Fuhhh, panas hati giler.. mmg worst service yer.. konon tulis 50k choice of song, tpi semue lagu yg korng list kan tk bole nk play ?! mostly lagu2 baru.. Mmg first and last la yer.. bukan byr murah tau, RM139!!

Honestly, I’m extremely disappointed with Ratu Karaoke. Despite having “No Smoking” signs all over the place, no one enforces the rule. Customers were freely smoking, and shockingly, even the staff were smoking inside. That’s completely irresponsible.

This was my second visit. My first experience was great, which is why I decided to return. But last night was a disaster. The karaoke room was filled with the strong stench of cigarette smoke, it was hard to breathe, and it totally ruined the experience. This isn’t just about discomfort anymore, it’s a health concern.

Let’s be real, a karaoke spot is supposed to be a fun, safe space, not an enclosed smoking chamber. If management can’t enforce basic health standards, then those “No Smoking” signs are pointless.

Please take this seriously. Don’t let a place meant for enjoyment become a health hazard to others. If nothing changes, this will definitely be my last visit.

1) Bilik bau rokok kuat giler.
Maybe prev customer baru shj keluar. So i mintak tukar bilik.

2) Cleaner nama Jargit (not sure his name) so rude.
Timing kita dah habis. Tp ada satu lagi lagu masih boleh utk continue. So supposed keluar pukul 7. I keluar 7.01 minit utk habiskan lagu last tu. Ceritanya skrg ni, cleaner Jargit (not sure his name) main bukak shj pintu tanpa ketuk dulu: He also didnt say sorry at all utk suruh keluar dari bilik itu. Very rude. Belum pernah lagi aku pergi karaoke, kena mcm ni di tempat lain. Just 1 minit late for the last song. Bukan ambil 10minit!!!

Lokasi bagus tepi jln senang nak cari. Parking dlm Imbi plaza gelap sikit bila malam jadi berhati. Selection lagu terbaik. Service pun ok. Quality of mic best. Tapi bilik KTV bau rokok walaupun poster no smoking tampal semua tempat. Toilet dia ok tapi takde tissue.

VERRY BAD SERVICE!!! The room a lot of bed smoking smell in every environment even in the room can’t breathe calmly! I have ask some staff to spray the room because the room very strong smoking smell and the staff just ignored and no action anymore!

Great place to sing karaoke, spacious room, clean and air conditioned is cold. Good service, but the food is not worth the price. Do not have high expectations if you’re expecting good buffet food here. The only good dish we had was the satay.

Love the free food… But didn’t get the chance to eat more since they close the food section at 4pm if I’m not mistaken on the time… But hey I think it’s not that bad.. maybe I have to early next time..

Good sound system n got lots of songs… But since I cannot find the song that I wanted to sing.. I can give 4 only

Buffet was good and many choices of food. Fresh seafood, tasty pasta and veges. Grill salmon and lamb was good.
I loves the drink machines…just choose your favourites.
Good and helpful staff service.
Song choice was up to date and sound system was awesome.
Best of all, there’s a personal toilet in the room.

This place have dinner buffet.. and the price is affordable.. non member is RM96+ while member is RM86+.. Dinner Buffet is From 6pm+ to 10pm.. while free flow drink is until 2am.. and for karaoke is until 3am.. worth every penny..

Song there is many including many latest song and old song.. perhaps there more song can add on in future..

For the staff is here is very helpful and friendly especially the staff near the buffet area and the staff that service for the room..
Maybe might need improvement for the counter staff cause he did not even ask whether we have member or not and not even smile.. register take nearly 10minit..

Overall rekemended to come here and try.. definetely will come again.. there is no regret..

