I cannot thank enough for their exceptional care during my pre and post revision ACL reconstruction surgery recovery journey. The team's expertise and personalized approach made significant difference in my rehabilitation. From diagnoses, treatment and tailored exercises to encouraging guidance, Terence my physiotherapist and Kai Jin my sport rehab therapist were instrumental in my successful recovery. The friendly atmosphere and commitment to my well-being truly set them apart. I highly recommend for anyone seeking physiotherapy and sports rehab services.

Excellent physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation centre. My family has experienced physiotherapy with Hui Xin, Badrul and sports rehab with Kleven. They are all professional, knowledgeable and patient. Managing appointments is a breeze through WhatsApp. Recommended and will return.

I had a meniscus injury and I was referred to D'smart centre. I was assessed by Bran and treated by Badrul. I'm very happy with the services of both, and after I have made a full recovery after 3 months. Barul is very dedicated, hard working, empathetic and encouraging. He's also very knowledgeable. As a doctor, I take everything with a pinch of salt but Badrul earned my trust and my journey to recovery was smooth. The staff there are also very friendly and courteous. I hope the centre would extend to strength training and recovery workout sessions aside from the physiotherapy sessions as there is a well-equipped gym upstairs. I am very pleased with the centre, as are my other family members who are clients there too. Keep up the good work.

Tucked in an obscure corner within TTDI plaza lies this physiotherapy centre. I was directed to this center following a fall, with a complex tear on my meniscus and MCL. I limped my way to the centre frequently within my first month, paired to my gentle physiotherapist Grace. Each session, she would listen to the challenges I was physically facing, and patiently attempt to set her hands on that problematic area offering relief most times, even if it was only temporary. Her positive encouragement and fun chatters also helped me get back on my feet (literally!). After "graduating" from the light exercises Grace would assign me to, I was sent up to third floor’s gym studio. Here, I worked under the wings of a few rehab therapists - Nazihah, George and Chew Yung. They radiate an equally encouraging and positive sessions, focusing on pushing me physically. The therapists show high attentiveness on my progression and correcting my form when I feel unnecessary pain. Although, no pain, no gain - and D’SMART is an investment worthwhile for my road to recovery.

After searching around for a physio and rehab centre that works for me location wise, I tried out D’Smart. I was put under the care of Badrul. I have not met another physio as dedicated as him. He’s already so busy with back to back appointments every day and still works additional hours just to fit all his clients in. He gives me the extra time if the need arises without being calculating about his rest time. He is very hardworking to earn a decent living. I hope he is recognised and rewarded well for his dedication. Very good knowledge and skills too. The centre needs to keep up with maintenance and keeping it clean though. It is big. Some parts are getting a bit old. It should also think of hiring more trainers for people to sign up a fitness training programme with instead of just physios. The space is well equipped to do so.

Jaymiz was amazing. I "walked" in with a 8.5 out of 10 pain in my right glutes and leg. After a good massage and manipulation she manages to reduce the pain to 2 out of 10. The only negative thing is the parking. Nothing to do with the medical centre. You must have cash (I had but it wasn’t enough) and if you don’t have, the only cash machine is two blocks away. Also, the clinic is not next to Hero Supermarket, it is above one of the other clinics. Look for their logo and not their name.

Whether it was strength training, mobility exercises, or pain management, I felt confident with the centre. Regular assessments and progress tracking were integral to my recovery. My physiotherapist, Ms Joey Poh tailored my treatment plan to my specific needs, ensuring steady progress. Additionally, the environment in D'SMART is uplifting. It’s not just a place for physical therapy; it’s a community where everyone supports each other. Each physiotherapist in D'SMART has different dominant skill. Once I had a sore neck, Mr Badrul gladly gave me a quick neck stretch, loosening the tension in my neck. Moreover, Mr Bran is great in providing sports massage. He's helped me relieve those tensed muscles I had during my recovery. Nevertheless, my main physiotherapist Joey Poh has journeyed me throughout my pre and post surgery. She is with me in each of my recovery milestones and has seen all my tears and laughter. Thank you for helping me get back on my feet!
