The nurses are very dedicated and so loving, my baby is well taken care of. The lactation consultant helped me a lot with my breastfeeding issues. The customer service team is attentive and responsive to all my questions and requests. The housekeeping team is very helpful, my room is cleaned daily. The meals here are so delicious and nutritious.

I had such a great experience at Little Precious Confinement Centre – honestly, they deserve more than 6 stars! I think i gonna miss here much after this.

The customer service was amazing – available 24/7 and always quick to respond. They even helped my husband bring his Grab order up to the room. Super thoughtful!

The housekeeping team was super helpful. My room was always clean and dust-free, and I could even choose a time that worked best for me. They always greeted me with a smile when coming in and out. Really good service!

The nurses were so caring with my baby. They knew his name and paid close attention to him – it felt really warm and personal. Special thanks to Fion, share me lot knowledge and even volunteer help me to buy medication for me.

The meals were another big plus – generous portions and seriously delicious. I looked forward to every meal! The high tea was yummy, the chef & kitchen staff should be rewarded.

And there’s even a playground for toddlers, which was perfect for my older girl to have fun and keep herself entertained during the day.

It is my first born and overall it is a very pleasant experience at LPPC.
– 24 hours customer service which is very responsive.
– 1 to 2 nurse ratio. Able to attend to baby in time.
– In-house lactation specialist that provides guidance and advice on breastfeeding and issues like engorgement etc.
– The food here is delicious, especially the soup! Also, teatime dessert is like fine dining presentation which you can’t resist to taste some
– All kind of activities and classes to keep you occupied.

Choosing Little Precious is one of the best decisions I’ve made, and I’ll always remember my time here with gratitude.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and kindness from the team. The customer service team responded promptly to any questions or requests, and the housekeeping team was always friendly and attentive.

What I appreciated the most was the professional care from the nurses. They looked after my baby well, played and talked to her and truly seems to understand her needs. The nurses were always kind, energetic, and supportive. The head nurse also checked in regularly with updates on my baby and shared helpful postpartum recovery tips. Their thoughtfulness and attentive care gave me so much comfort throughout my stay.

The lactation consultant was a wonderful support throughout my breastfeeding journey, offering practical tips, guidance, and reassurance that really helped me along the way. The spa team was skillful, I enjoyed their massages and it’s such a treat during recovery.

This is my first time staying at Esther Cheras, and I must say my first impression was wonderful. The environment and the rooms were exactly what I was looking for, so even before pregnancy I didn’t bother visiting too many other confinement centers—I went straight with this one. And honestly, it did not disappoint me at all.

The room is cozy, the bed is very comfortable, and the customer service team has been amazing. Whenever I had any questions or issues, they responded quickly and helped me right away. What most moms care about the most are the nurses, and I have to say all the nurses here are truly wonderful. They reply promptly, are professional, and most importantly, they take care of the babies with so much love and patience.

I really feel well taken care of here. For a new mom, the most important thing is to rest and recover, and here I truly felt supported not just physically, but emotionally as well.

If I ever have a second baby, I would definitely choose Esther again. Everyone here is so kind, and my whole stay has been incredibly comfortable.

Just completed my confinement at Esther Cheras and I’m so grateful for the care and support received throughout the month. The environment was calm, quiet, and perfect for recovery , housekeeping was done daily, keeping the room fresh and comfortable. The nurses were patient, gentle, and attentive, always there whenever I needed help, whether it was for myself or baby. I really enjoyed the nutritious meals, daily herbal baths, postnatal massages, and lactation support. The baby care classes and guidance gave me more confidence as a first-time mom. Overall very satisfied with the experience and service provided by Esther, they are very thorough in taking care of the wellbeing of both mommy and baby making you feel like home.

Whenever there’s any request, the team be it customer service team, nursing team or house keeping team , they always response within minutes disregard of the time(nursing department is 24 hours and baby are all well taken care by caring nurses), and always checking in on your feedback and suggestion. You can see that your feedbacks are being taken seriously and they act on it immediately.

They also have classes that’s important especially for first time moms like me. Topics like what to beware of when you return home, what to do during emergencies, where to seek help and the speakers are all concern about the mothers both physically and mentally and even share personal contacts so you could speak to them personally.

They even ensure we have practical one on one class with the nurse every week on how to take care of basic needs of baby like shower, massage, changing diapers so we are well prepared when we return home.
And of course they also have hobby classes etc to keep mothers entertained.