Visited today to celebrate Friends Birthday as we have not been here for almost 2 years. The 1st room we got No17 was amazing and the sound system is good. But songs is not up to date. At 12 midnight, the centralised aircond was off and the room is warm. We requested for another room as we still have 3 hours to sing. We then transferred to a small room with a very bad sound system ( 1 speaker not functioning and mic volume is low. We waited for almost 15 minutes for their technician to fix the issue. We then gave up and just accept whatever sound quality we get. Suddenly the staff came and transfer us to another room. The staff said the aircond was working but we put our hand on the aircond ducting, there is no wind at all. Room getting warm and the speaker has cracking sound too. We ask for the bill and just get off. No point keep changing room when all rooms has same quality. This would be our last to come this karaoke. There is many new karaoke out there with latest sound system and up to date songs. Importantly CEO Karaoke charges still very high compared with many other new karaoke.

Kali pertama pergi. Sound system puas hati. Paling selesa sebab ada surau. Jadi tiada masalah nak pergi waktu solat. (Jemaah masjid lebih elok). Tempat wuduk selesa. Wuduk perempuan dalam surau.

Lagu boleh tahan updated. Next, bawa kawan2 pulak. Harga pun mampu bayar. Pekerja dia pun ok. Overall, puas hati.

I order the food 12:38. But i received after 30 minit above something. I dont care about late. But please improve you service. Inform cust about food timing. After that the food i received very cold?. i dont want inform the staff about the food. If i inform maybe i will wait the food again 1 hour. Karoke sangat cantik. Tapi service . Power power power. Memang puas hati untuk lepak ngan kawan kawan do hujung minggu. Tiap bilik siap ada tandas. Pilihan lagu banyak, sistem karaoke ok, sound sytem je kurang sikit.

Kalau ambik pakej dengan makanan, ok ok la. Tengok mcm banyak pilihan makanan dia. Untuk tidbits, and drink. All good. Memang puas hati.

Layanan dan servis dari krew diorang memang top notch. Tak rasa bazir langsung spent kat sini.

Parking dekat basement, naik lif terus sampai pintu karaoke. Jadi, memang mudah, pantas. Teeeeerrrrbaikkkkk!!

翻新后环境升级，音响OK，歌单基本齐全，皮卡丘生日惊喜很加分。前台礼貌但高峰略慢，厕所卫生仍待加强，价格略高。整体仍值得再来。

前台的两个女员工服务态度太差了 去到那边时人不在 等了差不多半小时 这就算了 生日优惠没了等我们Order过后才通知 朋友在楼下协商了讲可以Cancel 回个头跟我们收钱

rubbish service. assigned us a room. went to room, not even clean up yet. its ok small problem. let it go. payed for 2hours. was having fun singing halfway and they lock it up, say times up. not sure whether the service here like this all these time but the counter staff is pretty rubbish to say time n close halfway. loudspeaker probably better than this. other than song range, others pretty trash.

I had an extremely unpleasant visit yesterday 25th June. My dad and I joined membership few weeks ago and I notice the FREE BIRTHDAY SET MEAL 免费生日套餐 statement on the membership card. We wanted to sing k and thought of might as well to have our lunch there as both our birthday are within this month.

First of all, I was greeted with an emotionless poker face & tone and when I asked about the birthday meal, she explained that we need to order minimum RM15 food then only we are entitled for a RM17 meal. The reason is that we visit during the day, which the room is free and we only pay for the drinks, so they can’t give the free meal straight away. If we come at night, we pay for the room and we can get the free meal without minimum spending.

I am quite surprised of the buy 1 free 1 concept instead of 免费生日套餐 because it is not stated clearly on the card. But at the same time I find it legit and it makes sense too actually. Then I requested to have a look at the menu (at the reception desk, haven’t started sing k), jeng jeng jeng she answered the menu is in the room, you need to go upstairs and look at the menu, if you want to order, come down and take birthday meal voucher from me.

This is a karaoke+japanese restaurant, you told your customers you don’t have any menu at the reception and asked your customers to go up and look at the menu. It’s really funny and it’s so unprofessional. You can’t look at the menu before you start the karaoke session.

