I recently visited this shop where I had a disappointing experience. The shop wasn’t very helpful, as they had not displayed prices for most items. I bought 2 touchngo cards with the cashier guy Ashraf, I remember exactly his name because he took a bit long to process the cards. He charged me 70 RM. a day after when we checked our cards, one of them has only 10 RM balance and another was 25 RM. we go back to this same 7-eleven and we met other cashier which is so rude and unhelpful. I told him kindly that “why is this different? I bought this last night, the cashier guy was Ashraf” at first he explained the balance that supposed to be on both cards and price of the cards, it’s supposed to be their mistake as they don’t put the balance same on both cards, but later, he told me he doesn’t know Ashraf and 7-eleven doesn’t sell touchngo cards. I was really shocked, I told him to open the CCTV for last night. He start to rise his voice and of course after that we doing that too because he really rude to us!!! Be careful with the cashier guys here. Ashraf wasn’t quick and helpful too when I asked him the night before about the cards. The cashier guys problem here! Be careful!!
