Had an emergency regarding my digital lock @ 10 pm and it took them about 30 minutes to arrive and get the job done, which is installing a new lock. I am very thankful to Jimmy’s fast response and patience in explaining even though it was already 11 pm.. Prices are definitely reasonable, considering the quality of work and prompt response…
Scam service. Demand full payment upfront, charge RM200 just to open and dump back the lock, no repair done. Cannot negotiate. Rude as hell
Provide efficient & professional service. Call them during weekend & technician come to fix the lock less than half an hour.
