Très déçue je me suis faite avoir en pensant que la qualité serait présente aux vus des prix… Au final la qualité n’est pas du tout au rendez-vous je viens de voir que la abaya que j’avais acheté a pleins de mini trous alors que je ne l’ai jamais encore portée. Sans parler des coutures mal finies. Pour 295RM passez votre chemin.
Très déçue, surtout de frères musulmans de profitez comme ça de se faire des marges sur des produits peu qualitatifs. En tout cas, c’est mon expérience.

Lovely collections, beautifully curated spacious boutique, attentive boutique assistants. Initially went to Dyson Service Centre, but I took the chance to step into Naelofar & got myself both instant & chiffon hijab, & hello kitty children hijab for my daughters. Will come again.

Love shopping here for tudung, scarves, and more! The selections are always stylish and worth browsing. However, the space tends to feel a little stuffy due to poor ventilation you can only feel the air-conditioning near the cashier area. The rest of the boutique can get quite warm, which I’ve experienced on multiple visits. Still, a lovely place overall, just hoping for better airflow next time!

Hi, just want to share my experience in Naelofar LUXE Boutique TTDI. I bought a satin shawl for my wedding here assisted by a staff (the name is Hafizah) was really helpful . She was really friendly and very dedicate to find my hijab that can suit with my wedding dress (I bring my dress to the boutique). She don’t mind if i spent for more than 1 hour at the boutique until i get the best hijab for my wedding. Next time if i come to the boutique again, i would prefer this lady to serve me again. I ordered mini handsocks online and set self pick up at IOI City Mall.

The next day I emailed customer service to change size and they informed the unable to change as it has been ship out from the HQ ( I guess) and the system can’t do the changing part.

Am not receiving it yet and still can’t change because of the system ??? The thing is I am collecting from Naelofar Boutique at IOI City Mall. Surely it can be changed if there is stock.

Harini, 9 April 20224 pegi kat First Lady Jalan TAR pukul 3 dah tutup kedai. Notis kata 10hb baru tutup. Siapa bos First Lady ni ek? Boleh complaint ni. Harini lah boleh kalau nak gain business. Dia boleh tutup pulak. Betul ke tidak korang ni? Ke staff yang suka2 tutup? Boss korang sila respon complaint saya ni. Ajaib betul eh meniaga macam ni.

As for my family the price are reasonable and the Customer service not bad

Coming from the UK and strolling down Jalan TAR, first lady caught my eye. Their long dresses were gorgeous and very cheap. I wanted to buy so many pieces but unfortunately they dont stock for petite customers. (I’m petite 5ft), so I couldn’t buy their ling dresses.
I was gutted as I really liked the clothing here and received no help from staff despite asking for assistance. Their Kurung were stunning too. I wanted to purchase for me and my daughter, but didn’t know what would be best suited for us as foreigners. Staff seemed moody, clueless, and irritated. When I asked if they had any pantsuit, I was answered with a shrug shoulder. . I spent over an hourly cluelessly browsing the store. If i received help, i would have bought alot more than i purchased.
The pricing and quality of clothing deserve 5 , but due to lack of help from staff I gave such a low rating.

I ordered via what’s app as I don’t live in Malaysia, and the service provided by Al Ain was excellent. Very helpful staff with great communication, and they went the extra mile to get the shirts to me in time for Eid. The shirts I bought were light material and fantastic quality, I will be shopping at Al Ain Kurta again. Alhamdulilah

I came to the shop twice recently. Saturday and Sunday both after 2pm timing and the door was closed on both occasions. Contacted them via WhatsApp and they mentioned that the shop is open. On the 2nd visit, I tried asking around if it is open, I was directed to another guy from another shop that just directly asked me what dress I was looking for to which I then showed the design on their online website and he right away mentioned that it is not available at the shop, I ask if any similar designs available, to which he also said not available and asked me to just view and buy from the website directly as the shop doesn’t have most of the dresses. Now I can’t just buy a RM1000 and above price tag dress from online store without even looking at it in real life. Was very dissapointed with my both experiences. Was really looking forward to try and see their garment choices in real life instead of online.

Worst store to buy from, and they have the worst customer service. I bought a sherwani from them, and it wasn’t what I wanted. The online store states that the item can be returned and refunded. I got in touch with them, and at first, they tried to get me to keep the item by offering me a discount, but after that, they agreed to take the item back and give me my refund. I returned the item successfully to them more than a month ago, and until today, they have not refunded me my money despite agreeing to refund me my money.. They have stopped replying to my emails and messages as well. They have zero integrity or honesty. Anyone looking to buy any form of men’s or women’s Indian/Punjabi clothing should avoid this store at all costs. There are much better shops out there.

Panic at the counter & rude cashier.

Seriously TP team, its too chaos at payment counter. I think you guys need to come out with better coordination on how to organize the things? You bring the items to the counter from the customer, ended up around 4-5 staffs panic dont know which item your customer needs to pay since its in the pouch need to open to check. Then the queue become longer. Its so silly guys.

Then, your customer is the first time customer then you guys are asking them which item is theirs? Of course la she said the shirt/generic name.

Staff: there are many shirt which one? There are too many.
Customer: the red one.
Staff: Oh what color is that?

Eh hello? Who the staff here? Is that the customers fault dont remember the name of the color code and which series you have?

Its totally not efficient especially during peak hours.

Then the cashier panic, scolded the next in line to line at the back.

Please la come out with something more organize, either give the tag to customer who already choose their item or basket or what. You guys good at marketing right? This cashier thing is basic thing. Never being scolded at other shop even at Speedmart lol. But you guys did it today. Good job!

Love their products, but staffs (I encountered two) are rude.

Went to buy a few items on 6/6/25 around 6pm. Tried on Linen collection oversized top in XS (black) and S/M maroon.

Asked for XS maroon (while still holding both in my hands) and the SA rudely said ‘yang ni tak ada XS’ – without even checking which top I’m holding, just glancing.

I was confused, asking if it is sold out, she repeatedly said ‘yang ni mana ada XS kita memang tak jual’ there were two of them during this encounter.

Showed the XS (black), she looked puzzled, saying ‘oh cakap lah yang ni’

I was baffled with her rudeness. Still bought the top (and few other things). TP has great products, but please train your staff properly.
