There were so many designs — from elegant and simple to sparkling and dramatic — I just kept trying more and more. The fitting rooms are spacious and comfy, so it didn’t feel rushed at all. The gowns I tried all looked new and well-kept, which made it even harder to choose just one.

The staff here are honestly the kind of people you want with you when you’re making outfit decisions. They gave suggestions based on my body shape and the event, helped zip me up, adjusted the hem.

Okay so I found this place online and wanted to text them what I wanted as I was looking for some specific dress for an event. I sent them pictures and colors and my size and they said they have it so here we go, they sent me a QR instantly to pay the 10ringgit to reserve the slot for dress fit. So they did greet me but after that they did not show me a single y that I have sent to them and they claimed whatever they have is mostly XS/S like there was nothing there in my size and they didn’t even help to look around, I had to call them few times to even show me if they have anything and they kept pointing fingers expecting me to go look for the dress, no help for the fitting time and overall a waste of time. Collecting RM10 was not it all but wasting somebody’s time for that RM10 is beyond atrocious. And trust me, my size is usually S/M even on shein. All I asked them was if they had M/L. Only if they had not lied, could have saved my time.

You are looking for a pink coloured dresses so I deduced it to these two.

I would say that the staff are very friendly and very helpful in terms of working for colours I would much bridesmaid dresses which are not photographed.

They even have tailoring services to enlarge or tighten dresses according to your preference.

If you’re a self love advocate like me, then you will love the large mirrors and lighting for you to take photos and videos to your liking.

First time experiencing this kind of bad service for fitting appointment.
The staff were not attentive, her facial expressions and body language conveyed disinterest and impatience rather than warmth or professionalism. There were no smiles no welcoming gestures just a cold attitude that made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than valued prospect.
Given that gown fittings are often emotional and memorable experiences the lack of warmth from the staff significantly impacted the atmosphere and joyful mood.
After the fitting, the staff has no intention to explain the packages at all.
Even though I might be interested in one of the gowns or good package deal, I’ll not make it a deal.

Heidi and team were the best! We had started communicating earlier on regarding an expedited photo album and shooting process, since I am an international bride and we had only two weeks to get from photoshoot to the actual wedding. On our photoshoot day, I had prepared to do my own make up, but Heidi assured me that she understood my vision and executed it to perfection. The photos came out fantastic. The photographer WeiKin was very efficient and understanding. And went according to our ability to withstand the outdoor Malaysian heat. It was a very reasonably priced experience as well. We did three outfit changes for the photo shoot and we ended up renting additional one dress and suit from them for the actual day. Heidi also was able to take time to come and do the groom’s hair and makeup on the actual day. Overall, would highly recommend to anyone!!!
