The service was seamless and I would use them again. Very easy to communicate with them via WhatsApp. Opted for the express wash & it took exactly 24 hrs from pick up to delivery. The laundry came back in perfect condition, even removing all the chocolate stains on my daughter’s clothes. I appreciated that they returned it slightly damp so that nothing was shrunk. The clean laundry came back folded and lightly scented. In addition to the easy communication, we used pictures to ensure there weren’t any mix ups with the laundry. The only improvement would be to offer a same day service.

Tive uma experiência muito agradável no estabelecimento na data de ontem 14/08/2025 – onde por pesquisa na internet cheguei na lavanderia.
Ambiente bem ventilado e fácil de usar. Recomendo levar o dinheiro trocado, pois a maquina não dispensa troco.
Sabão e amaciante estão inclusos na lavagem.
Existem bancos para sentar e aguardar o ciclo da lavagem, mercados, alguns comércios em torno.
Também tive a gentil ajuda do Sr. Farid, que indicou se a secagem não tiver 100%, poderia adicionar mais 10 min por 1 RM que ficaria ótima, mas não foi preciso.
Obs. Os valores das fotos são de agosto/2025.
Recomendo, auto serviço, vai gastar uns 30 min para lavar e mais 30 min para secar.

I had an excellent experience at this self-service laundry. The place is clean, bright, and has a comfortable waiting area. The staff were very friendly and helped me understand how everything works.

First, I exchanged 14 RYM for 14 coins using the machine (it doesn’t give change, so make sure you have the exact amount). Washing cost me 8 coins, and drying cost 6. Antibacterial detergent and fabric softener are included and automatically dispensed into the washing machine. After an hour, my laundry was clean, dry, and smelled fresh. I was very satisfied.

A self service laundromat that was open at 8am ( and is open 24 hours possibly unlike the 1st laundry I went to that was not open nearby ). Very big, new machines, there was some staff around to help me with 1 item. They also appear to have a pickup / drop service locally according to the sign.

Nice, clean, quick facility with helpful staff. Plenty of washers. The self-service prices are reasonable. The staff can also wash, dry, fold, and deliver your washing for a much higher price if you prefer that. I had an issue with the token machine which swallowed one of my notes without giving me a token in exchange, but the attendant was kind enough to provide me the owed token, thank you! Contrary to the instructions on the machine, do not push to confirm and only expect to insert one note at a time :).

Unfortunately, this laundromat doesn’t accept cards or provide change for coins directly. You have to bring exact coins to exchange for tokens using their change machine — otherwise, your only option is to make a purchase elsewhere just to break your bills.

On top of that, some of the machines were out of order, and the token machine ate my money. When I informed the staff, the only response I got was “I can’t help you,” followed by him returning to his phone, completely indifferent.

The place could be convenient if everything worked, but without basic support or flexibility in payment, it really needs improvement.

Excellent service. I opted for a personal wash/dry/folded with drop back to my hotel. Clothes were beautiful packed lovely fresh smell. Really pleased. Some items were delicate and a mix of different colours but everything came back lovely and clean. Would recommend this laundry service. Turn around time was really quick and competitive pricing.

A convenient and clean laundromat near Bukit Bintang. I used this service at night and it’s really good. But the detergent stuck inside and can’t get out after paying so we need to purchase more to push it.

Sometimes the dryer coin also can stuck.

I was very pleased with the laundry service from Hello Laundry in Malaysia. They picked up my clothes from the hotel and returned them within 24 hrs. The clothes smelled good, were clean and folded very nicely. Filling out the form for the service and paying through the link was very easy. I highly recommend this place.

I’m from Sri Lanka and recently visited Kuala Lumpur for a few days. I came across this laundry unexpectedly, and it was such a pleasant experience. The place is very clean, easy to use, and the customer service is excellent. Communication was smooth, the prices are very reasonable, and everything was hassle-free.

I went there around 2 AM, and I was impressed that they provide a 24/7 service. The owner was extremely kind and helped me a lot, which I truly appreciate.

