Service is good but effectiveness not so much. I took my daughter to have her small tiny mole on her face to be removed. Paid 380. Had to went back 3 times. Now, 2 months later, the mole is stil there. I gave up to go back. Waste of time. @ to whom this may concern at the Clinic. U have my name and number feel free ro contact me if you disagree.

I schedule an appt at 4 pm, I arrive on time then had to wait 23 minutes and then they tell me the doctor is busy and you’ll have to wait even longer than that.

Appreciate the fact that no one here tried to push me or fear monger me into buying. Everyone wad welcome and calm. The Dr was nice and knowledgeable, she advised me on treatments that I already was interested in and we agreed I can try them out one by one once I’m ready. For my first appointment I did just botox and the price is so reasonable compared to many places where I asked. Loved the experience overall.

One tiny downside is a very weird smell in the clinic, like essential oils with the cigarette smoker kinda thing, so it was bit hard for me to breathe. But maybe it’s just a temporary smell after some construction.

My wife (and I) stopped by for a consultation. Both Dr. Jacqueline and Hajar were so professional as they assessed my wife’s needs. I was honestly shocked by the high level of effective communications skills they both possess. If my wife elects to proceed with such services, Dr. Chong Clinic is the only place she will go. I had an absolutely terrible experience at Tingskin Specialists, specifically because of one nurse named **Hannah**. Her behavior was completely unacceptable for a medical professional.

1. **Scolding Patients** – I witnessed her **yelling at patients** who were just asking simple questions. She was impatient, condescending, and made people feel like a burden. Healthcare should be about care and compassion, but she acted like we were bothering her.

2. **Sleeping on the Job** – Even worse, I caught her **sleeping during work hours** in the clinic! How can patients trust their care to someone who neglects her duties? This is a serious breach of professionalism and safety.

3. **Lack of Basic Respect** – She had a nasty attitude, rolling her eyes at patients and speaking in a rude tone. No one should be treated this way, especially when seeking medical help.

I **do not recommend** this clinic if Hannah is still working here. The management needs to take immediate action—either retrain her or remove her from patient care. A nurse like this **should not** be in the healthcare industry.

Although many people complained that the nurses are not friendly, I feel like the service is ok actually. It’s a busy clinic, so they might be less patience but overall they answer my questions clearly.

Dont have to queue up long for Dr Wong and she is very professional. The medical fee is reasonable and medicine is effective.

I’ve had experience at this clinic for 10 years now and I’ve never had a bad experience. The nurses are charming and Dr Ting himself feels like a walking legend with his bow tie and special glasses, and is patient and thorough will all your questions.

There’s a reason it’s so popular and if you can’t follow their rules then you can look elsewhere. Bro has been doing this for many many years and he can do it however he likes by this point.

Tips:
– Arrive 5am sharp on a weekday if you wanna be first in line.
– Bring a chair and make yourself comfortable.
– Come in a pair so you can go to the toilet or get food across the street.
– Bring cash because it’s cash only.

I visited Ting Skin Specialist Clinic recently and had a pretty good experience. I arrived early at 5 AM, and there were already three people ahead of me in the queue. Since the clinic doesn’t accept appointments, it’s based on a first-come, first-served basis so going early is a must if you want to secure a spot. Dr. Ting only sees 20 patients per day !!!!

The receptionist was friendly and even though I waited since early morning, once the clinic opened, the process moved fairly quickly. I got to see the doctor around 9:30 AM, and after the consultation and collecting my medicine, I was done by 10 AM.

One thing I really appreciate is that the medication worked well. I noticed a visible improvement in my skin after using the cream the doctor prescribed. It was definitely worth the wait.

The price is quite reasonable, especially compared to other skin clinics. Just keep in mind: they only accept cash payments, no card or e-wallets available.

Overall, a smooth and effective experience. I’d recommend it if you’re dealing with skin issues and don’t mind the early start.

After your consultation, just chill near the dispensary area. They’ll call you when your meds are ready.

6. I find the charges reasonable, considering you are meeting with a consultant-level doctor.

7. They are hard to reach by phone. My tip is to try calling towards the end of their working hours and a day before you plan to visit.

8. Cash only!Yes, we know it’s 2025..but hey, it’s his clinic, his rules.If you forget to withdraw, don’t worry,there is an ATM machine at the Seven Eleven next door.

9. If you’re not a fan of the waiting game or tend to have a short fuse, this clinic probably isn’t for you. If you do plan to come, aim to be among the first 10,so you don’t end up wasting your time.(read my first point)

If you’re dealing with mild to serious skin issues (acne, eczema, etc.) and you’re on a budget in the KL–Selangor area, this clinic is still worth considering.

One of the most affordable clinics out there. Consultation starts from RM50. If you’re a student, try asking the doctor for a discount—yes, murah pun nak diskaun! We’re students, okay?

2. Receptionist & Nurses – 4/5
They may come off as unfriendly at first, but if you greet them with a smile and speak politely, they’re actually kind and helpful. Been coming since 2019 and they’ve grown on me.

3. Doctor – 4/5
Quick and efficient. He’ll diagnose and prescribe fast. However, if you want to really understand your skin condition, ask questions—don’t just sit there. He’ll explain if you ask.

4. Waiting Time – 1/5
Super long wait, not gonna lie. Pre-MCO, it could take 5–6 hours. During MCO, only 1–2 hours. Best to come on your off days and as early as 30–45 minutes before opening if you want to finish early.

5. Parking – 1/5
Very limited parking. I’d recommend taking Grab, public transport, or having someone wait in the car.

6. Hotline – 1/5
Hard to reach, and if they do pick up… be mentally prepared for some attitude. Personally, I don’t mind anymore—once you get used to them, you’ll see they’re not bad people.

7. System – 1/5
Everything is old-school. Manual queue numbers, handwritten records, cash only. No digital payments. Just… sabar je lah.
