they’ll check your machine to find the main issue and will let you know if they need to change some part of the machines. They will also let you know the estimated cost and will only start repairing your machine if you’re agree with the cost.

Saya sudah guna services ini dari tahun 2018. Repair semua deal dengan rohan. Budak myanmar repair semua refer pada rohan. Dari 2018 sampai sekarang, sikit discount pun tak pernah dapat.

1. Repair Fridge lama, service sikit2 – rm360… Boleh guna maxima 1 tahun. Kemudian repair lagi. Harga sama rm360. Tak sampai 1 tahun, rosak lagi.
2. Beli fridge 2 pintu 2nd hand, harga rm1500 & rm800…. Minta discount macammana pun tetap tak dapat. Fridge 2 pintu paling lama boleh pakai 1 tahun 6 bulan. Fridge biasa plak tak sampai 1 tahun dah rosak.
3. Repair freezer, dia charge service rm360 & tukar compressor rm600. Tak sampai 1 tahun, compressor rosak juga.
4. Fridge 2 pintu 2nd hand yg rosak lepas beli 1 1/2 tahun dulu, kita suruh repair. Tetap takde discount. Total kena bayar rm420…

Akhir kata, ada services lain yg boleh tolak ansur harga, cari laa services lain yg lebih professional.

Appointment set at 1pm, came around 4ish. Overall cleaning i would say ok. However, somehow theres a wire not being fitted back once done. Said he would come back to fix yet after a week still no show.

Recently sent a table fan for repair. I bought the fan not more than a month ago, and it was not functioning after it fall down accidentally. Went to few shops but they adviced to buy new ones. I was communicating with a “Mr. Pathan”, he was prompt and informative. had to fix an industrial vacuum cleaner (Suction issue), it was repaired in an hours time and now works like a charm once more. I purchased a Breville Espresso Maker (BES920 PLUS BCGR20) from TBM Bangsar Village on 17th August 2025. The unit was delivered on 21st August, but to my shock, it arrived with scratches on the exterior and even mold inside the machine. This is unacceptable for something sold as brand new.
Since then, I have been messaging their person in charge , but there has been no proper update or clear explanation. I was only told the machine is out of stock and that TBM needs to place a new order with Breville. There was no apology, no timeline for resolution and no mention during purchase that stock was unavailable in the first place.
This lack of transparency and accountability is very disappointing. For such a reputable brand and retailer, I expected much better service. I am still waiting for a confirmed timeline and assurance that my replacement will be brand new and defect-free.

Useless service. Abusive staff. The company does not receive calls after taking the machine, may be blocked my number. Had to call from different people’s number. Took months to return the washing machine. Also they will take the machine for one reason and spoil something else while giving back. Also gave a bad PCB which does not bear the same load. Useless Bad

Too fast already, told him cannot come too early as my girlfriend at home is in a meeting and is busy and I’m at work but he said coming already. Then once arrived the technician told my girlfriend one thing and told me another.

Ended up paying 400 ringgit just to change one sensor only, but he told me over the phone he is changing the compressor, and can’t understand him at all. The guy I initially called is not the same guy who came either.

Be careful dealing with these guys. Make sure you are at home and listen carefully to what they are trying to do before they do it. Better to let some of your food spoil than lose 400 bucks for no reason at all.

If you’re in an emergency and can spare a few hundred, then sure. But ended up paying half the price of a new fridge just to repair, ridiculous.

Update result: that technician fix very well. After 2 month the refrigerator still very cool, the technician is responsible, recommended