I was too frustrated to think further and decided to start the session straight away. After we look at the menu, we decided to order two set meal which costs RM19.90 and RM20.90 I told the waitress I can pay the extra charges because the 2nd meal is above RM17. She said cannot, the food must be under RM17.

We went down to the reception and talked to the reception girl, she also said cannot, we are not allowed to order a more expensive food and top up the remaining charges. I said the problem is most of your main dish is above RM17 and I find it very ridiculous that we can’t order a more expensive dish and top up money. And all these SPECIAL terms & conditions are NOT LISTED. Then she suggested me to order some snacks which is below RM17. This is exactly NOT a 免费生日套餐, minimum spending is fine, but my Free Birthday Set Meal became an appetizer/snacks

Conclusion:
1. The wording on the membership card 免费生日套餐 is 100% misleading. All special terms & conditions are not listed. Poor management.
2. The food are good, which I give 5 stars.
3. The customer service and atmosphere needs a lot of improvement, especially the communication part. What makes me frustrating the most is about the customer service, I was so angry and upset after talking to the staff. Same situation, different customer service, different outcome. Management please give customer service training

Is The counter reception didn’t train well or she is new? She didn’t give us a very proper detail info regarding joining member’s benefit.
What is buy 2 free 1 means in your company’s rules? This is from the calling customer service when we wanna book,
As we arrive we double check with reception again for entire details , And then you said only at night can claim this promo and its count by Room. As for Noon time is head count. So which means we have 3 person here, 1 person should be free right? But the bill counted 3 of us. When we went to counter ask, they told us other things as if the matter is not their problem.
Why when we join member, you told us birthday month member entitle to have buy 1 meal free 1 meal, so we have 2 birthday member here , but at the end of the meal billing, you only deducted rm40?
And then you told us that is FREE RM20 below’s meal…wowww totally different you know ?! That’s huge difference!
Hello are you fooling us? Or your marketing is a trick that doesn’t know how to explain properly what is BUY 1 meal FREE 1 meal?
We purposely join the member today so we could get better offers and benefit since we have 2 person is on a birthday month, end up we paid unreasonable !!!
Yet you didn’t give any special for birthday baby’s unlike others karaoke company. You also told us earlier that the Birthday person entitle to have 3 hours singing. My question here so if non member in the group cannot sing 3 hours lo? After 2 hours then leave the room let the birthday person sing alone? please train your staff properly and give customer a proper details ! We don’t mind to pay but at least reasonable and explain well then we can enjoy singing there with peace of heart.

Pretty good place for karaoke. I sang in the small room for one hour for RM 28-ish. Weekend rates are much higher. The controller was confusing at first but then I got the hang of it. The selection of songs are quite varied. The room is not that sound proof bc I can clearly hear the people from other room. But I had a pleasant experience lah

…we’d camw here on thw 10/09/2025 for one of our mate’s birthday celebration…if you want to come here and by car enter oarkin’ premiere U10…and parked at the exit automated pole that has a glass walls…utterly near to red box…

I’d honestly rate RedBox Karaoke at The Gardens 1 out of 5.

I booked the Deluxe Room, which clearly stated it was meant for 4 to 5 people, but they only gave us 3 microphones. When I asked why, they said it’s because the room is smaller. That just doesn’t make sense because if you’re promoting it for 4 to 5 pax, it should come with enough mics for everyone. I brought 5 friends and we had to take turns using the mics. At Manekineko, we’ve gotten 4 to 6 mics even when our group wasn’t that big, so this was a letdown.

The air-conditioning was also really disappointing. It felt hot and stuffy in the room, like they were just relying on the mall’s central air instead of having proper cooling in their own space. We were literally sweating while singing, and it made the whole experience uncomfortable.

