Amazing Grace is a very professional elderly care center, with every staff trained to the highest levels of professionalism in aged care. Mr. Beni, Mr. Ray, and the rest of the staff work tirelessly everyday to ensure the comfort of the elderly folks here. I highly recommend this house for anyone who wants to find a home to take care of their aged parents. My dad has been here since June, and all his needs are taken care of, and we have peace of mind all the time.

I’ve been using this caregiving service for the past few days, and I’m really impressed with their attentiveness. What I appreciate most is that they always listen to my needs first before doing anything, and they carry things out in a way that makes me feel comfortable. For a patient, this kind of respect really means a lot.

Besides taking care of me, they also helped with some light cleaning in my room since I needed to keep it tidy, even though that wasn’t part of their main duty.

The environment at AGECC is spacious, airy, and green—conducive to both rest and recovery. There was ample space for movement, mobility, and personal time. The open-air surroundings provided fresh circulation and a healthy, hygienic atmosphere, while the little garden created an ambiance of calm and positive emotion.

The caregivers were attentive and well-trained. They kept my father clean with daily baths and wound care—something he always valued greatly. He also had his daily exercises and meals, which supported his health and routine.

Overall, we are deeply grateful that our father received kind, humane, and respectful care during his time of need.

It is our hope that AGECC management will also extend care not only to the residents but also to the caregivers, by supporting them with recreational opportunities, initiatives that enhance their well-being, and fair benefits for migrant workers.

Residents feel like their own home here. Sent my grandfather to few old age home earlier and he was unhappy with the services, finally brought him here and he’s very happy now. Ms Prabha has been a life saver for my sister & I who do not live physically in Malaysia. When Covid hit & the Movement control order came into effect, it was very difficult for us to ensure that our aging parents were looked after in their own home. We had to make the difficult decision to relocate them to Kiiaora in June 2021.

Our parents are in their 80s & still relatively mobile but still needed someone we could trust to make sure they had healthy meals, clean clothes, that they had enough medication & that they took their medication, monitored their stats & generally provide a homely environment for them to live in. Our parents shared a room with an attached bathroom & in total, there were only 8 residents at Kiiaora which was ideal for us as my father suffered from dementia. The staff took good care of him, humored his moods which could change from day to day & in general provided him with the attention he needed. & at the same time, they were able to support our mother as she experienced our father’s changing moods.

Ms Prabha updated us daily with photos of our parents, what they had eaten, what they were up to which was a huge relief for us being overseas. Our father passed away recently & Ms Prabha handled everything smoothly. Thankfully, one of us was already only in Malaysia when it happened so with Ms Prabha’s help, we had a stress free experience.

Our mother continues to live at Kiiaora & the staff are looking after her with good care.

My 82 year old dad got prostate issue n then constipation and loss of appetite as a result.
We took a single room for dad to get stronger before he undergoes a TURP surgery at a private medical centre. it is such a relief to have a very professional care from Najjah and her wonderful team of care givers to aid in dad’s health recuperation. After he becomes stronger, today Dad successfully undergone the surgery. Many thanks to Procare team and I highly recommend Procare to famlies who wish for the best recovey for fheir loved ones.

Meridian Care Living Centre looks after my mother in law. They do an exceptional job and the staff go above and beyond. My MIL is treated like a family member. She suffers from dementia and depression. Since she has been in the care of Meridian I feel that her mood has lifted tremendously and her dementia stabilised. They keep her busy with activities and exercises and keep her company when she is lonely (we reside overseas unfortunately). Everyone including Shanti, Sheila, Subash and Lakshmi truly care for their residents. Dr Kaya looks after my MIL and she is both thoroughly professional and caring for the residents. As a final note I just want to add that as a member of the medical profession, practicing in a Western nation, I am impressed. Makes me proud to be a Malaysian to see this level of care.

I cannot speak about meridian care living centre, but I would want to emphasise on their care giver services ( TRUST CARE SERVICES). Never ever, or even think of hiring a care giver from them to take care of your love one. They are the most unprofessional and irresponsible health care service I’ve encountered. I am speaking as a doctor myself, that Dr. Kaya and her team is a total disappointment. I paid for their service for 10 days, but was only given a care giver for 3 days. In that 3 days,I encountered a care giver that ask for more payment (and persuaded not to inform the company) and also another one that cannot even carry my mother properly from the bed to the wheelchair. My mother nearly fell from the bed. They are lack of staff and they would not even bother or have the compassion to help or think for their client. When I ask for a refund, Dr. Kaya raised her voice and said that my request is unfair. I hope no one else will have to what me and my family go through these few days.

