The therapist was excellent in performing their work. I’ve sent my son for therapy since last year (but less frequent now due to don’t have time). My son had an improvement in he’s speech & social interactions. But still need more therapy session

The staff, teachers and therapists are so friendly and very helpful, especially in giving us tips on how to help improve our son’s speech as well really good in making the lessons always fun and engaging. The therapist is equipped with great knowledge and I’m happy to see improvements in my son even after 2 classes. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience with Grace Houe Speech Therapy Center. The therapist/teachers are full of LOVE and incredible PATIENCE. My son is autistic, we’ve seen progress and lots of smiles. Big thanks to the team for being awesome (and patient with us parents too^^)

My daughter attends the EIP (Early Intervention Program) class at Grace house speech therapy, and we are truly grateful for the dedicated team here. The teachers (Teacher Syakir, Teacher Najib and Teacher Sofia) are extremely patient with the children and always friendly and approachable to both kids and parents.

Each class includes detailed explanations and regular follow-ups on each child’s progress. The staff also gives thoughtful advice to parents on how to handle challenges we may face with our children at home.

Since joining the program, my daughter has shown noticeable improvement—she is more willing to speak and has become more self-disciplined. We really appreciate the support and care provided by the entire team.

Teachers here and Doctor Grace are very professional and treat my child with love and patience. I am grateful for the teachers’s and Doctor Grace’s dedication and professional guidance for my chlid.

Walaupun anak sy dah ‘graduate’ ST dan OT tahun lepas, sy amat berterima kasih dgn EQ WM especially kepada tcer Wawa dan tcer Auni kerana byk membantu perkembangan anak saya Nuh Ilman sepanjang setahun terapi di sana. Alhamdulillah skrg dia dah byk bercakap dan tiada lagi masalah untuk berkomunikasi dgn rakan2 dan org lain.

Anak saya therapy di sini dah hampir 7 bulan, sebelum ni anak saya di outlet Cheras, lama dah anak saya therapy di EQ, hampir 3 tahun jugak. Utk parents yang mencari tempat therapy yg terbaik utk anak, sini ada lah tempat yg terbaik, staff admin sampai la ke therapist byk sgt membantu. Saya percaya semua outlet begitu. Di wangsa maju teacher Wawa (OT) and teacher DINI (ST) ada lah therapist anak saya, merdeka sgt sabar dgn anak saya Sarah yang pelbagai ragam nya, byk improvement dari segi speech menggunakan AAC walaupun Sarah baru join ST tahun ni , dan OT teacher Wawa sgt sabar dgn anak saya ketila cuba tarik perhatian buat aktiviti bersama. Sy hantar anak masa dia umur 3tahun baru nak boleh cakap dua patah perkataan je time tu, now umur 4tahun setengah boleh cakap 4-5-6 patah dah. Dari x pandai pegang pencil dah sampai reti tracing dan pegang pencil dengan betul. Owh yeah.. dah pandai menyanyi few song dengan lirik yg lengkap.. kalau nak cakap perubahan dalam masa setahun jalani terapi tu banyak sangat2. Social skills makin bagus, yg penting anak happy tiap kali masuk kelas. Alhamdulillah terima kasih EQ Wangsa maju!

Saya menghantar anak saya, Geona, ke pusat terapi ini untuk menjalani sesi Terapi Cara Kerja (OT) di bawah bimbingan Cikgu Azwa. Sepanjang lebih kurang 3 bulan terapi, saya amat berpuas hati dengan dedikasi dan kesabaran Cikgu Azwa dalam membimbing Geona. Kami dapat melihat perubahan positif pada Geona dari segi fokus dan kemahiran motor halusnya. Sayangnya, kami terpaksa menghentikan sesi terapi kerana berpindah ke tempat tinggal baharu. Terima kasih kepada Cikgu Azwa dan pihak pusat terapi atas bimbingan yang sangat membantu perkembangan Geona.

Visited Oasisplace today under my uni department of psychology. The event was done smoothly and speech was delivered successfully by all the therapists & staffs. Informative presentations and sharings. They were all welcoming, friendly and helpful in teaching us. Also got the opportunity for a centre tour and the places are kept clean, tidy and organized. Internships are also provided here. Overall, it was an excellent and unforgettable experience.