I also don’t understand why RedBox opened a branch in The Gardens. It feels like a waste of space and doesn’t live up to the standard I expected. The only positive part was one Malay male staff member who was kind enough to assist. He transferred us to another room when I mentioned the heat issue, but even that took time because the front counter had to manually confirm the switch from Room 36 to Room 37.

To add to the frustration, they didn’t provide microphone covers. When I asked the lady at the counter if they had enough for all the mics, she responded rudely and turned her back on me. I was simply asking politely, and her attitude really showed a lack of customer service. If everything had been prepared properly from the start, I wouldn’t even need to ask so many questions.

On top of all that, the song selection was outdated. A lot of popular or newer artists weren’t even available. The touchscreen system was also hard to use and not responsive. The only practical way to search for songs was to scan the QR code and search using your phone, which kind of defeats the point of having a karaoke setup in the room.

Overall, I’d much rather go to Manekineko. It’s more affordable, the song list is regularly updated, and the staff actually treat customers with proper service. RedBox Gardens really needs to improve on many areas if they want people to come back.

The front desk especially Andy helped us through with the packages and offered good services. We really appreciated that and enjoyed ourselves. The sound systems are good, room is spacious, lightning is nice. Will definitely come again!

The front desk service was friendly, and the newly renovated space had a nice, modern feel. The karaoke sound system, using JBL, was really impressive. The rooms were clean and free from smoke odor. The most surprising aspect was how delicious the food was! Mee mamak best
Additionally, the birthday package offering a free hour, drinks, and various value-added perks was fantastic. recommended!

Was at this branch for a friend’s birthday party after not visiting Red Box for a long time. Was shocked at how many issues there were.

1) My friend booked the VIP room for 30 pax but we were only provided with FOUR microphones, which is pathetic considering the room size and number of people

2) The song selection system was so so so sooooo bad. There are many songs and artists that we could find in the list manually by scrolling through, but when trying to use the search function to find them faster, the songs or artists we wanted did not show up at all. The search function was pretty much useless and we could not find many songs because it was so bad.

3) There was supposedly an app users could scan to select songs from their phones, but the app didn’t work. This is outdated compared to other karaoke places which don’t even require users to download an app but has QR code to a website where users can select songs from their device. And since there is no functional all or website for song selection, those selecting songs have to stand around the panel which is partially blocking the screen

4) We had to pause the songs a few times throughout for games but when we tried to resume system, the whole system went nuts, stopping songs off halfway and switching to new songs and also pausing halfway through songs. The system had to be rebooted twice which takes a long time and also cleared all prior selected songs so we had to input them again

While we still had a great time and there were positives in that the room was comfy, food was good and staff were helpful, the main purpose of going to a karaoke joint is to karaoke and the issues with lack of mics and absolutely frustrating music system made so I will never organize a karaoke session here of my own accord.

I was shocked when the receptionist told us we had to book in advance to enjoy the early-hour package (RM30 for three hours per person), even though over 90% of the rooms were empty. She said if we wanted to start immediately, we’d have to pay RM40 per hour per person. The website never mentioned that advance booking was required for the early-hour pacakge. When we decided to leave, she suddenly offered a package with meals for RM38+ for two hours. This felt misleading and left a bad impression. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Sneaky. The website says MOST rooms have Bluetooth or usb. But the truth is, only VIP rooms have it. This place is dishonest and sneaky and their entire business model is to swindle you out if your money and force you to pay for things you don’t want. And prevent you from getting what they advertise. Do not come here. They are dishonest.

Recommended. Kudos to 1 attentive staff for his prompt service, I think Justin. Food was quite good, proce ia on the higher side. Table setting is quite cramp like before since they put 2 coffee table for eating, so there is very limited space to move. We occupied medium sized room as there were 5 of us.

got the rm 50 / hour at lunch time on friday. the room is super cold due to the centralized aircond but no worries the staff will provide with blankets. the room is pretty small. orders for lunch is not included in the package. lunch served are pretty fast. the sound system is amazing. love it. there is a washroom located out of redbox none inside the premise.

