This was my first time trying slimming treatment, and man, it was such a great experience. I decided to give it a try for health reason after my body checkup, and to be honest, I didn’t have high hope about it. Well, the result was good, and I have to say, this clinic did a good job. The consultation session provided by the PIC Miki was clear, genuine and informative. She will tailor the treatment based on your needs, as long as you be honest about your health condition. And Candy, the staff who run the treatment is very kind and thoughtful. She will patiently explain to you the process and keep checking if you feel comfortable throughout the treatment. The only con side I can think of is probably the pricing, but since it can be paid by instalment, it is still acceptable to me. And to me, health is my main priority and the first session did show good result. I still have a few sessions, and hopefully they can help to reach my goal.

Supposed to leave a review much earlier but kept postponing. We had a lovely shopping experience with one of the staff Ms Shifa while purchasing 2 tins of Ensure Gold Vanilla flavor in October 2024.

Think Twice Before Purchasing — Extremely Poor Experience

I placed an order on 24 Sept, and by the next day the order had disappeared from my account. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service via WhatsApp and email, I received no response. The listed WhatsApp number also appears not to work (see photo).

Soon after signing up, I began receiving promotional messages from several unrelated WhatsApp numbers, which raised further concerns about security. Combined with the disappearing order and lack of support, the experience felt unreliable and unsafe.

Please check carefully before making any purchase here. In my experience, payment was accepted but there was no visible order or functioning customer support. If I receive no response soon, I will report the matter to the relevant authorities. (Order: 669398)

What a shitty system. I ordered a medication that requires prescription. Initially up to payment was okay but when I did not get any ounce of information about when is the consultation would be that’s when the system goes down hill. Tried to contact support team none to avail. Suddenly out of the blue at 1.20pm got an email that I’m missing out my appointment at 1.07pm which I was not informed first. What kind of quality services are you providing? If I knew I would be paying for this, then I would not even opt for it in the first place.

I’m not even sure if I would get the medication or not since it so damn hard to even arrange appointment for my consultation. People opt for the doctor on call hoping for flexibility and practicality. This is totally the other way around

Never buy from this website. I ordered on 24 August, got my NinjaVan tracking number on 27 August, but the medicine was never sent out or picked up. When I chatted with customer service on WhatsApp, they only said it was out of stock, now restocked, and would take time to ship. Walao, it’s already 17 September and still no response. HELLO, reply to my chat lah, or I’ll report you to NSRC and MCMC. Order #297903

I totally agree with those who rated Doctor On Call with 1 star compared to previous service …. now became more terrible on handling process.

8 SEP’25 Monday (morning) Placed order and within few minute received call from doctor, after that no update at all from the Apps and keep waiting and waiting ….

10 SEP’25 Wednesday (evening) only receive information NinjaVan that task created at their systems.

11 SEP’25 Thursday (night) the system shown parcel delivered to my office (not working hours)

12 SEP’25 Friday (morning) The nightmare started ~~nothing shown at my office… no parcel at all.

Then I can’t direct with DoctorOnCall , all dealing is BOT~~~ no choice that I had to do dealing with NinjaVan and found out that they delivered wrong address !!!

Long story in short ~~ i have to run to the wrong delivered address and found out that my parcel been opened and the all medicine been checked & seen by them …….. what should I do?

Since that no way for me to make a compliant and raise an issue….. this should be negative star.

I completely agree with those who rated Doctor On Call with 1 star. This service is far from what you’d expect from an “urgent care” provider. In my experience:

1. Slow Service: Medication delivery can take 7 to 10 days, which is far too long, especially when you’re unwell.

2. Not Cost-Effective: I compared prices and found no significant savings—some medications were actually more expensive than at a local pharmacy.

3. Lack of Urgency: This feels more like a delayed treatment service than immediate care. Although the doctor did call you reason of purchasing the drugs.

Frankly, you’re better off going to a physical clinic where you can consult a doctor in person and get your medication on the spot.

My experience with DoctorOnCall was great as i got the online doctor’s consultation without going out. Additionally there customer service is very efficient and responsive as they replied promptly throughout. More they provided me with a good discount on my medicine. Overall highly recommended.

Purchase medicine on Tuesday Sept 23 2025 and as 26th September no contact for online consultation nor any for or contact after I made payment. I smell company in trouble or the manager needs to be terminated. Real big scam in my opinion making medical service look bad in Malaysia

This centre truly deserves 5 stars! From the products to the services, everything is top-notch. The doctors, nurses, nutritionists, and dietitians are all exceptional. The environment is welcoming and professional, and the regenerative cellular procedures are effective. Highly recommended!

Came here to do liver detox IV drip. Very friendly Dr and staff. The procedure was pretty fast for me. No pain. Just a little like doing blood donation kind of feeling.

Visited The Heal out of curiosity to understand how they conduct the comprehensive health screening. Was warmly greeted by the reception staff. Was not a fan of the delay of having to sit around waiting and waiting without knowing what’s next. After almost 20+ mins of waiting was brought into a room to have the weight, height and finally the screening done. Was rather a quick process.
After that was brought out to the reception area to wait for the consultant. Finally, after 15+ mins was approached by the consultant and taken into a room.. Was not impressed by the consultation as she started by saying “your results are good and there is nothing I can suggest to you, and kept repeating “I do not have any solutions for you as you are in good health!”. Appreciate the feedback but the least the consultant could do was to go through the report – step by step and explain more about what their centre is and how they help restore health the holistic way.
Left without knowing what The Heal is all about.

I stumbled upon this wellness centre when looking for live blood analysis. I was told about their comprehensive health screening package which was priced very decently, and even included a healthy breakfast AND lunch.

On our first visit, we were met by their friendly health consultant, PJ Ong, who was very attentive right from the beginning, always ready to answer any question, and went out of the way to make us feel very comfortable.

We were very impressed with the facilities, sophisticated equipment, friendly and helpful staff.

The included breakfast and lunch was of high quality and very delicious. The cafeteria is also open to the public and price is very good.

Overall, we had only very pleasant experience at the Zell-V centre, and happy to have met the knowledgeable staff there, namely PJ Ong, and Prof Dr Harry. Two thumbs up .

During the consultation, I feel relaxed and benefited as Ms.Natalie is extremely knowledgeable and patient, and she helps to answer all my questions when we discuss my daily health plan. She also really listens and takes my consideration when giving suggestions on diets and supplement things, which really warm to me.