Their food is also very good, taste can be subjective but they definitely have good quality ingredient, balance diet and the portion is huge.

They also have other facilities like meeting rooms and gym in the building good for the fathers if they are staying in.

This is my second time here and I enjoyed it even more than my first stay. I had more privacy this round, and the food was great – 5 meals a day with in-room snacks provided. The place is kept very clean with daily detailed cleaning, which makes it so comfortable. I could really rest well and leave my baby with the nurses throughout the month without worry. The staff are kind, the nurses caring, and the head nurse very informative. Plus, my room view of the lake and KLCC was amazing!

This is my third time staying at Esther, and overall I am still very satisfied with the experience. A hotel-style confinement centre like this provides a luxurious and comfortable environment for recovery after childbirth, with facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, arcade room, and meeting room that bring relaxation and entertainment for both mothers and their families. One of the greatest advantages is the peace of mind, as I can rest without worrying about chores— even breast pump accessories are handled by the staff. The centre also maintains excellent cleanliness standards, with my room cleaned daily, UV disinfection done weekly, and the baby room disinfected with UV every single day, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment. Nurses are always available to provide guidance and support, making the stay even more reassuring. The only slight drawback is that the food menu may feel repetitive, but overall, the care, comfort, and attention to detail make the experience truly satisfying.

We recently stayed at Esther for confinement for our first child and it was a wonderful experience.

We would like to thank all the staff there for their care throughout. Their professionalism and consistency created an environment where I could recover well. We left feeling refreshed and confident to continue our parenthood journey.

Nursing staff- the nursery was very well managed with every baby attended to promptly and with a genuine affection from the staff. They saw my baby as an individual and got to know his habits and personality and provided fantastic care. I felt fully confident and had peace of mind leaving my baby at the nursery when I needed to rest. Whenever I had questions or wanted updates the response time of the nurses was very fast, always replying within a couple of minutes. When I chose to have my baby in my room, if I needed help, I could drop them a text and they’d come straight away. They updated every day on baby’s overall health and monitored/recorded even minor things. The nurses also taught us a lot about reading our baby’s cues, comforting him, changing, bathing, swaddling, making formula, feeding etc. This gave my husband and I a lot of confidence that by the time we left we felt comfortable to take care of our baby.

The Nursing Supervisor would regularly come to my room to check on me. In addition to providing great physical care and monitoring my recovery, she was always able to share additional advice on breastfeeding and also how baby was going. Paediatrician also visited regularly and took time to consult with all the parents individually on their baby, he was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The physiotherapist provided extra care and helped me with breastfeeding/lactation support. She tailored her treatment to my needs throughout my stay there. Very knowledgeable and caring physio.

The customer service staff were efficient, and responsive as well as genuinely kind. They always went the extra step to accommodate requests and make sure everything went smoothly.

The housekeeping team was always efficient in delivery of food and cleaning the room everyday but at the same time they were sensitive to the need to rest and respectful of giving space. They had such a polite and caring way of seeing to the daily tasks that removed pressure from us and allowed us to rest.

Food was great, nutritious and tasty!

My experience & recovery with Santorini Confinement Centre, Sri Petaling is good. Definitely commendable. Person-in charge (Florence) is very knowledgeable, professional & caring team of nurses taking good care of babies round the clock. They are also very supportive and is able to provide proper guidance in breastfeeding.
Just as its name, Santorini maintains a clean, comfortable and peaceful environment for mummies to recover and replenish their bodies.
They serve 5 meals a day. Food is tasty with generous portion. I personally look forward to their tea time. Desserts served is for milk boosting purpose. All meals are freshly prepared by in-house chef on daily basis.
Definitely a place to consider if you are looking for a confinement centre.

Me and my husband here to say thank you to Frances , all of Santorini staffs and nurses who had been well taking care of me and my new born daughter during these 29 days. I’m wants to express my gratitude to all of you, you all are awesome, friendly, and professional and caring from whole day long tirelessly.
The environment is nice, cozy and clean. Caring nurses and friendly staff. Kakak helper will clean your room on a daily basis. and also anytime is ready assist you for anything when call upon. The food is very delicious too, we get 5 meals a day. Even they prepared steamboat for a surprise dinner on one special day.

They were some art craft work class for the baby hand and foot print, high tea is provided during the session so wonderful, also good time to chat with other mummy and also we get to learn to make the breast milk soup and have some singing bowl to treatment mummy soul and mind.

