I purchased a hearing aid for my dad from Hear.com back in 2022. Unfortunately, as far as I know, the company has since shut down, and we were left unsure where or how to get the device tuned. My dad had stopped using it for quite some time because he felt it didn’t help him hear clearly.. he struggled to follow conversations and couldn’t make out words properly, which was really disheartening for us….

Recently, I reached out to The Listening Lab, and they immediately advised me to bring the device in for tuning and adjustment. Rachel, the audiologist, was so patient and really took the time to help us. The process was smooth and efficient, and I’m so glad to share that my dad is now happily using his hearing aid again.

My wife was complaining that she could not pop her ears and we decided to perform ear cleaning and we walked in to listening lab to do cleaning. Both the rooms were being occupied but the staff was able to perform a quickie assessment on the front chair and we were told that the cleaning was not required as there was nothing obstructing the ear canal . Very helpful in clearing our doubts. Transparent and no gimmicks just straight to the point. extremely reliable and honest.

Been to Listening Lab at Pavilion KL to fix the receiver of my mum’s hearing aid. Rachel was being helpful and attentive to the details. She managed to fix the problems that my mum had and advise her to correctly using the hearing aid with new earbud.

Went to KL from the Philippines as hearing aids are relatively more affordable there. The Listening Lab carried my preferred hearing aid, and their audiologists are very welcoming and proactive. They were very kind both in online communication and in the clinic when I had a lot of questions. I highly recommend that you visit them for your hearing care needs in KL!

Had a hearing test and hearing aids fitted for my father almost a year ago. Cost and options were explained up front. Service and support for the team has been good (Rachel, Lana). They were always ready to answer our follow up queries and also address any issues we encountered with the hearing aids. Thank you.

Lana was really great. I brought in my earing aids not working. She found the issue, them having blocked tubes. She unblocked them, and got them working.

I also needed them reprogrammed. She gave me a hearing test and reprogrammed them to suit my current hearing level. The cost was rm180, very pleased

20dB TTDI Outlet has very professional, helpful and courteous staff. Madam Loke Wai Ngoh has been coming to this outlet since 2020 and is very happy and satisfied with the service.
Currently she is serviced by Cik Nurul who is very professional and efficient.

Nurul has been taking care of my hearing, she is very friendly and knowlegeable with the subject. friendly, very considerate also. I will recommend her to anyone who needs helps in this area.

Zuleika is very professional and attended to my dad’s issues in getting his new hearing aids working perfectly; and adjusted them to fit his ears well. He is 93 years old, so she was very understanding and patient in ensuing his comfort and that he understood how to use the aids. She even assisted me to get my dad in the grab.
