Very good service and on time. Am happy. They are efficient and makes everything so easy. From transferring from bed to wheelchair and vice versa.

Pearl Care Mobility has privided excellent service. They were on time to fetch my mum for her hospital appt. Even though I had arranged for pick up at 1.00pm, when we finished much earlier & called them, they came within 40 minutes (bearing in mind heavy traffic pre-CNY). Will definitely use them again though it would be good if their charges were a bit less pricey!

Fast response and fast service. The hospital delayed my mum’s discharge time and the van waited patiently until we came out. Duminda and his helper were very professional and efficient, transferring the patient from wheelchair to wheelchair and then upon reaching home they transferred her to the bed. I would recommend Pearl Care to anyone who needs to transport people in wheelchairs. It takes the stress away of handling it yourself.

Found this service online via google. Booked last minute (5hrs before pick up time) for return trip for transport and wheelchair service (a few hours service only). Quick response and confirmation as they are reachable via Whatsapp (24/7). Pick up time was on-time. It was hassle-free and the driver was friendly and helpful. Service was also affordable. I would recommend their service to others and will definitly use their service again in the future.