It is strongly recommended to choose Santorini for your confinement cares, I can sure you will surely enjoying through out for the confinement periods.

Housekeeping kakak~daily housekeeping +weekly uv sterilisation. 每天都很准时的送餐还有随传随到的帮我refill 红枣茶。
按摩的kakak~按摩的手势真的很好也帮我解决了赛奶的问题。
环境～非常的清静，让我能好好的休息。

After my 28 days stayed at Santorini confinement centre, I will highly recommend this place to all the mommies. This place is like a staycation to me , everything is being taken care of, nursery service is just a phone call away.

What I love the most about this place is the strict SOP put in place to ensure the safety of the babies and mommies during this pandemic. Only immediate family is allowed for visitation and all required to conduct RTK saliva test and change to KF 94 mask provided by the centre before entering the premises.

Florence (manager) is very accommodating and she has shared so much of breast feeding knowledge with me, she is very helpful and supportive whenever I have challenges in breastfeeding. The staff nurses are very friendly and experienced in taking care of newborn babies, they keep you posted on baby condition and take record of baby temperature, weight , milk consumption and etc. The centre ensure your baby is in good hands while you are resting. The food prepared by the kitchen chef is based on the diet and nutrients required after delivery, it contains essential minerals and help to boost breast milk as well. The centre provide unlimited refills of dates water and rice tea too.

Big thank you to Florence, staff nurses, housekeeper, kitchen chef and massage kakak for their hospitality during my stayed at Santorini , I will definitely miss this place.

Management:
Santorini confinement centre is pro- and breastfeeding friendly.
Florence is very responsive, helpful, passionate, knowledgeable and encouraging in breastfeeding. It’s my first baby and thanks to Florence, my body is able to recover whilst learning skills in baby latching and in using breast pumps. She checks on mommies and gets feedback on areas to improve in the centre and is open to suggestions.

Nurses:
Nurse to baby ratio is approximately 1 to 2 or 3 during my stay which is considered not bad.
Mommies can check on babies through CCTV in baby room via an application in phone that uses in-house wifi.
Nurses help in not only taking care of the baby but also in cleaning, sterilizing and sending breast pumps to room. This is a huge plus point as I can get enough rest throughout the day though with the 3 hourly milk pumping schedule.
One week before checking out, nurses will conduct one to one demo on bathing baby and skills on feeding baby etc. Nurses will also assist mommies hands-on bathing babies.

Baby health check:
Doctor will check on baby once biweekly. Doctor is helpful in answering questions that mommies might have regarding babies’ health.

Cleanliness:
Overall the centre and the room is very clean. Kakak will sweep and mop the room daily, sterilize the room with UV sterlizer once during my stay, clean the bathroom and throw out rubbish. Laundry is once every 3 days.
Herb water is provided daily for mommies to bathe with. Mommies with episiotomy can do Sitz bath with the salt and Sitz tub provided.

Food:
5 meals a day- breakfast, lunch, teatime, dinner, tonic soup. Food is scrumptious, healthy, balanced and big in portion. Lunch & dinner – fruits, soup, vegetables, meat and rice. Red dates water is provided all day long until 9pm (kitchen close). Biscuits, a variety of milk powder and hot water are provided outside the room.

Price point:
Santorini confinement centre is the most affordable for the services provided compared to others that we’ve surveyed.
*With that said, we didn’t compare every confinement centre there is in the KL and Selangor area. Opinion is purely personal preference and experience.

Other services:
The centre offers formula milk for daddies and mommies to purchase.
Two massage sessions are also included in the package that we’ve chosen. I’ve personally added-on one more massage session as the masseuse is very skilled. After each session, my body felt rejuvenated and most importantly my engorged breasts felt relieved. This helps tremendously as I was able to pump milk and rest more comfortably.
There are activities provided such as sound bath treatment class and acupressure therapy class. Personally I’ve not joined any of the activities, hence no comment on this.
There’s also a complimentary baby footprint clay modeling session. Daddies and mommies can choose a variety of items such as encapsulating baby’s umbilical cord that has fallen off into a resin seal, bracelet or pendant, baby’s birth hair into brushes etc.

After-sales service:
Even after checkout, Florence is still very helpful and fast in responding to my messages which I am very grateful for.