Oasis truly cares about children. It is run by Dr. Choy, who is passionate about understanding and supporting them. Her dedication to giving back is truly inspiring.

I attended one of their talks about art therapy, and it was an eye-opening experience. It showed how art gives kids a safe space to express themselves. My daughter, Shayra, loved it so much that she keeps asking when she can go back to the school again—haha!

Oasis also brings in international experts, researchers, and speakers with PhDs to educate parents. Their therapists are trained at some of the best schools, ensuring top-quality care.

The line up of speakers was very relevant and the fact that AI and how it can empower the neuro-divergent community was discussed shows Oasis Place’s continuous support commitment to this community. While I wasn’t present at the last presentation that talks about financial management, insurance etc, I had feedback that it was a great session as well. Kudos on the great work done!

By recommendation of my child’s school it was suggested I make enquiries for my son’s academic struggles. I came across Oasis, so I decided to make contact. On my initial contact I was directed to the company’s WhatsApp page. No effort was made to understand my reasoning of wanting to make an appointment, just to direct me to the WhatsApp page. Once doing that, I was simply asked to please complete a rather in-depth Online pre assessment form.
After a few days, I was given an appointment date, which was “Tentative” until I secured the appointment by making Full Payment and was provided the company’s banking details. Considering that there had not been any discussion or information passed to me prior in relation to fees, I questioned it.
I was then enlightened that the initial consultation was RM… And that if I need a report, I would need to attend at least a further 2-3 sessions ranging anywhere from RM2500-3500!
As mentioned earlier in my comprehensive pre assessment form this was an exercise suggested by my son’s school, so obviously a report would be needed!
I was informed this was the “Company Policy”
I can understand that, … however Oasis needs to review that company policy in relation to how forthcoming they are with this important information at initial contact with the customer.
As a client, it would be nice to know so that I can make a conscious choice wether to proceed or not without wasting everyone’s time on forms and awaiting appointment updates.
Families don’t just have an open cheque book laid out at the Dr’s discretion with such an unclear definitive price margin.
Review the way you deal with your customers, first impressions are everything as they say….and mine made me feel unheard, unsure, and not confident that it was more about how much fees they can rake in other than the best interest of the customer being my child and myself!

Through Our Heart- Colours of Diversity was a wonderful event organised by Oasis Place. I particularly enjoyed the performances from the multi-talented neurodiverse individuals. The sharing sessions with families and professionals were also an eye-opening experience.

The psychotherapists maintain their dedication and professionalism towards the well-being of their clients and provide a range of multidisciplinary services. Besides, well-equipped and spacious facilities are also provided for children during therapy for motor movement. I highly recommend Oasis Place for client care and professional development.

The therapist here are very well trained and they very patient and willing share feedback and suggestions with us as parents. My son has been attending the OT for 2 months and gradually we are seeing improvement even in the kinddy the teachers also told us that he is no longer running around or wandering away from the classroom and he is slowly show interest in learning and willing to sit at his place.
We really thank you his therapist, for Mr. Simon for his patient and effort.

Ms Yee Leng is very thorough and attentive in assessing my son who has speech delay. After her first consultation itself, now he can form 2-3 word sentences and have become responsive to our questions. Ms Yee Leng helped us greatly to identify our son’s problems and what we can do to help him with easy to follow guidance. We had 2 sessions with her and both times she gave her uninterrupted attention and time to listen to all our queries and address each of them. We highly value her expertise, insight and her friendly nature to support our baby’s progress.

Very professional and experienced therapists. Ms Cheah can address my child’s problem immediately after the assessment and provide me good tips and strategies to improve my child’s condition immediately. Price is very reasonable for their service and professionalism. Highly recommended!

This afternoon went to a event held in EkoCheras. Actually we know ourselves as parent cause our son’s character change in 2-3months. We shared with the speech therapist and agree with her points too. She quite experience and shared some others cases too and gave us hope. She gave us some suggestions/missions. We truly appreciate today event and even a short assessment. Now, we hope our son will have improvement and of course we would try our very best always to be with him.