The staff was very friendly and easy to operate, so it was great to use! They recommended medium drying, and I was very satisfied with the smell of laundry detergent! The rates vary by water temperature, but it was 24 ringgit for hot, 22 ringgit for lukewarm, and 20 ringgit for cold! It was possible to dry only, and it cost 10 ringgit. Enjoy your trip everyone 🙂

The best laundry shop you can find in the bukit bintang. The place is neat and clean and has the good waiting arrangements for customers. The staff is very nice and helpful. All the machines are brand new and modern. You can wash up to 27kg load which is amazing. The prices are very genuine. 20myr for cold wash and 22 for warm. Within 1 hour you’ll get your clothes washed and dried properly. The best laundry shop you can find in Bukit Bintang. Definitely a must visit place for laundry.

Amazing place to do your laundry. Clean and machines are brand new. Put the money in the machine on the wall to get the tokens. Put the tokens in the machine. Choose an option on the machine and press start. Come back in 60 mins and your laundry will be washed and dried. Laundry detergent is free!

Found this launderette in Kuala Lumpur was impressed by how modern the machines are. The whole area was clean and if you’re staying in this area well worth washing your clothes here.

This place was a few minutes farther away from my hotel than other laundromats but this one was worth the extra walk. It is brand new, very clean and easy to use. For 20 MR you can get a load of clothes washed and dried (in cold water). They also have warm and hot water options, plus a dryer only option.

One unique feature about this place is that the clothes are washed and dried in the same machine. That machine actually locks for the hour it is cleaning the clothes. You can leave without worries and go enjoy some street foods or the tons of restaurants in the area while your clothes are locked up in the machine.

Another nice feature to note is that you can change the dryer temperature halfway through. For shirts and leggings I was able to dry on medium at first and then low halfway through and everything was dry but not roasted to shrinkage.

There was always an attendant on site to help if needed. I was always able to find an open machine when I went in the evenings between 5-9pm.

Went in Thursday evening with a suit, trousers and 2 shirts. Trousers had a stain on them also. Was in a bit of a rush to get them all done before Saturday.
The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful, even sending me a message on Whatsapp on Friday evening to say they were all ready for me.
All done to a high standard and the stain completely gone. Fantastic service and would recommend. Five stars and a happy customer.

Sent 3,6kg of laundry in the afternoon for cleaning and it was all ready and folded in the evening. They even ironed two linnen shirts for free. They are very respectful and professional. As a visitor of the country, I am happy to see such honest and humble people. I will most likely send all my laundry there again before I leave the country

Nicely clean, dry and fold for RM10/kg, min 2 kg. Separate wash (due to not mixing colors) requires additional RM10. All my clothes are neatly folded, no wrinkle. As comparison, nearby coin laundrette requires min RM 7 (wash) + RM 7 (dry) for 10kg load. If you have working shirts, I recommend to come here.

Excellent Service. MD Arif was very friendly and helpful. We used the service twice during our stay at the very close nearby Parkroyal Collection Hotel. The first time we dropped off laundry at about 3pm and he said he couldn’t promise but would try and deliver it to the hotel that evening, it was delivered at 11:45pm so we had it ready for the next day. The second time the laundry was delivered the next morning because of rain the previous evening, but still in time for that day. Everything was expertly washed, dried and folded. Very reasonable prices, a little extra for delivery but worth it. Highly recommended.

Friendly and very fast service. We brought 5.8 kg of clothes for laundry on a Sunday, we paid 58 RM (10/kg) plus 10 RM for colour separate washing. Less than 24h later the clothes were ready for pick up. The staff will contact you per WhatsApp to ensure you can pick up your clothes at the right time. Compared to hotel prices, this is a great and cheap service.

I was keen to wash my white Baju Raya by myself due to urgency, but it turned out bad the fabric became yellowish, and I thought I had completely ruined it. Prezzi onesti, molto meglio rispetto a quelli dell’hotel, lavaggio al kg oppure lavaggio + stiro , ma non rispettano i tempi di consegna. Siamo dovuti tornare il giorno dopo rispetto a quello indicato per il ritiro, bastava avvisare.

Per gli altri vestiti abbiamo preferito una lavanderia a gettoni molto meglio se avete il ferro da stiro in hotel.

It was a fantastic service, not only did they wash, dry and folded our clothes, they went above and beyond and separated our clothes and package/wrapped them in separate cellophane bags for each category (ie. all the socks were together in one bag). They also were able to picked up and dropped off our clothes from our hotel and were a huge help during our stay. On top of that the staff were very polite, honest and responsive to messages. They kept an open line of communication with me, giving me constant updates and returned our clothes well before the projected ETA they gave us. Would totally recommend to all my friends and family, and will definitely be using them again when I go back to Malaysia!
