I had a really good experience at P3S Pet Shop Specialist and Studio. The staff were very friendly, helpful and gave me good advice for my bird. I ended up spending over RM500 here because they have a wide range of products, especially for birds, and the quality is excellent. My macaw loves the items I bought. The shop feels clean, well-organized and the service is professional. Highly recommend this place

We recently visited P3S to find a companion for our newly adopted cockatiel, and we’re so glad we did! After reading so many positive reviews, we had high hopes—and the experience definitely lived up to the hype.

From the moment we walked in, Wong greeted us warmly and patiently answered all of our (many!) questions. As first-time bird owners, we were a bit nervous, so we had Rex help us trim our cockatiel’s nails and explain the process so we’d know what to do in the future.

What really stood out was how much time they gave us to interact with a few potential bird friends before making a decision—never any pressure, just genuine care for what was best for us and our bird.
Even after bringing our new feathered friend home, they’ve continued to be a great support—offering advice and answering follow-up questions. They also carry a great selection of birds (both tame and untamed), food, toys, supplements, accessories, and cages.

If you’re a new bird owner or just looking for a trustworthy place with knowledgeable and kind staff, we can’t recommend P3S enough!

Overall for 30min at 30rm per pax it was alright though the cats weren’t in the best condition and as previous reviews did mention you could smell the poop and pee around the entire inside and the cats were only very active when it came to treats where you get for 9rm toys and the shoes can be get from the locker room area though cleanness was quite clean but overall I wouldn’t really recommend unfortunately. There’s a pet stall outside as well selling the stuff needed to take care of the pets. And a area which they sell the cats.

Excellent reptiles pet shop in Kuala Lumpur. Plenty of healthy exotic pets for sale with friendly staff. Staff is always around to answer any questions and help out if needed. Been here a few times, always enjoyed myself browsing the many different exotic pets and accessories. They have various contacts to get pets from all around the world, so do ask them if you are keen to get one that’s not on display. After sales support is pretty good too, which is reassuring for new pet owners like me.

I always visited honey pet shop and had a great experience! The store had a wide variety of products for all kinds of pets, and everything was easy to find. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering great advice for my pet’s needs. The store was clean and well-organized, making shopping enjoyable. Brilliant! The front view may be mislesding like a mechanic shop but please visit this pet haven for one-stop shopping and visiting some furry friends. Special thanks to Ms Aqilah for simple but detailed explanation on things to buy before adopting a hamster. Pricing is good, with discounts, memberships etc. Plenty of hamsters available, some canines and cats too.

Strategically located at the Mytown B1 mall entrance, Pet Safari is easily accessible from the car park and you can lot big items easily. I was there last week to buy a dog house and also a transporter to bring my dog Korean back to my mum’s house kinda staffs was very helpful my selection, patient with me deciding as well as helping me to upload the big dog house into my car.

The place also has all a pet lover needs in terms of items ranging from food to toys to clothings.

My first time visiting this pet shop was wonderful experience. A lot of pet supplies, accessories and food choices in this pet shop. However, my cat favourite kibble brand (Equilibrio) was not found in this store. I am hoping that they will sell the Equilibrio brand as it is affordable and many cat owner use this brand. A plant store for house and gardening is also inside the store and it suitable for its name The Pet Safari. I purchased cat litter encloser and food tray and received a VIP member card with benefit of 5% discount for every purchase above RM20 and extra 5% discount for birthday month. The staff was friendly and helpful during my purchase and after purchasing I was require to rate my experience using button at the counter. The staff told me there are other branch at Sunway Velocity and Cheras Leisure Mall. Overall, this is recommended store for pet owners. Thumb up.

This shop has varieties of pet fishes and also ground pets like rabbits and sugarglider… with approachable price.

I like to come here to buy their guppies, and a staff “Kim” has been very patient with me (because i am new to pet guppy ), he answered all my questions and always encourage me to try different method.

Unique Aquapets is a REALLY COOL pet store at NSK Kuchai Lama offering a barbecue of pets, fur, and fins that go.