The owner Mr Subash and his mother are kind and takes their role seriously. This is not a retirement home that exists only to make money. They run the place well

MCLC follows the “Home away from Home” concept and is exactly how our uncle describes his surroundings and experience living at MCLC. We highly recommend MCLC. This is a five-star Assisted Living community and a perfect fit for our uncle.

My first visit to Sommerfield Bangsar, loved the home cleanliness, airy, bright and spacious garden. My mum is well taken care of from the day she arrived to the home. Her daily needs and requirements was met without any issues.

Ms. Jessy, the Centre Manager is the most experienced, hardworking, patient and caring person who understands the needs of the residents. Her team members excels in their daily activities and routines under her supervision, leadership and guidance in providing the best nursing care to the residents.

Excellent place. My Aunty has been to a few homes, but this is the best so far. Jesse and team are calm in managing my aunty. They genuinely care for her well being and i see a lot of improvement in her behaviour. She is happier and healthy and is always clean. The place is comfortable, clean and is spacious with a big green garden. Jesse and team made this place flourish.

We decided to check our mom into a nursing home because she needed close monitoring of her oxygen levels (she was just discharged from the hospital due to respiratory issues) and professional care for her serious bedsore and weak physical condition (she’s still bedridden). After reading many good reviews about Sommerfield Homes, we chose their Taman Yulek (Taman Cheras) location.

The environment is quiet and perfect for rest and recovery. Initially, we had many concerns about nursing homes, but the cheerful Ms. Jessy, the Centre Manager, assured us that our mom would be in good hands. Jessy even arranged an outcall TCM for her.

Since the nursing home is close to my home, I visited my mom daily and saw firsthand how Yohan and his team took care of her and the other residents. Yohan is knowledgeable and did a great job attending to my mom’s bedsore. They provide five meals a day, morning exercise, games, and physio for the residents. They also give me daily vital signs reports, like oxygen levels, blood pressure, and body temperature readings.

Whenever I had concerns, I could easily communicate with Jessy or Yohan. They also offer a caregiver service to accompany us to medical follow-ups with the doctor for an additional charge, which I found very convenient.

Thank you, Jessy, Yohan, Juliana, Utara, and the rest of the team at the nursing home. Thanks to Daris too, for answering my questions even during off-hours and days off.

A hospital-designed rehab center offers 24-hour nursing care at a reasonable price, with a clean and comfortable environment. The physiotherapists are professional and effective, ensuring excellent care. However, the food is a letdown—bland and lacking flavor, leaving my mom with little appetite. Overall, a good choice for rehabilitation with room for improvement in meal quality.

My uncle was here for physical therapy after an accident a few years back and he’s come so far. The physiotherapy team was helpful—they were focused. The whole experience in a hospital like facility was way better than I expected. New building color is nice too

When my dad’s health got worse, we needed a place with proper care. Lecadia was recommended by a friend. It’s a peaceful spot, and the staff are generally patient. They do small things like games and movie time, which helps cheer him up. Of course, no place is perfect, but overall, we’re okay with it.

Had a fun time celebrating the festive season with my aunty at Lecadia! The care and attention she received was incredible. The event put a smile on her face. The activities were fun and helped her feel active. Big thanks to everyone for making it such a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

Finding the right place for my mom was hard. She’s been here a few months, and she had some difficulties adjusting. and she’s always so happy when I visit. The nursing staff is busy but caring, and they helped her adjust. I feel like she’s in good hands.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from a nursing facility, but Im at ease now,. The staff although busy try to be friendly and the place is always clean. Their physiotherapists keep her active and engaged. Really like how they have games with other residents

The service quality has been declining due to frequent staff changes, resulting in inconsistencies and poor communication with clients’ families. Important updates are often not shared, which is very concerning. Additionally, the food quality needs significant improvement, and the facilities are rather outdated. Considering the fees we are paying, we believe better service could be found elsewhere. Overall, we are not satisfied with the service provided and sincerely hope to see improvements in management and overall quality in the future.

Possibly this is the most professionally operated dementia centre in the country with its resources back up, trained professionals personnel and its infrastructure.