Extremely disappointed with the service provided by a cleaner & junior waiter named IAN . His attitude was downright rude and unprofessional.

We brought in desserts, and instead of calmly informing us about the “no outside food” policy and giving us the chance to take them back to the car or dispose of them ourselves, he aggressively took a bag and threw our dessert away.

We fully understand and respect if outside food isn’t allowed. But the way IAN handled the situation was unacceptable and disrespectful. If this is how your staff are trained to treat customers, then there’s a serious problem with your internal training and hiring standards.

I strongly urge your management to re-evaluate the people they bring on board and this kind of attitude matter behavior reflects very poorly on your brand.

I went there yesterday, said I was a malaysian student studying abroad. I said I didnt have my student card on me and i showed the website of my university which said, I’m enrolled for winter semester 25/26. Honestly I don’t mind not getting the student price, its only a rm2 difference, but I think staff should not be quick to accuse someone of lying. You come to have fun but can’t even enjoy singing. Nice place for karaoke here is cozy and clean, staff is friendly and helpful explaining, they charge per pax but here also provide free flow drinks with snack. Toilet is clean and no bad odour , just an opinion, maybe can put a small trash bin beside the toilet bowl so there wont be a trash pile up. Overall I’m having a blast here

Extremely Disappointed – Needs Serious Maintenance and Cleanliness!

Visited Karaoke Manekineko Bukit Bintang recently and was shocked by the poor condition of the facilities.

1. The sofas are in terrible shape, torn and uncomfortable. It’s high time for a replacement.

2. Out of 4 microphones, only 2 were working. Completely unacceptable for a karaoke session.

3. The song selection screen was faulty, kept blacking out and only worked after shaking it. This is frustrating and ruins the experience.

4. Cups provided were dirty – clearly not washed properly. Basic hygiene must be prioritized!

5. Song selection is limited compared to other karaoke outlets. Disappointing.

6. The promo said “2 hours + 1 hour free with fries, shishamo rice, and bottomless drinks”, which was the only good part.

This place really needs a full upgrade and better management. Until then, I don’t recommend anyone to come here. There are much better karaoke options in KL that value cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

scammer , one of them cakap dekat kitaorang harga untuk 1jam30 min rm25. so we decided untuk book. Kitaorang also amik icecream total rm4.9. tapi bila payment jadi rm64. bila tengok balik resit tiba ” ada makanan yang kitaorg tak order rm19.80. when i went to the cashier dia cakap tu mmng package dia sekali. lepastu i tanya la , tapi cashier tu takde cakap apa apa pun. lepastu dia cakap ” mmng tu package dia ” but nah kau as cashiers kena bagitahula kat customer takkan customer pulak nak kena tanya.

Sorry tp perempuan yg jaga counter time malam sangat x okay. Annoyed! Tolong laa deal cust respect skit. Kitorg baru nak tgok menu tuk pilih makanan, boleh je suggest untuk pilih dulu makanan dalam bilik ke apa kalau nak proceed dengan cust lain. Bukan jawab dengan muka annoyed dengan suara yg mengundang eh. Then, makanan dapat lepas sejam tp nasi pulak boleh eh korang hidang nasi keras2 kat cust. Wah. Bayar makanan harga 20+ extra servis segala semua include tp dapat nasi keras. Lancau gila!

Specifically asked the staff to make sure aglio olio to cook non spicy it’s for the kids. No one came back to say it’s frozen and cannot customized, no non spicy option. Food came kids were famished they took big gulp then tongue, mouth all burning in fire! I demand for a refund / exchange with one more chicken but they took a few rounds to nego with nuggets and fries which we already had and we don’t need. Why force a replacement where your customers don need? Extremely disappointed with the final decision from the captain and if this is your customer service will never ever return. Food options are also very disappointing, mac n cheese oos.

