Took a while for me to write this review because there’s just so much to say.

Amazing experience. The shop is nestled in the quieter side of this retail area. It is not too busy that they could give their fullest attention to any visiting customer. Came in to upgrade my glasses, and the optometrist gave me a top-notch service that I never got elsewhere. Choosing frame and getting a pair of prescription glasses was just one part of the whole experience. The optometrist properly assessed my eye, like how a doctor would do thorough check on you before giving diagnosis. And apparently I have a condition that I never knew existed! Not only that, she even suggested me an eye therapy afterwards. Suffice to say, I walked out really happy.

The aftersale was also good. They checked up on me after couple of weeks to see if the glasses are okay. If not, they happily resolve it for you for free. Keep up the good service! Hoping for many years of returning back to this place for my eye needs.

Je suis tombée par hasard sur cette boutique d’optique en visitant Quill Mall à Kuala Lumpur. Attirée par les nombreux modèles colorés et originaux, j’essaie une paire qui me plaît instantanément — coup de cœur immédiat ! Mon amie qui m’accompagnait me confirme qu’elles me vont même mieux que mes lunettes actuelles. Je regarde le prix : elles sont en solde à 58 MYR, verres correcteurs inclus, incroyable !

je n’avais pas mes corrections avec moi. L’agent très serviable tente de les deviner via une machine, mais comme mes corrections sont assez spécifiques, il m’explique qu’il lui faudrait plus de 24h. Or, le magasin fermait dans 20 minutes et mon vol de retour était dans quelques heures…

Et là, son collègue (je pense) propose spontanément de faire un test de vue sur place. Oui oui, ils ont les machines dans le magasin, et en moins de 10 minutes, mes nouvelles lunettes étaient prêtes avec les bonnes corrections — sans frais supplémentaires !

Well I’m actually quiet shocked. I went to this shop. And asked them to tighten my specs screws. It was a one minute job. And they charged me RM10. I have never been charged before. For this simple service. In fact other shops has given me free specs cloth as well. Without me asking. Hmmmmm…