Thank you Florence and team for the wonderful confinement at Santorini. Being a first time mummy, I learnt a lot from Florence and the nurses there. They guided me when I needed and always make sure I managed to latch my baby. I was extremely satisfied with my stay here and would definitely recommend friends and family to this place. Excellent Confinement Centre Experience

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at Hug Postnatal Care Centre.

The nurses and caregivers were attentive, and always ready to assist both me and my baby.

The meals were nutritious, well-balanced, and beautifully presented. One suggestion for improvement would be to stir-fry the vegetables with ginger instead of putting the fried shredded ginger on top.

The rooms and facilities were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for rest and bonding with my baby. I especially appreciated the peaceful environment that allowed me to recover both physically and mentally.

Things I especially like was they have baby CCTV monitoring and baby Daybook Apps where this tool helps mommy easily track baby’s daily activities, routines and growth (i.e. feeding, diapers, pumping, etc).

During the 28 days here, Hug organized so many activities and workshops for us mommies, it really made the stay more fun and meaningful.

What stood out most was the warmth and dedication of the entire team. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and reassured at every step.

I’m truly grateful for the care I received here and would highly recommend Hug Postnatal Care Centre to any new mother looking for a safe, supportive, and nurturing place to begin her motherhood journey.

My confinement journey at Hug Postnatal Care Centre was filled with both tender moments and unexpected challenges. Shortly after returning from the hospital, my baby showed mild symptoms. It was a stressful time going back and forth to ensure proper care, but I’m truly thankful the Hug team detected the signs quickly and advised me to bring baby to the hospital.

Even though Hug isn’t a medical facility, their calm and professional response including checking baby’s breathing gave me great comfort. They even moved baby to another nursery level for closer monitoring and to protect others. I felt heard and never alone.

During my stay, I was supported with warm meals, helpful parenting classes, breastfeeding support without pressure, and a cozy, clean environment. Ms. Chloe and the team patiently answered all my questions.

I came across some bad reviews before checking in, and yes, there were minor hiccups but from my experience, whenever I voiced concerns, the team truly listened and tried their best to help. No regrets at all, Hug gave me the support I needed during my most vulnerable month.

我对食物真的很挑剔，这里的食物一共有5餐，早餐，午餐，下午茶，晚餐和药膳汤。药膳汤方面都是给足料。
早餐就比较简单，炒米粉，板面，伊面，粥之类的。
午餐和晚餐就简单的一道菜一道肉一道汤。
倒是下午茶，有用心把下午茶摆设得很有艺术。这里的下午茶偶尔会有蛋糕 ，牛角包 ，汤圆甜品 。

24小时Cctv和on call的专业看护。护士每天都会记录宝宝体重，大小便次数在app里面。这个app真的很方便比如可以记录pump奶的时间和量，母乳喂养时间和量等等。。。如果忘记了随时随地可以看回去。
婴儿房每天都有定时消毒，外人也不能随便进入，让我们非常放心

这里泌乳师Chloe 非常温柔很有耐心地教会了我如何正确的去按摩乳房和手挤母乳。Chloe，真的非常专业

-这里会有几堂课让妈妈们参与。我上了宝宝按摩，让宝宝可以舒服成长。

*如需要refill红枣水，热水，或者要宝宝 抱来房间这些全部都会有Icon 在whatapp,只要按一按 Icon 就可以了真方便

客服：⭐️⭐️⭐️
工作人员态度还好，不过遇到问题都会帮解决，有什么不满也可以商量。只是偶尔比较忙的时间回复会稍微慢了一点点。

这里如果有visitor来探望需要提前通知客服和当天展示covid test results 给客服才可以进来，这方面做得很不错，妈妈们比较可以放心

I had searched and visited a couple of confinement centres before choosing HUG. I have invested in the right place for the amount we spent.

1. Food
Is the most important part during confinement. Their kitchen really took the effort to plan our meals. The meals are nutritious, balanced, fresh and quality. They also care about the presentation.

2. Baby care
They have a 24 hour nursery, and they have 2 nursery. Their nursery is the main reason why I choose HUG confinement centre. Their nursery is well setup, well equipped and with sufficient nurses and helper to tend to the babies. The nurses were also very hygienic, they wash and sanitise their hands often. If any of the babies are unwell, they will be move to/ isolate in another nursery with 24 hours care as well. Very important. I feel safe leaving my baby under their care, my baby is well taken care off, she is fed on time, changed frequently, so far no rashes. Diapers and milk powder is provided, and in fact many brands, we tried 2 different brands and found a suitable milk for our little one. The nurses are gentle and kind towards the baby, I really appreciate their services. They work with a doctor that will come and check on the babies, sometimes if they spotted anything in the baby, the doctor would provide advice.