Horrible experience – avoid this place!
Room 8 had a terrible sound system where microphone sounds from other rooms kept cutting in and out of ours. The first time it happened, it was sudden and terrifying.

When we complained, the staff admitted they already knew about this issue but still rent out these faulty rooms anyway. They couldn’t fix it, and there were no other proper rooms to change to because several rooms have the same problem.

This is completely unacceptable – charging customers full price for broken rooms while pretending everything is fine. Totally unprofessional and a waste of money. I will never come back, and I strongly suggest others avoid this karaoke place.

Difficult booking process – rarely anyone answers the phone and this happened a few times before on separate days

When finally arrived to walk in, only the small booth rooms were available

I asked if there was any solution to their booking process problem, they said calling was the only option. The staff in the photo also have excuse that weekends dont provide enough CS support which doesn’t make sense as weekend would expect more crowd

It’s a nice place for karaoke. Modern, aesthetically pleasing design. Unfortunately they would scam you into booking a bigger room than what you need for more profit. Eg.

We went in a group of 5, but instead they made us take up the room for 10 even though the are lots of empty 5 person room. It was a Monday night too so it shouldn’t be as busy.

We hired a room for 3 hours for RM 180 (it’s a 2 hour free 1 hour) for members. Place is superrrr pretty!!! love it! So aesthetically pleasing and there is free flow of snacks and drinks too.

Tho some of the songs were wrongly matched. Pilih lagu melayu, tapi keluar lagu cina worry not, not many instances pun. we encounter 2 songs if i remember correctly.

Anyway, wd come again!
Also, nearest surau wd be in Low Yatt which is opposite the karaoke place. Accessibility wise- take MRT and stop at Bukit Bintang. It’s 7-10 mins walk away.

Would have given a 5star if not for the dishonesty of the counter staff. I came alone to kill time and asked if there is available booth for a person (fyi they have 1-2 pax booth) but the staff told me its all full. So he proceeded to open the bill for me for a 4-6pax room which is more expensive.

The atmosphere and sound system is really good in the room though.

My first experience here is nice. But my 2nd visit is so bad. Idk why there’s a lot of song that you can hear the original singer rec even when you keep on clicking the button. And the wording/lyrics are too fast compare to the music. It’s not aligned at all.. I’m okay if it’s like 2-3 songs.. but it’s majority of the songs and it making me irritated every second and kept on changing song and can’t even sing the song I usually chose.

Playing tourist and found this Karaoke place to be really cool. Abit pricey for 2 hours but great service and the places was clean and well maintained.

Audio and song choice is good enough to bring my visiting friends again.

整体歌库齐全、音响好，下午6点前10元3小时+3元无限续饮超值，但房间隔音差、空调难调，前台偶有沟通误会，建议先电话预订并确认时段。

设施新、音响棒、曲库全，下午6点前10块3小时+3块饮料任饮超划算；房间略不隔音，空调偶失灵，需提前订房。服务大体热情，前台偶有不一致，总体瑕不掩瑜，会再访。

在前台的时候给他金色member卡，跟我说是一年制的，我想常来天王的都知道金卡是要花到一定的额度才能拿到的终身member卡的吧。但前台跟我说过期了，我在其他分行都是能用的，然后沟通很久才给我member price。之后，一进房间就有烟味，真的很头晕。开始唱歌后就发现服务员会一直从门口的缝隙中看进来，全程3小时，基本上10分钟来一次 。一开始是以为可能有什么事情但其实并没有 。总而言之，很打扰唱歌体验。

Very Disappointing Experience

I do not recommend Royal Superstar Bukit Bintang KTV. Here’s why:

1. The toilet was not working — no water from the sink, and the flushing system was broken.

2. Male and female toilets are shared, which is uncomfortable.

3. Very limited food options.

4. The microphone was in bad condition, making it hard to enjoy singing.

5. Wi-Fi did not work at all throughout the visit.

Overall, it was a poor experience. Save your money and choose a better KTV elsewhere.
