8/9/2025 saya membawa ank mengunjungi klinik Dr Hon dan admit kerana pneumonia. Service terbaik dr mula saya melangkah masuk ke bilik Doktor,kemudian di Emergency department,seterusnya ke wad sy sgt puas hati .
Suggestions sy
1. kerapkan supply air panas /minuman 2 hingga 3 kali dlm sehari . Bkn hanya pukul 4 pagi .
2. Tukar jug air minuman yg dah uzur sangat tu. Cover pun dah nmpk x proper sbgai hospital private.
3. Menu utk patient & penjaga di variasi supaya lebih menarik dan menyelerakan .

Secara overall sy berpuas hati atas service dan nak mengucapkan tahniah kpd
nurse yg bernama Syakila(uniform colour magenta(wad B2 ) atas service yg diberi. Begitu juga Dr Hon Sai Kit yg soft spoken & caring . High recommended utk anda pilih sebagai Doktor anak² anda .

Pertanyaan saya tidak ada kah yg berminat utk membuka mart dlm PHA dgn jualan mereka yg lengkap ? Mart( kedai runcit) yg skrg membosankan dan tidak menarik.

proses admission yg sgt pantas.. tq pada front staff sebab cepatkan GL sy.. dan sy trus ke ward dgn tidak menunggu lama di ED.

dan sy di tolak ke ward A3. nurse yg sgt baik dan sgt prihatin pada sy.. ckp yg sgt lembut.. tolong sy ke toilet sebab sy dah btl2 lemah waktu tu..dan kpd doc mah doo yee, tq so much sebab bg rawatan yg sgt excellence pada sy.. tq jugak housekeping & food prepare dept, makanan yg sgt sedap.. okey la dgn selera sy yg sakit perut & yg kurang selera mkn.. sy di ward selama 3hari 2 mlm.. tq uolls..

Did an Essential Package health screening. Was easy to locate hospital and plenty of parking. Appreciate all the friendly and prompt staff and nurses. Took about 35 min for blood test, urine test and ECG. I couldn’t wait 3 hours for the report so I came back to collect it the following day. Had a good chat with the doctor about my report. Will definitely recommend this hospital for health screening.

I feel truly blessed to be under the care of Dr. Natasha at KL Fertility. This is my 3rd embryo transfer, but my first time at this center under her care — and I can honestly say the experience has been very different, in the best way.

From the very beginning, Dr. Natasha made the IVF journey much less overwhelming by explaining everything clearly and systematically. Her way of breaking down the management plan and algorithm helped me understand the process and cleared so many doubts I had along the way.

Went through IVF process with Dr Natasha last year and my son is now 9 months old We succeeded on our first attempt. Very thankful to Dr Natasha and her team. ❤️

We had been trying for a baby for the past eight years and faced many complications along the way. When we finally came to Dr. Natasha, everything changed. She took the time to thoroughly understand my wife’s condition and explained everything to us clearly, step by step.

I had been suffering from terrible dysmenorrhea for 6 months, which disturbed not only my daily life but also my mental health. I went to several gynaecologists, had ultrasounds done, but none of them provided me with a clear management plan. I was only told that I had endometriosis, that there was no definitive treatment, and was simply referred to fertility specialists with the advice that “pregnancy might improve the condition.” Unfortunately, my concerns and symptoms were ignored, and I was left without proper guidance.

As time went on, my pain worsened and became constant, even outside of my periods. While trying to conceive, I felt something was not right inside my body. This made me research more about experts in ultrasound and endometriosis management, and that’s when I found Dr. Shanny at Global Doctors, Mont Kiara.

From my very first consultation, I was impressed with her thoroughness and professionalism. She did a detailed 3D ultrasound, explained all the abnormalities she found, including a cyst in my ovary that was causing my constant pain, and discussed all treatment options in detail. I finally decided to proceed with laparoscopic surgery under her care. I have seen so many doctors before chancing upon dr shanny. The moment i met her, i knew she was different from the other doctors out there. Most of them will not tell you how to take care of your overall wellbeing, they are very transactional and money to them is more important than patient health and care.

