Contacted 5 handyman, 1 quoted RM350, and Mr Raku quoted RM250 while the other 3 handyman were unresponsive.

Mr Raku came immediately and reached within 30 minutes. The repair was done quick and precise so I can’t complain much since this is an emergency and he came immediately considering that it is a weekend

Had a leaking under the sink for a few days and found this company on Google. Called to ask for repair and they arrived half an hour later. Got it fixed and now it’s working perfectly! Kudos to the repair guy for educating me with material information too!

Scamer alert.

Asking the plumber to come and remove the remaining steel as the previous shower handle was leaking and half of the steel was broken from the inside after trying to remove it.

Was trying to use the pipe remover to remove the broken half steel from the pipe but was not success. Then call for the plumber to help remove. He try to use the same tool and success with little hacking.

After the fixing. The water leak from inside the wall. Call the plumber but they told us that we need to pay extra hacking fee to hack the whole wall and change the pipe inside.For your info, The pipe inside the wall was change 2 year ago and now they said the pipe was too old and need to remove the whole pipe and plaster the wall that cost rm870.

The plumber hack the pipe and make the pipe leak from inside the wall and now they asking for additional fee to fix the leaking they cause.

This is outrageous. Scamer plumber make the whole thing even worst and asking us to pay more money in order to resolve it.

Amazing service! My kitchen sink has been leaking so I contacted Mr. Lee at around 4 p.m. on a Sunday and he sent Rizwan over around 6 p.m. on the same day. Rizwan was on time and managed to fix the sink in 30 minutes. All was done very quickly and efficient. Pricing wise is reasonable too. As long as my sink is fixed, I am happy.

Lee is very friendly and professional. He knows his work and does an absolutely clean thorough job. He explained the process and proposed the work to be done. I am happy I chose him from dozens of plumbing services in Wangsa Maju area.

These dudes are awesome. The best plumbers I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with in any country and trust me I’ve been around.

I had this weird water pressure issue that no one had any clear ideas as to what could be going on. Every unit on our floor but us seem to be fine but we are getting way less pressure with more than 1 pipe open. That’s not how it used to be when we took VP of our new condo in 2019. It got worse in 2024. 2025 I had MO’s appointed contractor handle the main valve change in our unit. At the time it really did seem like it doesn’t close or open when you twist the valve either way. When they changed it we suspected that was the root of all our problems. They changed it but the situation didn’t improve. Then they tried a lot of things here and there and it suddenly got better. For 2 months it was good sometimes great. Then came the unavoidable water meter change because it was already leaking a lot. I let it be changed and our damn water pressure issues came back. MO contractor couldn’t solve it. We suffered through this problem for 4 months. Water slowed so much that if one person was showering you cannot even flush the toilet in the other tandas. It was that bad. No way to live in a condo with the high cost of maintenance fees. Something must be wrong somewhere. MO proved they increased rooftop water pump pressure to the legal max. MO contractor demonstrated the intense pressure of the riser room after our water meter. So what the heck was going on? No one had a clear idea. Me and my family assumed we broke the valve trying to get the air bubbles out of the system. It just made things worse to be honest closing opening it many times over.

Then I called these guys from ALPHA, they methodically went through everything opened the valve that I strongly believed was faulty. It looked pristine inside and worked as expected so the valve ruled out. It looked hopeless. Then they went back to the riser room and opened the valve to test pressure without feeding into our unit. It was strong just like MO contractor demonstrated a while back. Then they flushed the system by keeping our main valve open to see if at little over 10% opened at the riser room, can water gush out. It seemed like plenty for just 10% open, about as much as we used to get with our valve at maximum! Then they closed up everything and proceeded to come back to the unit to test it once more. To our big surprise the pressure is back to the good old days What the heck just happened??! So it was some dirt and air bubbles all along? I was almost ready to break house rules and install a mini pump in our unit to get the pressure up but their actions saved the day. We are on day 2 and the pressure is very very good. As good as it can be. Their actions to check everything regardless of how unlikely something might be a problem helped in finding the root cause of our problems. These guys are the best. We had already planned to install the mini pump but then the surprise happened after the system flushing of dirt and air bubbles. Now we don’t need to consider the mini pump which has other issues of it’s own, should other unit owners get know we’ve installed one. Thankfully I don’t have to break house rules.

From now on I am going to only rely on these guys for plumbing and electricals. I’ve tried other parties near by but I just don’t see the skill or the methodical approach to solving issues like these guys demonstrated.

Thank you so much for solving our water pressure issues. We’ll keep monitoring, if it does get bad again we know now know what to check first before considering the mini pump option.

Update to my review:
After posting my honest 1-star review—based on the contractor’s repeated failure to respond to my messages despite receiving all the necessary details—I received a sudden reply within minutes. The contractor asked for forgiveness and requested that I delete the review.

I chose not to remove it, as I believe in being truthful and transparent to help others make informed decisions.

A week later, the contractor contacted me again using a different phone number (after I had blocked the original one), and sent a message implying that, as a Christian, I should forgive him and take down the review. I found this deeply inappropriate. Forgiveness is a personal matter of grace, but it does not mean concealing poor service or misleading others.

If the contractor had genuinely overlooked my earlier messages, it’s hard to explain how he was able to respond so quickly after seeing the negative review. That contradiction speaks for itself.

I stand by my review. It reflects my actual experience and is not written out of malice, but out of responsibility to future customers.

I will report the incident to MCMC and taken steps to protect my privacy if the contractor continues to disturb me in any way.

However, LS was the first to respond via WhatsApp and I must really commend on their speed and great service. Ms Lisha was easy to liaise with throughout the entire engagement and so we’re her workers especially Mr Mohan and his young apprentice – good workmanship. Changed the downlights, eyeball lights, rewiring of mirror lights, shower head, sink pipe, sealant and toilet accessories all in all around 1.1k inclusive of materials. Checked around with others providing similar services, fair to say it’s about the market price maybe a few RM10-50 difference but personally if their service is great and trustworthy, the extra is worth the better experience. Great service. Had an urgent issue and they were able to entertain in the same day. Also learnt along the way that condo management who are generally strict on contractors entering are ok for urgent plumbing, as long as there is no noise. And these guys Usama/Parves were very quiet and efficient. Got the jobs done quickly and along the way, they also helped to do some other checks. The price is steep but I got nearly similar prices elsewhere but with a long waiting time. It would be a suggestion to have a “minimum plus variable cost” depending on the complexity of the problem. All in all, great work in a short time.
