Doctor Zaireena is very professional, felt confident and safe in her hands, especially during labor and delivery.

Nurses are very kind, supportive, and very responsive to my needs. Whether it was pain management, breastfeeding support, or emotional encouragement.

The maternity ward was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. I appreciated the privacy and the calming environment. Meals were timely, and facilities were always clean and accessible. From admission to discharge, the entire process was smooth and well-coordinated.

My daughter Imaan (tonsilitis) and I (turbinectomy & fess – ie., nose job) decided to do our surgery at KPJ Sentosa under the famous ENT specialist Dr Noorhisyam Salleh who had done many ops for many people I know.

1. Dr Hisyam is an excellent surgeon & doctor – kept us both under his professional care with his gentle & caring mannerisms

2. We love the newly upgraded wards, very comfortable, above expectations

3. the nurses were excellent throughout our stay. They made sure we are looked after throughout. Special shout out to Nurse Fiza (Dr Hisyam’s assistant) for personally looking after us before and after our surgery with on-point follow ups.

I recently did a health screening at this clinic and had an excellent experience. The environment is cozy, smells pleasant, and the modern, bright interior design creates a calming atmosphere.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Dr. Leong handled my screening—she was very professional, gentle, and detailed in her explanations, which made me feel at ease.

The whole process was smooth and fast, with minimal waiting time. Overall, an excellent clinic with great service and a welcoming setting. Highly recommended for health screenings

This is my first time choosing prinz klinik, i was so surprised for their service. The consultation before I come was very good , Agnes did very well for my consultation and not even hard sales me. Due to my need she gave well suggestions. After I visited here, I think this is my best body check up ever. The staff are all very friendly, environment is so cozy too. Even the doctor also nice, her Chinese not really good but she try her best to explain to me with Chinese. Really really highly recommend to all scare of body check.

I did a 599 women health screening package and extra few more items and hormones blood test. I came 730am parking is almost full just park further and walk over. Nurses and doctor Leong are friendly and kind, willing to explain with patience thoroughly. Doctor also will suggest supplements to improve our overall health. Blood drawing also very professional and not painful. There’s a cafe incase you need something to drink after that. Great experience overall.

Dr ng黄医生很专业，真的很有经验 ，我胃痛几天了，吃了药也还不好。他解释吃了药不好，怕是心脏的问题，他建议我立刻做个心电图和验血double confirm，出来的结果心跳规律和血报告不正常，立马写信我进医院，结果check到心血管塞了90%，立刻安排通波仔。谢谢dr ng的细心和早发现救了我一命，很感激医生，不然可能病情一直拖，后果不堪设想，现在想起也后怕，如果没有发现到会怎样。

Done body check up at Prinz Klinik Kepong, the staff are very friendly and professional. I have a hard time taking blood sample, the doctor also very patient and professional in helping me solving the issues. Highly recommended.

I experienced significant blood in my urine. Seen 2 urologist who put me to various tests, scanning, scoping, and CT scan and found nothing wrong. They were quite arrogant as they ignored my experience. They said that the testings results told them nothing wrong with me. They trusted the results and ignore my experience. They did nothing after all the testings, despite that I am still experiencing constant significant blood in my urine.

Then I consulted Dr, Surayne. Shown him all my testings results. He is caring and willing to listen attentively. With his experience and listening to my experience, he was able to identify the cause of the bleeding. After taking his prescription medicine, the bleeding stopped 2 days later. Today, already one month without bleeding. I believed, Dr, Surayne cured my bleeding problem. I highly recommend Dr. Surayne, if you have urology problems. Thank you Dr, Surayne.

I went in for a consultation due to a concern with my routine blood/urine test.

1. Dr. Surayne is a highly knowledgeable, factually “up to date”, risk-based approach doctor. Strictly adheres to clinical practice guidelines. (Yes, there is a clear distinction between factually correct and factually “up to date”). He is actually both.

2. He did not push me any unnecessary “invasive” procedure(s) and made me feel at ease based on my profile.

3. Whilst I am not seeking for any sort of sugarcoating, I feel like I was given a “fair and non-biased” assessment before proceeding to any sort of procedure(s).

4. I didn’t feel like I was being rush in the entire consultation. In fact, it’s the doctor kept asking me for concern, doubt and questions.

5. This doctor is definitely a rare gem around the area for this specialized field. The nurses and the staffs attended to me are extremely efficient, attentive and polite.

Highly recommended to any person to visit KPJ2 for any urology needs!

Dr Surayne is a very patient professional medical practitioner who listens attentively to fully understand his patients medical issues, and explains clearly the causes and effects of the treatments and drugs, and make the appropriate recommendations to address the root causes of the medical problem. Dr Datesh was an absolute professional and a kind doctor. It was a pleasure to be treated and diagnosed by him. Before seeking out Dr Datesh, I had thought I had incontinence, which was not the case, but it turns out I had an irritated bladder instead. The treatment he offered was shock wave therapy, something I haven’t heard of before but super effective from my experience thus far. Anyone and everyone should consider this method of treatment if they have similar issues. After completing 10 rounds of treatment and being told that it has ups and downs and stress can trigger the condition, I can say I’m on the way to recovery and better than I was before the treatment. I recalled changing 4-7 pads a day before the treatment. Thank you so much :):)

Dato Dr was very calm person. He explained the procedures a few times until i fully understood.
I do not have seek treatment at multiple clinics as he is capable to remove the tumour and also the tumour base. In some clinics, they can remove the tumour but not the tumour base. You need to seek treatment at another clinic. So, it save a hassle of getting second takaful/insurance panel approval and second specialist.
