I have a great dental cleaning and polishing experience with Dr. Lee.
I’m a person who very scare to visit dentist ever since I was young. However, with Dr Lee’s profession, I wasn’t scared of teeth cleaning and polishing. The whole process was very chill and comfortable.

Visited and had my wisdom tooth (top) removed yesterday by Dr Lee. I was very very nervous about removing any of them because I never planned to but recently was having lots of issues. Dr Lee explained in detail all the possibilities and all the options I had and advised me accordingly. She took me through the process of everything and made sure that I knew what was going on the entire time. She and her assistant helped calm me down and reminded me to breathe in and out throughout the process. Overall, the procedure was painless and so quick! Today, I am feeling a bit sore but have not needed painkillers. Had such an extremely pleasant experience here and I would definitely recommend it! Never had such a good experience at a dentist before.

I was in town and wanted a dental cleaning and checkup. I saw this place had fantastic reviews on Google so at midnight I sent an appointment request and by 9:30am I heard back on Whatsapp and was even able to make an appointment that same day for 2:00.

The clinic itself is extremely clean and the staff is fantastic! I was able to get a really nice tooth cleaning for 150RM. Please note the cleaning price varies on your dental health. I am fortunate to have healthy teeth that I have cleaned regularly so my price might be lower. I think the range is 120-200ish. They accept cash and card. Very convenient to visit.

I have had a great experience at Tiho Dental. I found the dentist by chance searching “Dentist in Kuala Lumpur” on Google. Booking the appintment with them was super easy, done via WhatsApp. They are open 7 days a week until 8pm which is just amazing compared to western services. I am a non Malaysian patient and all I needed was my passport to approve.

I had 5 composite white fillings and scaling+polishing done for a total of 1310MYR which is a very reasonable and competitive price compared to what my dentist in the UK would charge me for the same result.

As soon as you enter the building, you are asked to take your shoes off and wear their slippers, it makes you feel welcome and like at home. A really good calming atmosphere. I like that the employees were local malay girls. They were all very sweet and welcoming.

I was shown to the dentist right away after signing patient form. Dentist Chan was welcoming and a proper professional with quality dental work. He has done a really good job, causing me very little pain. The fillings were painless and quick, while the polishing was also quick and effective. I am just super happy and leave feeling valued and cared for. In comparison to my UK dentist, the Malaysian dentist is world’s apart in good way in terms of service and efficiency.

Making payment was easy and they answer all questions with care and smile.

I will be coming back to this dentist in future visits to Kuala Lumpur. I highly recommend this dentist to other international patients like me. You communicate in english with ease. The prices are much better compared to others while the quality doesn’t dip. Just 10/10 service.

I had veneer appt today at 9am and my experience with the dr is beyond expectation. She is very careful, talented and provide me a knowledge about my teeth condition. On 14 Sept 2025, I had an appointment for Scaling treatment at this dental. I was surprised by the friendly and warm welcome by the staff. Before the treatment start, dentist briefly told me about my treatment procedure – she suggested to do filing for one of my tooth due to small cavity. She did it perfectly and continue with scaling + polishing. Overall Perfectly done the treatment session. Appointment was set easily via WhatsApp, and I was served by Dr. Ho on time, who listened attentively to all my Q&A. During the treatment, Dr. Ho would ask from time to time whether I felt any pain. Services rendered by Dr. Ho, her assistant, and the receptionist was very professional!

Superb service provided by Dr Tan, friendly and knowledgeable; totally worth it!

I think the service at this clinic is generally good, but the dentist seriously lacks expertise and clear communication. I was treated by Dr. H@..e for a root canal, and during my second visit — right before the procedure — he told me that the pain and sensitivity should completely go away after treatment. But even after two to three months, nothing has improved. I’m still in pain and dealing with tooth sensitivity constantly.

I’ve had to rely on painkillers almost every single day. Today, when I went back for a check-up, he told me everything is normal. Seriously? Last time he said it would all go away. Now he says this is normal? He keeps changing his words and doesn’t seem to take responsibility for what he previously told me. It feels like he just says whatever fits the moment.

When I asked for a treatment report and my X-ray, I was told it would be sent later via email. Still waiting.

