Plus -high availability of taxis. -operating hours 24/7. -can contact them via office number, online email/fax, online booking through their website. -has own taxi app called EzCab, you can order cab service from their app. -experienced drivers. they know the directions to prime locations e.g. shopping districts, office buildings, hospitals, as well as hard to find residential areas. -can charter van & limo service to the airport and out station. Minus -some taxi drivers may not be well versed in English & Bahasa.
20bucks cheaper than Grab hahahah Raya eve there was an exploiting surge added. 20bucks became 45bucks.. no fking way i was gonna pay someone more than what they deserve... so i took ez and it was half the price but i still.paid and extra 5bucks for the effort.. i dont pay for demand... #ifyouknowwhatimean
We almost missed our flight because the operators are so disorganized! We called at 8pm, for an 11pm taxi tonight, called back again at 10pm (because they didn't get back) and again at 10:45pm. Each time it was like a whole new conversation (and they kept saying they'll call back but didn't)! The last woman thought we want the cab for TOMORROW(!?) and then hung up on us. We were very motivated to call GRAB but luckily, they rang back (finally!) with a taxi number plate. Lastly, it was a waiting game as the taxi was waiting at a different area while the operator told us he's arrived, and we were waiting at a different place (we told them specifically where and it's a known area to all public cab drivers)!! Anyway, we're finally on our way at 11:15pm
HBB3580 few hoursago i ride with this car from bangsar LRT to telwi 2 I supposed to go pelita but suddenly i remember i have to meet with someone..so i ask this driver for drop me off telwi 2...i see meter its 4.75rm but he charged me 7 rm for incomplete travel.... I just astonished ... Then i pay and left Texi service is so terrible..... Thats why i prefer grab or my car.....
Many taxi refused to use meters. Don't waste time using flagging down a taxi. Use grabcar or uber.. its better, more reliable and cheaper.
One of the biggest taxi company in kuala lumpur people are helpful and friendly.
