There is a whopping 10 levels to the shopping mall! even though it might be hard to navigate at times, overall there are many stores to look and shop at. The mall’s modern design, spacious layout, and vibrant atmosphere make it a great place to spend the day. While it leans towards the high-end side, the experience is well worth it. Definitely a top spot in KL for shopping and dining!

The mall looks good, has a wide variety of products, good restaurants, many famous shops, convenient for food, and there is a fountain in front which is a highlight. This was my first time visiting and I felt that this place is a very beautiful landmark, second only to the Twin Town building.

Pavilion Mall in Kuala Lumpur is an absolute delight for shoppers and tourists! From high-end international brands to trendy local shops, it has everything under one roof. The mall is beautifully designed, very clean, and gives a luxurious feel. The food court and restaurants offer a wide variety of delicious options from all around the world. It’s centrally located in Bukit Bintang and perfect for spending a full day — shopping, dining, and even just relaxing. The festive decorations and events are always amazing too. Highly recommended for anyone visiting KL!

My wife and I are currently visiting KL and our hotel is just next to this huge and very popular mall in Bukit Bintang. We last visited this mall in 2017 and we are happy to see that it is still going strong with retail and food and beverage shops aplenty – from the expensive ones to the affordable ones, and from the global branded ones to the local branded ones to the independent ones. And we are impressed that it also houses 2 big food courts therein – Food Republic and Food Place. And there is even a Tokyo Street for many many things Japanese. This mall is certainly THE place to shop and dine at in KL.

Soooo many stores. There are 6 floors and tons of stores, from Luxury brands to electronics, sportsware, and perfume – This Shopping Center has everything.

there is also hundreds of great food options on all floors (floor 1 being your biggest selection). brands, companies, restaurants from all over the world.

You can easily spend an entire day here

Le Moomba not only have beautiful collections. They also make beautiful suits and blouses to suit your preferences. I was a lucky enough to get a few pieces of saree blouses tailor made at Le Moomba recently. Madam Bella personally took my measurements and had it tailored. Fitted very well. One of the blouse with a mandarin collar had the special Chinese flower button too. A pc I’ll treasure always. Thanks Bella@Le Moom6

Joe is very helpful she explained to me in details different types of batik in Malaysia and justify the difference (between normal and authentic batik Malaysia) . This is truly helpful to me now I know investment in authentic Malaysia batik is worthy. I bought one at last and I’m satisfied with this store.

There are many different types of Bariks, from very brightly colored Batiks to linen Batiks and one-of-a-kind Batiks.

The store staff are also very helpful and will
give you advice on sizes, colors, etc.

I especially love the linen Batik because it’s light, soft and cool.

There are also many Batik accessories available, making them perfect souvenirs.

I had a great experience shopping at The store. The staff were welcoming and very helpful in guiding me to find the perfect outfit. The quality of the clothes is excellent, the fabric feels soft and durable, and everything fits true to size. I especially love the variety of styles available. there’s something for every occasion. Plus, the store itself is clean, organized, and easy to browse. I’ll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommended!

Entire collection on a single floor but they own the whole building. Yes good customer service but signs and info given is misleading. Eg we were told to choose the design and they’ll get us the size but then most of our choices didn’t have relevant sizes.
Also most signs said eg 30% but after choosing an item and trying and selecting they say ‘ this item no discount’

Lastly I may question that most of the positive reviews here are for the free gift offered by the company, which doesn’t reflect the actual scene on the ground.

A very beautiful mall — every corner is perfect for photo-taking, even the toilets are beautiful and very clean. The mall isn’t very big, but it mainly sells high-end luxury goods. There aren’t many people, possibly because it gives off such a high-class vibe that it feels intimidating. The corridors and halls have plenty of seating for people to rest, which is much better than most other shopping malls.

