I contacted Civasakthi Enterprise just after midnight, when my house electrical power was tripping every 20 minutes. I messaged via WhatsApp, and Mr. Civa was quick to respond by a return call to me (even though it was late at night). He arrived on-site promptly, well within his estimated travel time. He inspected my switchboard, systematically diagnosed the problem, explained the root cause clearly to me, and solved the problem within less than an hour (including checking other areas to ensure no problems). Mr. Civa is both very professional and courteous – highly recommended.

This review is based only on the what is claimed on their website and not on the quality of work done. Website claimed that they can do wiring upgrade etc and one of the review even claimed they did the whole house wiring. But when the electrician came to assess a quote for my game room wiring, he said he can’t do it because the job is more than one person and will cost ridiculous amount of money which is equivalent to renovating a house. When highlighted the claim in their website, the electrician said they only do small electrical repair work. Just has to be cautioned on this coz it will costs RM 80 for their site visit only to be told they can’t do what is published in their website

Had a terrible experience with this company. They charge RM80 for an onsite visit, deductible only if you proceed with their service. After multiple failed attempts to get a quotation, I decided to switch vendors and requested a refund. They just ignored me.

Imagine if they keep doing this to 10 houses—RM80 × 10 = RM800 easy pocket money without doing any real work. Feels like a scam.

Ricky is great. Came almost immediately, fixed internal issues of blown breakers, checked everything else was safe, advised on outside tnb problems, liaised with tnb to get external faults to get fixed. Even came back, no extra charge, at 10pm to discuss external issues with tnb when they arrived. Highly recommend.

Problem tak solve coz kena buat wiring baru dan set hari lain caj pon lain. Anyway thank you technician set elekrik pada penggunaan minima secara temporary.

Had issue with plug EV charger. Called them spoke to guy called Simon. Time keeping is ,let’s say it mildly, not his strongest point. Shows up hours later not once but twice , blames traffic jams . I know traffic can be bad but not showing up hours later for 8 kms. Then couldn’t fix , offered me a 2nd hand charger, promised to deliver this now every day for last 3 days. I give up. Then after publishing this review ( hence why I edit) i get calls and texts that I don’t appreciate them for helping me ! You cannot make it up.This is about time keeping, broken promises and appreciating that my time is as important as theirs. Its called respect. In their logic I should be grateful for waiting for 3 days and still pending. Enough said I think anyone can make their mind up if to engage or not.

Water heater switch was not functioning and stumbled upon this webpage in Google. Hardly match timing for electrician to come, almost engaged others. He came and fixed the switch quickly (just need to change it). Was charged RM140 for this. The switch is the most basic switch (photo attached). My friends all told me that I’ve been chopped and my landlord was shocked when I claimed it from her as well.

Job: Water heater replacement
1. The staff came earlier than expected waiting for me to enter the condo.
2. The work was done professionally. Water heater was neatly installed.
3. They also helped to adjust the shower piping and fixed the water heater switch.
4. After job done, they helped out to clear the rubbish and carry some of my personal stuff.

Super disappointing. My husband texted to enquire and they responded immediately initially only when we asked about their services and cost. We then asked for them to come the next day and they agreed. However, the next day came and while we waited throughout the day, they did not respond or get back to us at all. We double texted and the boss replied giving an excuse that he was outstation but already informed his staff – indicating that it wasn’t his problem anymore.

After much of the conversation, we then asked for his technician to come after 12pm the FOLLOWING day as we would be working before that time. The technician texted my husband at 10am and wanted to come then but my husband did not respond because of work. We then texted him back at 12pm and he said he would talk to his boss about it. The boss then sent an audio to my husband indirectly pointed the blame on us indirectly saying it was our problem we didn’t pick up – eventho mentioned to them previously to come only after 12pm.

I never rant about businesses publicly, but this is one that I’ll never return to or recommend to anyone. It is partially our fault that we should have read through the other reviews properly before enquiring as they mentioned the same issues.

Well, this is my very first time giving BAD REVIEW!
The PIC is not responsive at all! Was asking for a receipt, but he seen me for many times! The appointment was at 9am, but he came and fixed it at 11am without noticing! I would not recommend it to my friends and family at all!