Eventhough dr shanny is a gynae, she looks after your overall health – advising you what to eat and how to look after yourself to get healthy eggs, and making sure you sleep and exercise well. The doctor i saw at sunfert said i had cyst and fibroids and yet didnt bother to do anything about it, and just focused on egg extraction. Dr shanny instead looked at my overall uterus and told me to take care of the cyst and fibroids first so we can get a healthy uterus to get healthy eggs.

She has taken care of my overall uterus and therefore the eggs i extract will be much healthier. Dr shanny is a very caring doctor and i would recommend her to anyone. With dr shanny you csn trust you are in good hands. Thank you dr shanny!!

I visited her clinic when a friend recommended her to me as the best gynaecologist she has seen. When I first saw her she instantly realised my frustrations and calmed me down. After some tests I realised I had endometriosis and perimenopause (I was lost and confused because I was as less than 30 years).
She told me not to worry because she can help me go through treatment and explained things to me, that when I saw a human being and not just a doctor. In less than a year my cycle came back to normal and I conceived, she took really good care of me and my pregnancy. She’s always kind, caring, loving and tender.
Beyond this I admire how knowledgeable she is in her practice and how careful she explains everything from a layman’s perspective, I always understand everything that I need to before I leave her clinic. She definitely understands her job and knows exactly what will help her patients at any point in time per my experience with her.
I have recommended almost all my friends to her and they are always happy with her service. She took care of my friend with lots of cyst and fibroids and after all the surgeries, my friend was able to conceive on her own and had a healthy baby. Dr Shanny Hu has been my wife’s OB/GYN for the past 10 years. She is very experienced and she’s a very caring doctor. I was initially nervous about finding a gynaecologist abroad, but my experience at this clinic truly exceeded all expectations. Dr. Izzat was incredibly professional, patient, and attentive. Very detailed explanation. I appreciate that dr try to provide explanation while educating us as well. Eventho he is a male dr but i didnt feel awkward when he needs to do tvs on me because his eyes always on the screen while explaining and every bits of his words is all about the subject matters which is so professional carrying out his duty. I highly recommend Klinik Al-Eilaaj under Dr Izzat. He is very kind and patient in explaining every detail about your condition and treatment options, making it easy to understand and feel comfortable. The staff and doctor were both very pleasant and professional – I truly appreciated the warm and attentive service. ✨ My Honest Review of Ohana Specialist Hospital ✨

I’d like to share my heartfelt experience at Ohana Specialist Hospital during my pregnancy and delivery journey.

‍⚕️ Doctor – Dr. Jamaliah
She was truly the best doctor I have ever met. I had 5 sessions with her before delivery, and each time she radiated positivity. She never made it about money instead, her focus was always on my well-being and keeping me confident. She constantly reassured me that I would have a normal and healthy delivery. Her attention to detail, friendly nature, and genuine engagement made me feel completely comfortable.

Delivery Experience
I was admitted and went for a caesarean at 1:00 pm. Baby arrived safely at 1:46 pm, delivered by Dr. Jamaliah, Dr. Dahlia, and Dr. Ain. All incredibly kind and calming. Dr. Ain, especially, had such a motherly presence that really eased my nerves.

‍⚕️ Nurses & Staff
Most of the nurses, especially at the reception and ward, were friendly and caring. Special thanks to Dr Heng, Yati, Iis, and Amalia. They cared for me like a daughter/sister. Truly amazing!

However, I did notice two areas for improvement:
-Response to messages on the duty phone could be faster and proper engagement to your patients.
-Cleanliness in the room and toilet wasn’t up to hospital standards. During my 3-day stay, the toilet wasn’t cleaned with disinfectant, only washed with water. Hygiene is so important, especially post-surgery.

Noise Concern
The nurses’ desk near Room 103 was quite noisy at times with chit-chat, and I could hear conversations about patients and doctors. This made it hard to rest, especially at night.