My wife and I were here today for a look-see. We were last here in 2017, and at that time, we found this mall to be quite boring, lacking in buzz and vitality. However today, we were amazed by how much this mall has been transformed – from a place of little comings and goings, to a place that is very hip and very happening. While this mall has retained its “atas” tenants of long-standing, it now incorporates a very popular Taiwanese multi-hyphenate bookstore cum lifestyle (sprawling) shop as sort of its “anchor tenant”, drawing in other very hip tenants – there is even a pickleball facility in this mall. What a great change for the “better” IMHO.

Really enjoyed exploring Starhill Gallery – a quieter, more refined alternative to some of the busier malls in KL. The standout for me was the bookstore and café – a perfect place to unwind after a busy morning of sightseeing or shopping. Great coffee, peaceful atmosphere, and cosy reading corners where you can browse or just relax.

The space is modern and airy with elegant interiors, and there are also a few unique fashion boutiques and artisan stores that make it an interesting place to explore. It’s not as crowded as Pavilion next door, which makes it feel more exclusive and calm.

Located right beside the JW Marriott and connected to Bukit Bintang’s main pedestrian walkways – super convenient. Also just a short walk from the MRT and Monorail.

✅ Tip: Perfect for a quiet coffee, catching up on some reading, or escaping the crowds while still being in the heart of KL.

由吉隆坡JW萬豪酒店與隔壁的威斯汀酒店共構的商場，裡面有眾多高級品牌，台灣著名的（誠品）書店就在這裡的2樓，1樓外的廣場，常常有由誠品舉辦的市集，與對面的帕威年人潮相互呼應，點綴了吉隆坡武吉免登熱鬧的光采！

Beautiful mall, cosy atmosphere — but sadly poor management.
Parking system is outdated and inconvenient. Having to provide sharp change in 2025 is unacceptable — please upgrade to a proper cashless system.

The surau’s aircond was not working, and even the lifts feel suffocating. These basic facilities should be properly maintained for visitors’ comfort.

This mall has great potential, but the management really needs to step up and modernize.

I shopped at this store on two different evenings with two different sales assistants, and both were incredibly polite and pleasant.
The shop is charming, selling Ghibli characters and other cute items.

Collections were okay, had some choices and offers, initially was on my own then after a while the sales person came to assist me and she was very pleasant, but only 2 fitting room available… Collects crowd due to waiting as need for room to be free… I couldn’t see a sign saying max number of clothes that we could try on… Otherwise it was alright

I love Whimsigirl so muchh, and I will always make time to visit the beautiful store! I love everything about the store. Everything is so aesthetically pleasing. Every corner is beautifully decorated and Instagram worthy. They always make the effort to change their flower arrangements and layout too so that every visit feels more magical than the previous ones. The staffs are amazing, they’re super friendly and super helpful! Edruce, Sorfina, Sabrina are the ones I meet the most and they’re the sweetest! Best part about the store is that not only it’s a place where you can shop beautiful clothes, there’s also a cute nook where you can just sit, read a book or do whatever you please. Best place to “drop” your husband or boyfriend too, hehe. Congratulations again to the team on the store opening!

Good collection of abayas and tudungs but that’s where the praise ends. Every section blasts music at full volume like a nightclub. It’s deafening and disrespectful. For God’s sake, you’re in a Muslim country selling abayas. Stop the haram, and show some respect!!!!!!

Good quality with reasonable price. But maybe after this baju kurung should come with proper box instead of plastic, like the one for baju melayu since baju kurung price is higher as compared to baju melayu.

This is a huge clothing store that has a lot to offer.
There are so many mannequins displaying a big array of baju melayu.
Quality is great, price is also reasonable.

Escalators are available in the premise. Not sure if they are OKU friendly. But for lazy person like myself, escalators are great.

This store accepts credit card as one of the payment options. It’s convenient.

Directly opposite this store is another famous clothing mall called Muaz. I would say Muaz offers cheaper pricing, but Alfaro offers nicer overall shopping experience and quality of the clothing.
