I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the poor quality of houses and the terrible after-sales service provided by Mah Sing developers. Their modus operandi seems to be focused on renting properties to foreigners rather than addressing the legitimate concerns of existing homeowners. I strongly advise potential buyers to avoid purchasing a Mah Sing property
I experienced this in southgate, a mah sing group property,in my opinion the southgate property is badly managed. I never been there before and today was my first time there and guess what, the guard clamped my car for no reason.there was no sign that says I cannot park there at all. There is a box drawn on the floor indicating its a proper parking bay.When I checked on Google reviews others have to similiarly pay fines when the parking do not actually have signs that says its a mah sing reserved lot and that review is 5 years ago meaning this has been ongoing...i believe this is potentially criminal. I have videos proving this so if you need to see how bad your guards are please email me. I said this to the guard...he said the sign was there but has since been broken. If it is broken does it make it valid for him to clamp me? Clamp has no indication of what to do and i had to run around to find the guard wasting my time.He then claimed I was there for a few hours. I was there for only an hour...I used waze to get there and I remember what time I arrive and also I said to him u can check security camera when I arrive. I also have a cctv on my car to prove when i arrive if you need it.Also guard claimed he was trying to look for me to remove the car but actually permanently on my windscreen there is a number for anyone to contact me if there is a problem with the car. Also he couldn't trace me from the car straight through common area to an office on the fifth floor with all their security.What kind of security is that. Is your guard unfairly earning an income from cheating people into paying parking fines and making mah sing look bad? So before u rent a unit here please know that this is the security that I dealt with. And mah sing...how does this reflect on you as a property developer as well?Just sharing my experience. It really look bad on your company should your customer face such an unpleasant experience and I am a customer of one of you tenant. I am deciding if I should make a youtube video out of this experience.
Recently bought property from Mah Sing. I am having terrible experience with Mah Sing. Few bad occasions happened. Firstly, I have submitted my defect report through Novade apps but after thirty days the defect repair yet to be completed. The reason being is that their contractor has high volume of work. How is that my problem? After settling my four months maintenance fee in advanced before submission of keys, they have issued invoice for subsequent maintenance payment to be paid three months in advance. They are expecting us to pay three months in advanced but they themselves unable to be punctual and deliver the good work. And beware, they informed the buyer that the VP shall be calculated from the issuance of the notice of VP but bear in mind, in the SPA, the VP shall be calculated on the day of the developer submitting the keys to the Purchaser. So two years liability defect period shall be calculated on the the day of the submission of the keys to buyer NOT on the VP Issuance notice. I have emailed to highlight the issue but the reply was devastating They just informed that it is their standard practice. Lolz. Not to mention they will not refund the full deposit for the booking of facility. What is the purpose of having facilities if we have to pay for admin fees. huhu. Potential Buyer, think deeply if you come across to buy property under Mah Sing. Know your rights and please fight for your rights.
Instead of causing further global warming with your poorly build homes, why not find a better business venture like renovating abandoned buildings? Use land that's already broken not break land that is well and thriving. Do better. Right not, garbage buildings due to garbage intentions.
Me and my wife bought unit Cerrado years ago. Awesome!! Landscape very good especially the water fall concept in front of the gym, facilities also well maintained. Mahsing recommended developer
Condo Look okay but inside a lot bad design. Customer service a lot issues, need follow up everytime, cant settle issue automatic after report. Everytime call , they busy, request call back but never get call back.
My buying experience with this developer for the kitchen cabinet bad finishing and even the quality material won’t last long(less then 2years). After their own contractor saying it was their team fault during installation (with video proof) and cs won’t admit it.