3. Room/ Stay
They have different rooms and layout that you can choose from. Most confinement centres offers 28D and 27N, HUG offers 29D and 28N, as a customer, I feel this a plus point. The rooms are decent, clean and comfortable. Another reason why I chose HUG is because each room is equipped with a mini fridge and sterilizer, where a few of the confinement centres I checked out did not have, this is another plus point, and it is super useful. They provide laundry service for mom daily, they also provide confinement clothes, you can choose to wear your own clothes too, and they will wash for you as well. They have smart TV, I get to watch my Netflix as well (using my own account of course, they don’t provide in case you are wondering)

4. Daddy
Dad can go in and out freely at anytime. We can also request for extra rice for daddy. There is ample of parking spot, and is free of charge, another reason why I chose HUG, because with the number of days my husband spent in the centre would cost quite a significant amount if there are parking charges.

5. Services
I would give their services a full 5 ⭐️. I think they done a very good job with their services. If you want, they can even send the meal to your table not just to your door. Respond time is very fast, anything you need or any questions you have, when you post on the WhatsApp chat, their will respond quickly, most of time even immediately. When we needed to head out, they will prepare a baby bag for us with milk bottle, powder and diaper. When I need to take away the meal to eat outside, they would help me to pack in take out containers, they even prep the red dates tea for me in a thermos!

6. Workshops and activities
I find the workshops very very helpful as a first time mom. They have classes every week, teaching mothers everything they need to know about caring for a newborn, and many tips. I love the activities that I chosen, is something that can be display at home for a long time, I also add on 1 more activity which is to make my own nipple balm, so useful!

Overall, I would recommend this confinement centre. My stay is in 2025, tho confinement services are not cheap, but we felt is value for money.

Once my sister discovered she was expecting her first child, we began searching for a confinement center. To our delight, we found one conveniently located just in front of our house. Considering the price we paid, the quality of goods and services they provided was impeccable. My newborn nephew and my sister were well-cared for throughout their confinement. Every meal served was generously portioned, with two spacious queen rooms that were ample enough for them. The confinement center also offered Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and doctors to assist both the mother and newborn. Lastly, I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to all the nurses. Their unwavering dedication and care for the babies and mothers were truly commendable. To all expectant mothers, look no further; this is a highly recommended confinement center.

The confinement center has a very decent room setup. I rented the whole unit that has two bedrooms two dining tables and a living room, since I have two sons, that may disrupt other people.

By doing so, I could stay here for the entire 28 days with both sons. The service that we got is very satisfying, with five meals provided and some postpartum support, such as lactation support, TCM, weekly pediatrician, and some other wellness support.

And since I rented the whole unit, I could host my guests we doubt disrupting other families.

I can easily recommend people to have their postpartum month in this center, because they provide a very good service and take very good care of your child.

Today I have completed my 28 stayed at NEST Confinement Center in Bukit, to summarize it is beyond my expectations.

The suites are spacious & have separate living & dining area which is a plus point for me, which I have my own personal space while guest are visiting. Hence the pricing are very reasonable for the quality of service received.

I also glad for the service provided with attentive & caring nurses, with complimentary parking which is also another plus point. As my husband is working in KL, being close to the city center for the ease on amenities and services.

I love the food! I never enjoyed confinement food as my thought was confinement food is bland & spicy (ginger), but having the food here changed my mind. The portions are generous for me alone (I can’t finish and my husband can share my meal) and I love the healthy food served here. The staff ensured that my dietary needs are met, hence I am rest assured that my diet & health are taken care of.

The pediatric care provided was excellent. The staff are experienced and down to earth, providing reassurance and support throughout. They even celebrated Chinese New Year and Valentine’s Day with additional service to the experience. At first I thought it will be lonely to spend time away from family but I felt loved especially for the lovely balloon flower I received.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the confinement center in Bukit Bintang and would highly recommend it to everyone seeking exceptional care during their confinement period.

I recently spent 28 days at this confinement center in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, and I can’t recommend it enough.The location is perfect, surrounded by convenient stores and cafes, making it easy to get anything you might need.

