This is my second time here, where I strongly believe in the goodness of Dzi. Today I’m here again and attended by Kimberly who is very genuine and sincere in sharing her advices and thoughts. I feel very comfortable listening to her input and very convinced with it. Strongly recommend Dzi Kingdom to more so that more can be benefited from this ( if you believe).

This Assistant Branch Manager called Irene. She is very friendly and patient to answer my questions. She gave good suggestions and even counted the what elements I need.
If you come visit this Dzi Kingdom you should come and find her!

I went there twice already and both times I made bracelets with Mandy. Her service is top tier! She understands me well when it comes to colour choices, and sequencing the bracelets. She is also very patient and let me choose the beads at my own pace. 10/10, I am now also contacting her through whatsapp to purchase for the third time! Overall highly satisfied

Though slightly tucked away, this spot is absolutely worth seeking out—an unmissable experience for anyone in the area with an interest in art, culture, or history. Highly recommended!

Beside museum, you may check out the art gallery nested to it. You may find something interesting here.

This private museum, while affordable, boasts an eclectic collection from Portugal, China, and Papua New Guinea. It’s a treasure trove for those fascinated by diverse cultures, featuring everything from intricate Chinese porcelain to bold Papuan carvings. However, the lack of explanations for the items leaves much to the visitor’s imagination and curiosity. Despite this, the museum offers a unique glimpse into the rich histories and traditions of these regions, making it a compelling visit for enthusiasts of global cultures.

This private museum is more intriguing and interesting than items I’ve seen at the national museum. Items come from various parts of Asia and the owner seems knowledgeable in their origins and their purpose.

There are items for sale and a separate sections not for sale, for which we are thankful to be able to view them. Entrance to a the crafts section requires a Rm5 donation that goes to the upkeep of the museum.

I recently visited Recro Furniture and was impressed by the wide range of options they offer, both new and second hand. They have an excellent selection of solid wood furniture, showcasing beautiful craftsmanship and high quality materials. Whether you’re looking for timeless classics or unique statement pieces, there’s something for every taste.

The staff deserves special mention for their helpfulness and professionalism. Both in store and through WhatsApp, they were patient and knowledgeable, providing thoughtful advice and prompt answers to all my questions. Their dedication to customer service made my shopping experience even more enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the chairs I had my eye on were already purchased by someone else a testament to how desirable their items are. However, that won’t stop me from returning to explore their ever evolving collection.

More people should know about this store. So many unique incredible pieces and some just proof that antique is a must buy when it comes to interior design. I was in love with every piece and could not stop walking around. 4 floors, some are antique, some are modern rustic. It’s just insane how vast the store is.

What an amazing shop! Gorgeous unique oriental furniture, clocks and figurines. Must visit in KL. Owner is very knowledgeable and patient with customers.

Visiting here was a real treat! We’ve followed Lucky Home Collections on Instagram for some time, so whilst in KL we had to visit and weren’t disappointed. Spread over 3 floors, it houses a huge collection of Oriental and Indian antique and vintage furniture, artwork and home furnishing. The way it’s laid out is really engaging and lets you see the different styles fitting together. If you like oriental, antique or vintage furnishing then this is a must visit. Our thanks to Lee, the owner, and his team who took time to chat with us and understand what we like and the furnishing we have back in the UK. Really easy to get to by LRT too so do pay a visit!

They have a nice mix of antiques and modern pieces, some quite creative. The store room is very nicely laid out with huge selection. We visited and then confirmed a purchase by whatsapp – in just a few hours we had the table, which we are very happy with.

I initially went in for some window shopping but ended up purchasing a beautiful Persian rug, thanks to the amazing customer service from Arif! He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything about Persian rugs, from the materials to the craftsmanship. Mr. Khan attended to me immediately although there was another Customer in the shop. I purchased 3 beautiful carpets with best price.

Most importantly i seen passion in Mr. Khan. I wanted to buy two rollers of the same design green colour. He could not get it the same day for the ones i liked. He took a pic of an alternative green colour better than the ones that i wanted. It was love at the first sight. I purchases two.

Mr. Khan quickly called his stockist at Cheras to deliver it the next day.

The next day Mr. Khan called me when the carpets arrived. True enough, it was beautiful.

There are some interesting pieces and services that I was curious about for my family’s collection. However, Henry’s approach felt intrusive rather than friendly.

Henry remained seated and fully obscured by furniture while greeting and speaking to us. After asking our names, he immediately followed with questions about our occupations, places of work, professional connections, and how many years since I’ve completed university. When I gave polite but vague answers to protect my privacy, he responded by sticking out his tongue and rolling his eyes. He also suggested, without prompt, that my gentleman companion purchase diamond jewelry for me, which I tried not to take the wrong way. As I was leaving, Henry sent his staff after me to hand me his (Henry’s) business card. I accepted it out of thanks to his polite staff.

While the items are acceptable and his staff are polite, Henry could benefit from respecting his customers’ right to discretion. It is unprofessional to expect potential clients to present their CV to a stranger before conducting business. We would have loved to build rapport through learning about and discussing your pieces instead.

No need for non-apologies. We hope you reflect on how your ‘friendliness’ comes across, for the sake of future patrons who might like to explore antiques without feeling ‘sized up’ with a side of condescension.

Henry was a wonderful host for our first visit to his museum and shop. He showed us around and explained about many of the pieces he has there.