Food
Hospital food here is on another level !! every meal during my 3-night stay was delicious!

Final Thoughts
Despite a few areas that could improve, my overall experience was positive. I’m so grateful to the doctors and nurses who were part of my delivery journey. Thank you, Ohana Specialist Hospital, for taking care of us — it was worth choosing you.

Alhamdulillah selamat bersalin anak lelaki kedua saya disini pada 12/2/2025 jam 8.53am bersama DR Jamaliah secara normal delivery. Nurse doc n semua staff sangat cekap dalam mengendalikan proses untuk bersalin .. makanan yang disediakan sedap… bilik bersih selesa.. proses mnunggu pon tk lama..sampai emergency 7.20am terus check ctg setengah jam n tolak ke labour room sebab bukaan dah 5-6cm.. lega dapat bersalin normal.. terima kasih Dr n semua staff Ohana yang terkibat rasa nak bersalin lagi dengan layanan yang diberi oleh staff Ohana sampai ke kereta nurse hantar saya masa checkout.. service mmg 5star next baby ada rezeki boleh bersalin sini lagi in shaa Allah..

The doctors and assistants are not friendly, and there is no good treatment for foreigners. Dr. Dalia does not explain clearly and the most important thing to her is that you pay only. They backbite and laugh at foreigners. I received unsatisfactory service. High prices and poor service

I have recently visited the clinic with my family. Prior to us coming for the visit, we have booked flu jabs. The nurses and employees were efficient and they follow through with our appointment right to the actual day. Once we were there, we were greeted by a friendly receptionist and we noticed how well the clinic was maintained and well designed. It does not look like a clinic but it has such a warm and comfortable environment. The whole process for our flu jabs, was smooth and fast and Dr Eunice took the time to answer all our questions and queries. Over all, it was a pleasant experience.

Finally found a clinic with fair pricing and excellent care. The doctor is very patient, takes time to truly understand our concerns, and provides the right treatment with thoughtful advice. Doctors and nurses are friendly and approachable, which makes every visit feel comfortable and reassuring. Service is absolutely first-class — highly recommend Meditiara Clinic to anyone looking for reliable medical care!

I had a very good experience at Clinic Meditiara. The staff were friendly, Dr.Patrick very professional, and caring throughout my visit. Highly recommended!

Very disappointed with the service as I visited the clinic based on thier Google reviews. A few reasons here,
1. Front desk are not sure about the health packages
2. Believe that it’s new doctor , because doctor was not as professional when taking blood test & not sure how many ml of blood that’s needed & and the needle poke was really unbelievably painful
3. No prior explanation of what exam they will conduct before doing the checking on my body
4. After doing ECG, the payment desk just gave me the paper without consultations until we ask for it
5. After getting the report, luckily my report reading was done by a doctor that explains well and gave great recommendations. My other half however recieve very general answers by the doctor and just reading the report until we keep asking more question to get answers.
6. We walked in for the second test and were requested to go home until they contact us when doctors are free( we were fine with it) . But until the end of the day, no one contacted until we messaged to check

On the good side :
Doctors and nurse are still polite , but it just feels like the entire visit for us is not smooth. So really hope the clinic can live up to this 5 star review and provide better service, otherwise , really sorry to say we really don’t see a reason to visit again .

I am not sure whether you are aware of the barrier that was placed in front of your clinic or not? Since it is a clinic , safety is crucial that I update you of my concern . The broken piece is like a sharp knife and it is really dangerous . I ran out of time to approach your staff and thought you might want to know about the danger of this sharp divider. Dr. Ng is the best obstetrician I had come across. He is very humble, friendly and knowledgeable doctor. He don’t rush when checking on my wife and will take his time to explain everything me and my wife asked during our follow up. His clinic has the latest 3D-4D ultrasound machine for scanning where we can see our baby face during follow up. The price he charged is reasonable and he don’t simply charge.
I’m so lucky to have such a good obstetrician to look after my wife and no regret to choose Dr Ng clinic to check and follow up my wife.
