Five Stars for Patty’s Pet Hotel! We left our puppy with Patty’s Pet Hotel for almost two weeks while we were overseas, and WOW—what an experience! From day one, the team went above and beyond to make our pup feel comfortable, even helping her through a bit of separation anxiety with so much patience and care. The best part? Daily updates! Every single day we got adorable photos and messages, which made being away so much easier (and honestly, we might have looked forward to those updates more than our vacation pics!). Our pup came home happy, well-socialized, and clearly loved every minute of her stay. I honestly think every puppy should get the "Patty’s experience" at least once—it’s like a luxury vacation for dogs! Highly recommend Patty’s Pet Hotel to anyone who wants peace of mind AND a happy pup while they’re away!

Patty’s Pet Hotel was Ola’s very first boarding experience. At first, I was a little worried about leaving him there. But after recommending the place to my sister-in-law and hearing how well her dog was cared for. I felt more at ease. She assured me that Ola would be just fine. Ola stayed for 5 days, and every single day the team updated us with pictures and videos. Thanks to their thoughtful updates, even while we were traveling, we felt reassured knowing Ola was in good hands and enjoying his time.

Patty's have always been a home away from home for my babies for almost 2 years now. Patty and her wonderful team have showered my babies with so much of love and care everytime my babies are there. My babies always looks forward to going again to Patty's. As pet parents, we are blessed to have found Patty and her team.

Had a really great experience leaving our pet at Patty’s Pet Hotel for a 3 night stay. Staff were really friendly and accommodating as they spent time playing with the dogs and they also provided prompt updates on how my pet was doing. Highly recommended!

We enrolled our 4-month-old Mochi in Patty’s Pet Hotel’s board-and-train program for obedience training and socialisation and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. As puppy parents, we know how crucial early socialisation is, introducing Mochi to other dogs, cats, and humans in a safe, playful environment. The cage-free policy was a major draw for us, knowing she’d sleep alongside playmates instead of in a kennel gave us peace of mind, especially since Mochi has a touch of separation anxiety. During our first interview with Patty’s trainer, Thivashini, she listened carefully to Mochi’s needs, agreed to take her on, and immediately put us at ease. Her personal attention from the start showed how invested they are. During her board and train, Patty’s team provided frequent, detailed photo updates. Seeing Mochi playing, learning, and enjoying herself reassured us that she was happy and having fun. Thivashini’s care extended beyond training, she took extra care of Mochi’s sensitive eyes and managed her allergy-related discomfort. Week after week, Mochi advances through her training well with Thivashini’s dedication and care. Today, our Mochi had graduated from the program, and we couldn’t be happy with the result. She learned many important commands, such as sit, down, stand, stay and wait, allowing us to have the tools to set her up for success in her life. Overall, Patty’s Pet Hotel demonstrated exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and heart throughout her stay. Awesome place to send your furkids for holiday when you are away for holiday! The caretakers are kind, patience, caring and shows unconditional love to your furkids. Clean and safe too. I didn’t smell any foul smell during send off and pick up of my dogs. 10000% recommend! Thank you Patty and team! Keep it up ❤️❤️❤️

My sensitive little girl spent 5 weeks at Patty’s Pet Hotel, and I’m very happy I made this decision. The owner and the nannys gave her some extra tlc and I was surprised at how much my dog warmed up to them as she is very cautious around new people. They sent me daily videos and updates and my shy girl was clearly thriving, getting outdoor exercise, and having a good time.