The accommodations were like an apartment, featuring two bedrooms, a kitchenette (equipped with essentials like a sterilizer and microwave), a living room with smart tv and a spacious bathroom. It truly felt like a home away from home.

What I appreciated most was the 24/7 nursing support for my baby. The initial three-day quarantine provided peace of mind, and once the CCTV was activated, I could monitor my little one from my phone at any time.

The meals were delicious and halal, with five servings a day and unlimited hot red date tea. They even cater to non-halal requests without cross-contamination! Big plus for muslims✅

Additionally, the skilled massage services provided by their confinement lady were a fantastic touch. Jason and Sophie, the managing team, go above and beyond to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

I had a truly wonderful experience at De Joy’s Confinement & Baby Childcare Centre. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable — the perfect environment for rest and recovery. Daily housekeeping ensured everything remained neat and hygienic, which I really appreciated as a new mom.

The meals were varied and delicious, thoughtfully prepared to support postpartum healing. I especially looked forward to dessert time each day — such a lovely treat! The pork trotter vinegar and yellow wine chicken were especially memorable: comforting, nourishing, and full of flavor.

My experience at DeJoy’s Confinement was truly comforting. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, always nutritious and well-balanced, which made recovery so much more enjoyable. The nurses and caregivers were always supportive and attentive — not only taking care of my baby, but also patiently teaching me important knowledge, guidance, and tips that gave me confidence as a new mom. Cleanliness was excellent too — with helpers doing room service daily, everything felt fresh and well-kept.

日本にはなかなか馴染みのない【産褥院】ですが、今回こちらに滞在しとても良かったのでレビューを残します。

毎日の流れは、基本的に起床→朝食→血圧、心拍測定→昼食→部屋の掃除→アフタヌーンティー→夜ご飯→夜食→入浴→就寝の流れです。その間で搾乳などをした場合は、部屋の外にある冷蔵庫に入れておくとナニーの方が持っていって行ってくれます。お腹が空いた際なども、常に補充されるjujube teaや部屋の外にクラッカーなどが置いてありお腹を満たすこともできます。入浴は毎日掃除の際に補充されるハーバルをお湯に混ぜ、タオルに湿らせて身体を拭くようにアドバイスをもらいました。週に1回は医師によるフォローアップ、週に数回の授業やアクティビティも用意されています。タオル、トイレットペーパー、ティッシュ、パジャマは毎日掃除の際に補充、交換されます。

1.) 食事が本当に美味しい

毎日身体のことを考えたバランスの取れた食事が朝、昼、アフタヌーンティー、夜、夜食と5食分用意されています。栄養があるだけでは無く、味も考えられておりとても美味しいです。産褥院の中に調理場があり出来立てのご飯が食べれます。日本人の口にも合うと思います。

2.) 勉強会への参加や色んなサンプルが試せる

母乳、腸、子供の緊急時の対応など色んな専門家の方達が産褥院に招かれ、参加者へ丁寧に指導してくれます。旦那さんが参加できる勉強会もありました。また企業の方がサンプルをプレゼントして下さったり、部屋で搾乳機やUVの機械などを試すことができたりします。気になった商品は産褥院で購入することができ、その際は特別価格で購入ができます。

3.) 子供への対応がしっかりされている

どの時間にどのくらいのミルクや母乳を飲んだのか記録され、毎朝体重や黄疸についての数値がワッツアップを通して報告されます。子供を部屋に呼ぶことができるだけでなく、アプリでナニーの部屋にいる自分の子供をいつでも見ることができます。へその緒も記念としてくれました。

4.) 色々と相談に乗ってもらえる

子育てが初めての方もスタッフの方に相談をすると丁寧にアドバイスが貰えます。母乳の搾乳に関しても知識のあるスタッフの方が丁寧に教えてくださいます。

5.) 同伴の旦那さんの食事に困らないロケーション

周りにホーカーセンター、レストラン、カフェなど色んなお店が密集しているので、食事の選択肢も色々あって困らず助かりました。薬局や宅配会社などもあるので、ちょっとした用事にも対応できます。駐車場が時間帯によっては見つからないのでそこは注意が必要です。

The bedroom & bathroom size is very wide and spacious. Various foods are served in good quality. Staff and nurse are very polite and passion. Location is nice with surrounding eat places for Daddy who want stay overnight with Mummy here, however daddy will suffer with terrible traffic jam in every Wednesday night.