This is a strong warning to anyone thinking about seeing a dentist here: please think twice. Is your dentist truly experienced? Will you be given accurate, reliable information? In my case — absolutely not. I regret ever leaving a good review for this doctor. This root canal experience has been a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

My wife came across this company on TikTok whilst in Malaysia on holiday and thought let’s do the whitening service. Was met at the reception and made to feel welcomed as soon as we arrived. I was seen first by DR Khoo, lovely guy, explained the whole process nicely and started the procedure. Simple scale and polish to begin with and then on with the whitening. It was my first time doing it so was a bit nervous as I’m not usually a fan of seeing the dentist. The procedure itself was pretty straightforward and DR Khoo was really good. The sensitivity of the teeth post procedure on day one is a bit much for me personally and I probably will not be doing this procedure again, but this was explained clearly beforehand. Overall, would highly recommend this dental clinic for all your dental needs. Price was also good.

The entire procedure was remarkably swift; within just three hours, my custom-fabricated night mouth guard was ready. The clinic also provided a fitting session and thorough instructions on how to insert and remove the night mouth guard, ensuring I felt confident in its use.

Overall, I had a positive experience and left feeling satisfied with the service. My only minor critique would be the presence of an odor and numerous houseflies near the art wall pieces by the cooler while I was seated at the high table. I would recommend the clinic to have this checked and addressed to enhance the overall environment further.

ここに来る前に、他の２つのクリニックに聞きました。まず診察料がRM100かかり、クリーニングにRM100〜300と言われました。
ここは診察料はかからなかったのでとても良心的だと思う。

After coming to Malaysia, I was looking for a dentist where I could feel at ease.
Thanks to a friend’s recommendation, I visited this clinic and was very satisfied.
Booking and communication were easy through WhatsApp, and using a translation app to copy and paste messages worked just fine.
The clinic is located on the second floor of a building, just a few minutes’ walk from the nearest station.
The staff were kind and carefully removed tartar and cleaned my teeth. After the treatment, they gave a brief explanation of the condition of my teeth and gums.
This time, I paid a special campaign price of RM99 and even received a small gift, which was a nice bonus. I definitely want to come back again!

Before choosing this clinic, I contacted two others. One charged RM100 for a check-up and RM100–300 for cleaning.
This clinic didn’t charge any consultation fee, which I found very reasonable.

Dr. Hare JSR explained everything very clearly. He is very patient and caring. He also explain my teeth grinding issue. He took pictice for my teeth to see the before and after. This is the best dental service I have ever had.

Excellent Emergency Dental Care While on Holiday

I had a dental emergency while on holiday and was fortunate to get a same-day appointment at this clinic. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff were kind, professional, and made me feel at ease.

Dr. Hare Jsr was excellent — not only was he skilled and thorough, but he also took the time to explain every step of the procedure clearly, which made me feel very comfortable and informed throughout the treatment.

I was also provided with full documentation of the treatment they performed, including detailed notes and high-quality scan images, which I’ve already forwarded to my dentist in my hometown. This level of professionalism and communication is truly commendable.

Highly recommended if you ever find yourself in need of dental care in the area — even unexpectedly!

I recently visited Dr. Fiona for my dental check-up, cleaning, tooth removal, and a root canal. She explained every step clearly and made me feel very comfortable throughout the treatment. The cleaning was thorough, and the tooth removal and root canal were done with great care and minimal discomfort. I really appreciate her patience, professionalism, and the way she made the whole experience smooth. Highly recommend Dr. Fiona for anyone looking for quality dental care.

This was my experience from 2 years ago (2023), but it still bothers me enough to share. I brought my 4years old child for fluoride treatment and polishing and was charged RM500 something.
That price is overcharging, far above normal rates in KL where most clinics charge less than half for children. Nothing complicated was done, just the basics, yet the bill was inflated.
I do not recommend this place unless you are prepared to pay premium prices for standard services. BTW, we are Malaysian ; local patient.

I have visited many dental clinics, but this is one of the few that truly showed a lot of patience in handling my issues. The doctors here are very kind and honest. They take the time to explain everything clearly and give good advice on how to take care of my teeth.

I have a phobia of seeing dentists, but the doctors at Sim and Hooi made me feel much more relaxed and peaceful. Their friendly and understanding approach really helped me feel comfortable coming here for my dental check-ups. Highly recommended!

I visited Dr Ooi Pei Yun here because of toothache today and I feel satisfied with the work she has done. She explained what she would do next before taking the next steps and I felt that I could trust her. The environment is tidy and clean. The staff here are friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing with the soft music playing most of the time.

Dr Mabel service was great and gentle, I didn’t feel any uncomfortable throughout the whole treatment. The explanation from doctor is very detail too. June was very friendly and helpful as well, overall the whole experience was good!
