). Not returning to park here.

The entrance is towards the end of the mall on the right (I nearly missed it coz was busy talking )
If you’re parking to fetch someone from KL Sentral, Level 2C is convenient enough, you’ll come out near Machines store or another exit/entrance nearby Lush and it’s the same level that connects to KL Sentral.
Brightly lit, the ramps to each floor can be a bit tight and small for bigger cars such as Vellfire/Alphard. No worries for Perodua
Paid RM 5 for a duration of less than an hour parking. Touch & Go available.

There are a few ways to access this parking. From street level, you may take the ramp down near the KL Sentral main entrance or another entrance by the side of Menara 1 Sentrum (turn left just after AmBank). The car park itself is well maintained and clean but can be quite crowded on weekends. Self service payment via cash or Touch & Go

This place too stingy about the parking fee, they should learn from MidValley Megamall on how to attract people to come, their parking fee is cheaper and more attractive store there, but unfortunately in this NU Sentral the there’s no flat rate parking fee unless you spend more than rm50 on WEEKEND only. This place just lucky because it’s connected to KL Sentral. I hope they can adjust the parking fee to be flat rate after 6pm and weekend like Midvalley does.

2022 update : too bad, no more flat rate on weekend so consider quite expensive. Can get flat rate RM5 only if spend min RM50 in single receipt, but have to validate at the customer service.
Flat rate on weekends so it’s a good option to park here for long hours. Easy to find empty spot. Might be quite narrow for big cars. Google map will not take to the right entrance. Just find Starbucks and drive a lil bit to the front and you’ll see the entrance on the right-side, at the end of the building, just before the corner.

Parking Lot 10 offers a convenient location for shoppers visiting the surrounding area. The facility is quite large and generally well-maintained, providing ample space for vehicles. It’s a popular choice due to its proximity to major retail outlets, making it ideal for those wanting a central location.
The layout can be a little confusing initially, with multiple levels and ramps. However, once familiar, navigating the parking area becomes easier. A secure environment is a notable advantage, with visible security personnel and surveillance systems, contributing to a sense of safety for patrons.

PSA WARNING:
Avoid parking here at all costs, especially if you’re planning to leave after 6pm. The exit is connected to the worst traffic in Malaysia, it is easily a 3-hour car queue to barely exit the car park and it starts from 7pm.
You will waste a significant amount your life going through this meaningless endeavour, cherish your life and stay away. There are thousands who’ve lost their soul on this grueling path EVERY WEEK and this shall not be your fate, it is not worth it.
If I there is negative stars rating, it would be negative 5 stars. Even if the mall pays me to park here, I wouldn’t.
Heed from the fallen, wisdom that’d prevent you from this soul sucking, life draining, and ominous wicked dark place. Like a quicksand drowning you inch by inch, an abyss that consumes you bit by bit. It’s a slow, painful way to go out.
It’s 1.5 hours now and not a level down have I moved, 2 more hours to go. If you see this, don’t, please just don’t.
Oh and your cellular signal will most likely be weak, so no data too.
Sincerely,
Another Unfortunate Fallen

Entrance is quite hidden, and its 5 level driving up the ramp before reaching the parking lot. Both Lot 10 and Fahrenheit parking still use ticket and cash (pay at machine); which quite a hassle to find cash. Hopefully their management can upgrade it soon. If u parking until late night and the mall has close, just use the lift at the side of the building (opposite Sungei Wang’s side)

Bad parking place ever. Stuck more than 2 hour is a must if you park here. Can’t even move down to 1 level in 1 hour. Rana Parking Enterprise near Jalan Beremi offers a convenient and relatively affordable parking solution in the Bukit Bintang area. It’s a great option if you’re planning to visit spots like Lot10 or Pavilion, with a short walk to those popular destinations. The open-air nature of the parking space, while providing ventilation, can also mean your car will be quite hot after a full day.
The main benefit is the location and price, currently around RM10 per entry. Just be mindful of the lack of covered parking and ensure you check your vehicle for any scratches or damage before leaving. A simple and practical choice for visitors wanting access to the Bukit Bintang shopping scene.

Parking Lot 195 @ Jalan Pinang offers a convenient location for accessing the KLCC area. The biggest draw is the proximity, providing a quick and straightforward way to reach the towers and surrounding attractions. It’s a good option if you are looking for a nearby open-air parking space and prefer the ease of a flat-rate system, rather than meter parking or complicated tariffs.
While incredibly useful for its location, the price point is definitely a factor to consider. A flat fee for entry, while predictable, might be a bit high for regular use. The accessibility offered makes it a popular spot, and the space itself seems adequate for maneuvering vehicles, though it’s an outdoor setting so weather protection is nonexistent.

CCP Car Park offers a convenient location for those frequenting the surrounding area. The facility provides a reliable option when alternative parking is unavailable, allowing for quick access to nearby establishments. Its proximity is a definite advantage, making it a suitable choice for short visits.
However, prospective users should be aware of the pricing structure. Rates are on the higher end compared to other nearby options, and understanding the hourly fees beforehand is highly recommended.