My daughter has a speech delay and couldn’t speak at all, despite being already 2 years old. I brought her for an assessment, and the therapists instantly identified the issue with my daughter’s speech, understood her personality, and provided us with guidance on how to help her at home. Following their instructions, my daughter began speaking a few words even before her first therapy session. As of today, she has attended her 3rd OT and ST session, and she has shown significant improvement! She can now speak about 50 words and express herself better. The journey ahead is long, but I believe that it will be shorter and more fruitful with the help of Ms. Cheah and Mr. Carmen. I seldom write reviews, especially long ones, but they truly deserve 10 stars for their dedication. I highly recommend them to parents whose kids are facing speech delays too!

First OT assessment with Ms Carmen was good! She had performed some tests to see where’s my son is in terms of developmental milestones and explained to us in a very layman term. Also suggested few activities to be done at home, hopeful that we will see some improvements before our first therapy. Pricing wise, reasonable.

My son had a bit of a speech delay, and has been with the center for a year now. In that time, we’ve seen such amazing progress, from a boy who wasn’t very confident when he spoke to someone who can now talk clearly and confidently. He’s speaking in full sentences and pronouncing words so much better now. We’re really thankful to Isabelle for all the time, patience, and support she’s given him. It’s been an amazing journey!

Been sending my son here for awhile. I truly love and appreciate the effort that were given by the therapists. My son took the individual and group classes. I see lots of improvement in him. Teacher Isabelle, teacher Kharenee, teacher Amanda, teacher Abigail are all part of his achievement. After every session the therapist will send a summary regarding their classes. My son has been having sessions at Amazing speech for more than a year and I have seen improvement in his speech and communication skills. He has transitioned from Ms. Isabelle to Ms. Kat and under both of them, I have seen his progress. We have seen improvements such as how he has opened up more socially and that he has started expanding his sentences as well.
We have just started him on the EIP class (led by Ms. Kat and Ms. Sonia) and it has been really nice to see how the kids interact amongst themselves and how a smaller group allowed my son to have better focus on certain tasks.

We have been engaging speech therapist for 2 mths since dad’s out of hosp. Kharenee is patient, takes time to explain to dad and us and provide tailored program each week with growing difficulty to assist with dad’s improvement. She also provides print out homework which is helpful and we can see improvement with the dedicated and structured support from single words to sentences reading and speaking. Thanks Kharenee for being with us through this journey!

We’ve been working with Amanda for a few months now, and I can’t say enough good things about her. My daughter has made noticeable progress since starting her sessions. Positive experience with Wee Rays Early Intervention Program

My daughter has been attending Wee Rays Early Intervention Program for two months now, and we’ve seen a significant improvement in her behaviour and learning abilities. The program provides a detailed progress report every two months, outlining her milestones and achievements. This therapy centre not only does OT but also packaged it with a brain assessment of the child in order in dive deeper into the issue. I understood my child’s development issues even more after coming here. My child isn’t autistic but she was undergoing some difficulties and the brain science evaluation helped me understand her needs better. Totally recommend it.

The neurofeedback treatment is good. It helps to assess the brain health and condition before asking us to do any therapy. The assessment is done thoroughly and therapist advised accordingly as per plan.

We had a full supports & guidance from the ABA practitioners from Blueprinsm. Such a great experience we had as someone who just started to dive into the world of hidden disability. Blueprinsm centre also provide complete service from the environment, facilities & professionals.

Very unsatisfactory! Unprofessional! Very commercial! No formal communication with the children, but some illogical tests are required. The test fees are also very unreasonable and very expensive! I do not recommend to here!

Really appreciate, though it’s just the Student Clinic collab ? With UKM but the senior is also very helpful alongside … can see changes and the chattiness and linking up of words better

The terms and conditions clearly state that clients (us) cannot cancel at the last minute or be late. However, today, our appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, and we received a cancellation notice at 9:30 AM.

