The motorcycle was in bad condition and they claimed to have good condition. Price is cheap but motorcycle condition was super bad.
Even some of the less than 10K mileage also got issue. This is my last time will use this branch motorcycle. Use at your own risk.
The motorcycle on the ad is misleading. Its actually either old motor or problematic motorcycle. They dont even offer for us to test drive. Why? Because its none of their business and if breakdown we had to pay

日本人です。日本で大型免許を持って、YAMAHAのMT-09に乗っています。ベトナム、タイで地元バイクをレンタルしてパートナーとタンデム旅するのが、地元の空気感を味わって旅できるので大好きです。
日本でもPCX 125も所有しています。
マレーシアでも同じ体験が出来るのではと思って、期待してレンタルしました。
結論から言うと、電動バイクはちゃちくて、非力で全く楽しくなかったです。
バッテリーは2個搭載してあり、航続距離は100キロとの事ですが、一個のバッテリーは50キロしか持たず、2個目に切り替えるためには、停車して、後ろのスイッチを切り替えないと2個目のバッテリーに接続出来ません。自動では切り替わらない仕組みです。おかげで走行中にバッテリー切れとなり、停車して降車してシートをオープンし、切り替える手間が発生します。
長距離を移動中や交差点でバッテリー切れになると最悪で危険でした。
そうならないためにも早めにバッテリーゲージを見ながら切り替えようとしますが、リチウムイオンではないため、バッテリーゲージが当てになりません。
アクセルの捻り方でバッテリーの残量が増減するので、フルスロットルにするには、気が引けます。
おまけに非力で、タンデムでも平地で最高時速は70キロまでしか出ません。
他のエンジンバイクが100キロで流れに乗っているようなところでは、交通の邪魔になるどころか危険性すら感じます。
特にバドゥ洞窟に近い直線道路では、日本の高速道路のようにスピードを出す車ばかりです。
上り坂では50キロしか出ないのて、恐怖心を感じました。
極めつけは、道路事情が悪く道路に穴が開いているところが多いです。
日本製バイクであれば、17インチのタイヤが当たり前ですが、13から14インチ程度の中華製のバイクタイヤの為、穴に車輪を取られた時のダメージがひどいです。
危うく転倒しそうになるところでした。
後輪のリムがその衝撃で、変形してチューブレスタイヤのために空気が抜けてパンクしてしまいました。
ワッツアップアプリですぐに救援に来てくれましたが30分かかりました。若い子2人が２台の他のバイクで来てくれましたが…
バッテリー切れでその日の帰りに立ち寄りましたが、リムが変形したと400リンギット、日本円で13,000円ほどを請求されました。
レンタルの際には全く説明がなかったので、不意打ちを喰らった気持ちで、最悪でした。
その後2日間も道路の穴や段差にヒヤヒヤしながら乗らないといけなくなり、どうせならエンジンバイクの160ccのモデルをレンタルした方がよかったと後悔しました。
中華電動バイクで、静かですが、車に気づいて貰えにくく、少しでもブレーキに触っているとモーターが動かない仕組みの為に、トルクを伝えながらブレーキ操作をすると言った操作がしにくく、絶対電動バイクには乗らないと決めました。
おまけに壊やすく、そのリスクを客に背負わせる店主の経営方針には呆れました。
クアラルンプールは素敵な街なのに残念です。2度と利用しません。

I came to him with a tight budget, and he went out of his way to find a scooter that perfectly matched what I needed and what I could afford.

Der Vermieter war sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Er war immer zu erreichen und hat immer geholfen. Auch hat er Tipps gegeben was man alles in Kuala Lumpur machen kann. Die Preise sind auch mehr als fair. Ich denke einen besseren Vermieter findet Ihr nicht. Ich empfehle es zu 100% weiter.

Rented a scooter here. 125cc through 150cc models cost 70RM per day + a refundable deposit of 200 RM.
One morning I was unable to start the bike for unknown reasons. Contacted the owner and he replied very quickly. Though took a few hours, he sent me another person to check the bike. This person was also nice.
They addressed the issue very sincerely and offered me a one day’s worth of refund because I could not use the bike on that day for repairing. Later the bike came back and it started without problem.
I was very grateful for their sincerity. I want to recommend this shop to anyone seeking a rental motorbike in Masjid India.

I have rented this two bike for a week now which i will definitely extend till the last day i am in town, the bikes are in excellent condition, i worked with the other two rentals here in Kl i warranty Marx’s bikes are the best compare two them, helmets are great no broken parts no smell, the prices are fairly good especially the deposit, and the owner is really helpful he didn’t hesitate to help me in anyway, having a box, or trying bikes he do anything possible to help the costumer.

I rented a motorbike for a day. The entrance to the shop was a little hard to find, but the staff were very kind and explained everything to me in detail. I rented a Honda Vario. An international driver’s license and passport are required. The rental fee was 70 RM per day with a 200 RM deposit. (cash payment) .A smartphone holder is included. You can fill up the fuel tank with the fuel you use. I would definitely rent again when I travel to Kuala Lumpur.

Communication via WhatsApp was prompt and professional, and the bike was delivered and collected exactly as agreed. The motorbike and helmets were of excellent quality, the rental rate was very reasonable, and the cash deposit was returned without issue. Highly recommended—especially for those who prefer the convenience of petrol over the hassle of locating charging stations. Is also possible to go to his office to collect bike which is in central location if needed. But suggest you watts app first.

I’ve rented here the motorcycle for my trip around Malaysia at Melaka peninsula. Picked Kawasaki Versys 650. All service for pick-up and drop-off the bike were excellent. I got all necessary documents for Langkawi ferry, also got useful advices about the routes for my trip. The bike was equipped with very util luggage boxes.
As result, I drove 3154 km for 15 days and had no any problems with the bike in my trip! I had used a lot of other rental motorcycle services all around the world (US, Europe, Great Britain, Russia, Chile) and can definitely say MRRM was one of the best for me.
This is the best place in Malaysia to rent any kind of bikes. From scooty to super bikes, they’ve got everything.

I had a great experience renting from MRRM. The GSA1200 I was on had fresh tires and drove great all around the peninsula for a week. Apeq and Harris were a pleasure to work with, and delivered the bike to me recently cleaned, serviced, and ready to cruise. Booked a scooter over the phone, when I went to pick it up 2 days later, he had no rentals left and suggested I come back the next day. So of course I wouldn’t recommend.
Highly recommend, but ONLY for riders experienced with big Malaysian city traffic and how to navigate it with his low capacity scooters. Mohamad the owner is easy going, trusting, and communicative, but make sure you have the experience, skills and insurance cover to rent from him. If you don’t you could get both yourself and him in trouble. The Honda EX5 scooter I rented from him was old but everything was working, and the engine was super well tuned and could idle at very low RPM, saving me petrol.
