Currently undergoing rehab and strengthening exercises with Amaris. Great results and improvement, pain has decreased and become more manageable with the physio exercises and dry needling. Amaris is very detailed and does thorough investigation and assessments before pinpointing the issue. Very knowledgeable and experienced physio.

Amazing Grace is a very professional elderly care center, with every staff trained to the highest levels of professionalism in aged care. Mr. Beni, Mr. Ray, and the rest of the staff work tirelessly everyday to ensure the comfort of the elderly folks here. I highly recommend this house for anyone who wants to find a home to take care of their aged parents. My dad has been here since June, and all his needs are taken care of, and we have peace of mind all the time.

The team at Oug are one in a million. We were blessed to have the caregiver staff at AGECC care for our father with concern and dedication before his passing. The staff showed compassion and commitment to his well-being, ensuring that he was always comfortable and looked after with dignity.

The environment at AGECC is spacious, airy, and green—conducive to both rest and recovery. There was ample space for movement, mobility, and personal time. The open-air surroundings provided fresh circulation and a healthy, hygienic atmosphere, while the little garden created an ambiance of calm and positive emotion.

The caregivers were attentive and well-trained. They kept my father clean with daily baths and wound care—something he always valued greatly. He also had his daily exercises and meals, which supported his health and routine.

Overall, we are deeply grateful that our father received kind, humane, and respectful care during his time of need.

It is our hope that AGECC management will also extend care not only to the residents but also to the caregivers, by supporting them with recreational opportunities, initiatives that enhance their well-being, and fair benefits for migrant workers.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Amazing Grace Elderly Care Centre, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and kindness from the staff. The facility itself is impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and homely atmosphere for its residents.

What truly sets Amazing Grace apart, however, is the level of care and attention given to each individual. It’s evident that the staff genuinely care about the well-being of the residents, going above and beyond to ensure they feel valued and respected. The activities and programs offered are engaging and tailored to the unique needs and interests of the residents, promoting social interaction and mental stimulation.

Additionally, the nutritious and delicious meals provided are prepared with love and consideration, catering to dietary preferences and restrictions. It’s clear that the team at Amazing Grace prioritizes the health and happiness of their residents above all else.

I purchased a hearing aid for my dad from Hear.com back in 2022. Unfortunately, as far as I know, the company has since shut down, and we were left unsure where or how to get the device tuned. My dad had stopped using it for quite some time because he felt it didn’t help him hear clearly.. he struggled to follow conversations and couldn’t make out words properly, which was really disheartening for us….

Recently, I reached out to The Listening Lab, and they immediately advised me to bring the device in for tuning and adjustment. Rachel, the audiologist, was so patient and really took the time to help us. The process was smooth and efficient, and I’m so glad to share that my dad is now happily using his hearing aid again.

Visited Listening Lab recently with my grandma to check on her hearing aids before she travels. So far the hearing aid is performing well. My wife was complaining that she could not pop her ears and we decided to perform ear cleaning and we walked in to listening lab to do cleaning. Both the rooms were being occupied but the staff was able to perform a quickie assessment on the front chair and we were told that the cleaning was not required as there was nothing obstructing the ear canal . Very helpful in clearing our doubts. Transparent and no gimmicks just straight to the point. extremely reliable and honest.

Been to Listening Lab at Pavilion KL to fix the receiver of my mum’s hearing aid. Rachel was being helpful and attentive to the details. She managed to fix the problems that my mum had and advise her to correctly using the hearing aid with new earbud.

In general the service was fine at Haywood Senior Living Bangsar. However, the deposit refund procedure is inappropriate and should be reviewed as the experience was good up until that point. Any reviews should be voluntary and genuine rather than part of a set process that affects the refund of a deposit. Reviews should be earned rather than forced upon.

I had a pleasant experience with Alia, after multiple injuries at my ankles and knee after my meniscus surgery. Alia was very detailed and thorough during the first examination and recommended me a series of exercises that could help me to build my strength. As I play several sports like basketball and badminton, Alia designed a few exercises which help me to resume my sports routine and avoid future injuries. She’s also sweet and always encourages me with kind words along the journey Love the service and the quality

A few months back, I had a really bad recurring pain on my thigh which I presumed was a workout injury and thought I would never recover from it. I was recommended by a friend to see Alice Sing Ying from Precise Rehab and was so thankful that her treatment was a miracle . After only 2 sessions with her and after being advised by her to do certain exercises, she got me back on track.

Recently I had another injury which Alice was able to fix after just one session.

She is awesome and I’m also grateful for her patience and for taking the time to explain the problems to me.

She is now the only reliable physiotherapist that I would recommend to anyone, including my clients. I would safely say that those clients are also happy with her.

I came in to look into a recurring callus issue, which I suspected was linked to my running form and mobility. The session included a consultation, hands-on assessment, and even an acupuncture treatment to help reactivate certain muscles. It was a well-rounded approach that gave me both clarity and relief.

Pearl Care Mobility has privided excellent service. They were on time to fetch my mum for her hospital appt. Even though I had arranged for pick up at 1.00pm, when we finished much earlier & called them, they came within 40 minutes (bearing in mind heavy traffic pre-CNY). Will definitely use them again though it would be good if their charges were a bit less pricey!

Fast response and fast service. The hospital delayed my mum’s discharge time and the van waited patiently until we came out. Duminda and his helper were very professional and efficient, transferring the patient from wheelchair to wheelchair and then upon reaching home they transferred her to the bed. I would recommend Pearl Care to anyone who needs to transport people in wheelchairs. It takes the stress away of handling it yourself.

Found this service online via google. Booked last minute (5hrs before pick up time) for return trip for transport and wheelchair service (a few hours service only).
