This is my 2nd time using them. I had a very good experience with them on my 1st move.
Dealing with them for the quotation was easy, friendly and hassle free. Must note that I changed my moving date a few times. Eazy Mover replied each time friendly and even gave me alternative dates when they can’t meet mine. Understandably replies were not immediate each time. Replied within the same day.
Actual moving day…the 3 guys were fantastic!! Every carefully listening on my needs and concern. Never once complained due to only 1 working lift nor that the lift was too small that they can do the move slowly. 3 tonne lorry full!
Cost wise, for their painless service of getting quote and fixing the date to actual moving and care to my load…DEFINITELY worth it.

These bunch of guys (Saravanan, Saran and Bokkar) were professional, efficient and fast. They were so organised, well-planned and executed the move out seamlessly .

1. Items were packed very well and transported with care.
2. They worked very well together during the move of bulky furnitures and did reassembly of teak dining table, office L shaped table, two bunk beds (that were rather complicated) and a storage bed – well done.
3. Very helpful and they came with the intentions to make sure everything was cleared and settled into the new house without much questions asked. They knew what they were doing and can really handle my heavy items well – very impressive as I was worried they might injure themselves.
4. Price is the best out of the few that I’ve surveyed. Sasi was quick to quote after I sent him photos, boxes were purchased at rm10/box which came with large tapes.
5. The movers were very polite and clean. They packed up remaining used boxes and cling wrap upon leaving. Less mess to handle is always a plus point.

With that being said, I will definitely use their service again and will recommend to friends and family.

I found one of the most professional cargo management in Kuala Lumpur. They air freight my cargo from Kuala Lumpur to Doha. Anoop is highly professional in his work. Excellent service, beyond expectations. I was worried after having had an unfortunate move from the UK. Choosing AGS was a very fortunate but calculated decision. The inspection was flawless with Maxime being knowledgeable and very understanding of my need. Communication was prompt from day one and all the way though the peocess, including some communication during the day of the packing. The removing Team was superb – three very strong guys with Sebastian, a team leader with over 30-years-experience in the business. I like the fact that they used paper instead of plastic bubble wrap and reused the boxes (those came flat-packed) and reusable crates for the heavy kitchen wear. Thank you Nick + Team! This is our second move with you guys and great job as always. This time around, we had to move items from 2 seperate houses into an apartment. There were many important documents, computers and my husband’s precious gaming rigg; where he was very nervous for the move, as he could not be there. But the team reassured us along the way and did the entire move so efficiently and carefully. They took great effort to wrap and move things without banging on walls, scratching items or scuffing anything (which is unheard off with movers these days). We had a giant curved monitor which they help moved into my car for safe(r) travels, and help me offload once we arrived on site. I was quite impressed with how they were able to dismantle, pack , and then unpack and assemble everything (including all my electronics) all by 3pm. Easy to work with and stress free moving. Everything with the move went well, praise God. By the time I arrived in KL they were almost done. I was worried because the apartment is a walkup apartment. In the process of Moving from HK to KL.
Our shipment was packed very efficiently on HK side – and we believe it had arrived in KL – the tracking app is very slow and not detailed – there is no way of contacting anybody via phone. Main office is in Singapore and communication is via email.
For such a large organisation Allied should have a “on ground” person who is contactable and present over WhatsApp at minimum.

Recently we moved from KL to UK and shipped our home appliances with Allied Moving Services Malaysia, only for 2 cubic meters. It was very disappointing service. During the packaging, I noticed each box is getting full of wrapping paper more than the goods. I started to help them in the packaging to better utilize the spaces. A few days later they emailed me and asked for RM1,000 extra charge because the boxes become heavier than expected. However, the contract was based on volume not based on the weight. Eventually, after some arguing, they agreed to drop this extra charge.
They collected the items by 15 July 2022 and supposed to deliver within 5-7 weeks. However, the items arrived after 20 weeks (5.5 months), by 2nd December 2022. The more painful part of the story is that they have asked for GBP 120 extra payment before delivering the items. They said they will not deliver the items until I make the full payment of this extra charges. The reason of extra charge is said due to the rise of the fuel price during these 20 weeks.
Initially, they said the delivery time would be around 5-7 weeks. By right, they should pay me some detriment due to the late delivery. In fact, the fuel price was increased due to very long period of delivery time. If they could deliver on time, there would be not much increase in the fuel price. Therefore, it was not fair that Allied charge me extra for fuel rise as this was their fault making the delivery very late.
Other than few items like leather bags, shoes, etc that were damaged due to very long deliver time, there were two boxes that seems fallen and several kitchen dishes were broken. See the attached images.
I shared this post just to give warning to other customers – be careful in choosing your mover.

Been contacting few times and reception saying that the sales team will contact me. Not even a call thus far. Subsequently go to their website leave my contact details and trying to get a quote. Guess what, still the same not even try to give me a call nor receive nothing from my email. Deeply disappointed.

Allied Moving Services team are very professional and very experienced. Mr Nathan in KL and Ms Cherry from Singapore were very attentive and responsive to all my queries. All my documentation, declaration and procedure in shipping my personal effects to Australia was handled well by Ms Cherry. I don’t have any difficulties at all. The team of Packers handled my things with care,wrapped and secured it properly. They are very organised! I’m so impressed! No regrets chosing Allied as my shipping agent.

I have been using them since they were Allied Pickford more than 7 years ago, and when they changed to Allied (de merge from Pickford) I was not sure if they would provide the same quality of service as before. So I made a mistake that I paid a huge price for it by choosing another mover (Classic Moving, because they were ex-Pickford team) and boy oh boy I was so wrong. Classic Moving totally messed up with our shipping schedule that costs a lot of money, energy and delayed our shipment by more than a month, and Allied was kind enough to take over our shipment from Classic Moving’s warehouse and secured a confirmed slot with shipping liners and we finally got our boxes. No brainer will go with Allied again for our next move.

poorest service ever and never recommending to use them , don’t waste money and time on Allied. They rip you off with hidden charges and then delivery takes double the time quoted. I am still waiting for my cargo after 4 months and there is no way to contact any manager or people managing this miserable service.

I moved within KL and engaged Allied to pack up, move and unpack my possessions. They did extremely good work and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for assistance. They unpacked my belongings at a level beyond my expectations, ie belongings placed on shelves etc. and not left in boxes. Very impressed.