Not only do they have everything from pets to aquarium supplies (and live fish), but there seems to be ample space for mice, hedgehog, Guinea pig, too.

The set up of the store is pretty open so shopping is easy even when crowded.

Employees are friendly and professional, and happy to answer questions about the product and pet care.

Pricing is affordable, depending on what items you select. It is a good place to get your needs for your animals.

This store is the perfect place for all levels of aquascape enthusiasts! They have a wide selection of fish species and aquatic plants to choose from and the staff here are informative when explaining certain fish behaviours and plant choices but are quite avoidant or shy at first when it comes to questioning. None the less, I highly recommend!

Pretty much a one stop shop for first time aquarium enthusiast and also for new enthusiast with a running aquarium.

Disgusting. The moment I walked into Pets Wonderland Mid Valley, I was hit with such a foul stench I started coughing uncontrollably and nearly vomited. It was unbearable — no store, especially one selling live animals, should ever smell that bad.

The animals looked miserable — barely moving, lying in their own filth. Cats and dogs surrounded by poop, with no staff in sight to clean or care for them. This isn’t just poor hygiene, it’s straight-up neglect. For a so-called reputable pet shop, this is beyond shameful.

It’s clear the animals are not being properly cared for. Many looked sickly, depressed, and unwell. How is this place even allowed to operate in this condition?

This store has no business selling pets if they can’t provide even basic care. I strongly warn anyone against buying from here. Don’t support cruelty and neglect. These animals deserve better, and this shop deserves to be held accountable.

Today on 5th february 2025 me and my partner went to Pets Wonderland in Mid Valley megamall just to see some cute animals and some stuff in general. At first everything was fine but the moment we went to the cages with small animals we were completely shocked and disgusted by the way that animals were kept. There were some sort of cockroaches or bugs at the walls of the cage. As well as that we saw a dead mouse inside of the cage and it was just laying there and nobody cared about it. As well as that there was blood on some toys for mice ( i’m going to attach all of the pictures below) We immediately went to the worker( she was just simply taking on her phone) we told her that there’s a dead mouse inside the cage and the cage is extremely dirty but the only thing she said to us was there’s not enough stuff so we clean it TOMORROW. I was shocked and confused. In my opinion someone have to do smth about it maybe some people who are in charge for the animal abuse situations can help those poor animals. It’s honestly insane because this is not the first time i see smth like this in that specific shop.

This store does not treat the dogs well. The dogs look dirty, skinny, and poorly cared for. Their drinking water is unclean, and their food bowls are empty yet still left there. They seem very hungry. The situation is even worse for the smaller animals—their living environment is filthy, clearly showing that the staff neglects them. If you can’t properly care for the animals before they are sold, you shouldn’t be selling them at all. This is simply cruel.

After reading so many bad reviews mentioned the same issues I don’t get y this business is still running? Something is fishy. They don’t seem properly clean the store. Today is my husband and my 1st time here. The birds cage so dirty but they look healthy. The snake was doing fine but the box was so small. The hamsters seem in better condition compared to previous reviews here (which made me cry ). Why why why. Lucky I wasn’t there that time.

So early today I was positive till we moved to upper floor… The cats? Cats sleeping inside their litter boxes means they’re stressed or sick. Even their cages look cleaner but something is not right there. One of the cat with a wound cut not being treated yet selling for 3k! My 10 yo niece could take care of them even betterrr. After witnessing this we didn’t feel to buy anything there.

Have been a regular customer since years ago. Loved the items and pricing is great. However, in this few months, i realised only 1 staff is available during peak hour especially at 7ish pm. Kinda pity the Malay girl staff who needs to do alot of things alone yet she still provided great service. Hopefully in future there will be another person to assist her to ensure smoother operation process.

This pet shop is quite big di the mall. Have a lot of variety of things for dog and cat. They also sell some dogs. They display the dogs but I think they don’t clean properly. Because there are some dog’s stool and the smell is start when we enter the shop.