While we were on our way to the appointment, we received a call at 9:30 AM informing us that the therapist was on medical leave and there would be no replacement. Is this the standard of ethics and professionalism we should expect? We are not attending this appointment for leisure; we made it because our child is facing difficulties. We chose this place over other options because we believed it was the right place for our child. Unfortunately, this experience has been a huge disappointment for both us as parents and for our child.

We had already rearranged our schedules and made arrangements for our child’s care to attend this appointment. This is the first time I have ever left a negative review on Google, but this situation directly involves the well-being of my child.

We are truly grateful that our son found The Playhouse TTDI. Since joining in early 2024, we’ve seen so many great changes in him. He’s grown into a more curious, independent, brave child. The school has helped shape him into the best version of himself, and for that, we will always be thankful.

My son has been attending Playhouse since January and we notice that his personality has improved drastically. He seems to be more independent and has started to understand a lot of different concepts. He seems to be getting better with social skills which was a big huddle previously.

We enrolled our son in the Early Intervention Programme (EIP) at Playhouse TTDI back in 2023 when he was just under 2 years old. This decision followed a referral to a specialist due to concerns about his speech development and early signs of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). At the time, he had no meaningful words and struggled significantly with communication.

Since starting the program, the progress he’s made has been incredible. He’s now able to maintain eye contact, and use meaningful words. He also understands instructions much better and follows routines with more ease. We opted for the full-day program so he could benefit not only from therapy sessions but also from interacting with other children. I truly believe the social exposure, especially during snack and lunch times, helped him become more open to trying food. He’s no longer the picky eater he once was! His sensory challenges have improved a lot too. He’s now playing with toys in ways that make sense, whereas before, he would mostly just throw them. Although he still experiences some separation anxiety, we are optimistic this will gradually ease with continued support from the team at Playhouse TTDI.

One thing we really appreciate is how they organize monthly outdoor trips with his therapist and teachers. These outings have given him valuable experiences outside the classroom and have been great for his social and emotional development. The team at Playhouse TTDI has been nothing short of amazing. They’re caring, professional, and truly committed to helping each child grow. The center isn’t just about therapy—it’s a place full of joy, with events like sports day, festive celebrations, and year-end parties that bring families together and create wonderful memories.

The therapist and interventionist teachers at Playhouse TTDI has been an incredible source of support for our family. This is my son’s 3rd year attending this center. 3rd and last EIP and Therapy centre for my boy (Mild Autistic). Thank god i found this atlast on Jan 2023. All in one place. EIP,OT,SP, Daycare and Additional extra class piano, mengaji and they don’t simply make crowd. My son attended by good and gentle teachers. My son get A LOT OF improvements here and this year will be last year (6years old) here and he is be preparing for classroom environment next year standard 1. Amazingly, he can stayyyyy longgg wait and sit at his place (why at home cant if with mommy) Hahaha. I recommend mommy & dad to try atleast 1 year here and see how your son improvement. They have quarterly review reports with us. And alotsssss of satistied moment u cant buy out there. Who will be replace my son spot next year you’re the lucky one special son makes us special mom & dad

Have sent my son to this therapy center for almost 2 years. Good thing is they have weekend classes which give convenience to working parents. Recommended to set up parents support group and share more useful learning to parents.

They provided a conducive study environment for the children to learn happily. In the meantime, they also have a group of responsible and loving therapist and teachers to health the children grow. Next, the centre also has a good educational framework designed specifically for the children, it ensures that the learning progresses of the children are updated from time to time. It is very reliable.

My son was experiencing a short attention span issue, so I enrolled him in an EIP (Early Intervention Program) for six months, where he was taught by T. Vy and T. Sina. Both of them are highly experienced occupational therapists and teachers. They diligently observed my son, identifying and addressing each of his problems. After their training sessions, my son became capable of completing his worksheets independently and also started to engage in simple reading. Found this therapy Centre through google when I was desperately looking for a speech therapist. A very good Centre with experienced therapist. Ms Low is a very nice lady , my child loves her so much and with her help my child can finally can speak so well now compared to when I first enrolled her. Thank you so much Ms. Low for the help and patience in guiding my child.