Kimporo月子中心是在Menara Ruyi，已经运营蛮多年了，所以中心的房间和装修可能不及其他新开的中心，但是看中专业性，服务和产康的宝妈可以放心冲哦。

My wife & newly born baby stayed at Kimporo for a month in Aug/Sep 2024. We had the Gold Room on the 7th Floor. Have to say, it’s the right decision to stay there! My wife & baby had full support physically, mentally & emotionally. The staff there are professional, friendly & patient to our every needs. Ms Lim & the nurse team (Thara, Shaz, Tana, etc.) are brilliant in not only tending to my new born but also to my wife on how to recover, took care of her & tended to her surgery wound & well being, plus teaching us the foundation of how to raise a new born. The weekly classes gives both father & mother the necessary competency on taking care of a baby once we “graduate”

Customer Service like Wanda, Siti, Hana, Jojo & Jessica etc. tended to our needs almost instantly & making sure we have all we require at the centre. Housekeeping Shanti makes sure we get our 7 meals a day exactly on time & clean our rooms with UV, fantastic time management & service

This is my second time staying at Kabo Confinement Centre, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I chose to return because I absolutely loved my first stay—and once again, everything was just as perfect.

The management remains excellent, with smooth communication and well-organized care. The in-house nurses are professional, attentive, and trustworthy. I was constantly updated on my newborn through the baby app, and being able to monitor my baby anytime via their CCTV system gave me so much peace of mind.

They were very supportive of my breastfeeding journey, regularly checking in—especially when I experienced engorgement. The in-house massages were a huge help in aiding my recovery, and Jia Yi’s cooking was a daily highlight: nourishing, comforting, and always delicious.

A huge thank-you to Diana, Tirah, Dina, Sara, Jen, Mina, and Shyami for their dedication and warmth. From cheerful morning greetings to taking over night feeds, they made me feel genuinely cared for. Their support made my one-month stay so comfortable and stress-free.

Special thanks to Mr. Tee, the owner, who personally ensured everything was in order. He even took the time to check in on me and my husband occasionally—asking how we were coping and whether anything could be improved. That level of attentiveness truly sets Kabo apart. His team was also incredibly helpful in making sure everything ran smoothly. Caycee, the person in charge, is a lovely, reliable, and approachable presence—you always feel you can count on her.

As parents of three children, our expectations for a confinement centre are high. We know what works, what doesn’t, and what to look for. We even visited several centres closer to our home (we live 55 minutes away), but our gut instinct told us to return to Kabo—and we’re so glad we did. It felt just like coming home. The staff, the routine, the warmth… everything reminded us of the same love and care we experienced three years ago.

The location is secluded, peaceful, and quiet—no traffic noise, no outside disturbances. Perfect for a restful 28 days. The centre is also gated and security-guarded, giving us full peace of mind.

One of the things we appreciate most about Kabo is that they only accept a maximum of nine rooms. It’s never overcrowded, and there are always enough staff to properly care for every mummy and baby. The attention to detail is fantastic—from providing almost everything needed for your baby (we only brought clothes for check-in and check-out!) to laundering mummy’s clothes a few times a week.

Let’s talk about something you might overlook until you see other centres: every room at Kabo has its own private toilet. We visited places—some even more expensive—where three mums were expected to share one bathroom. Not at Kabo. Every mummy has her own private, attached bathroom.

Another thoughtful feature: hot water from the tap in every room. It may sound minor, but it makes a huge difference. Whether you’re washing your hands (which we all know is a no-no postpartum with cold water!)—with your mother-in-law’s voice in the back of your head warning you—or when my husband needed to sterilise bottles, having hot water instantly available was a real plus. And yes, my mother-in-law would’ve definitely approved!

They curate a wellness-focused 28-day herbal tonic regime to support postpartum recovery, tailored to each mummy’s needs.

The baby room is regularly UV-sanitised, maintaining the highest hygiene standards.

You may think that with the price paid, all these things are expected-but trust me, they’re not. Many confinement centres we visited simply lack the attention to detail needed to run a truly supportive and nurturing centre. At Kabo, every detail feels and thoughtfully considered. It shows.

All in all, Kabo continues to exceed our expectations. I would highly recommend this center to any new mummies. You’ll find the comfort, care, safety, and genuine peace of mind for both you and your baby.

We spent 28 days at Kabo, and honestly, it felt like more than just a confinement centre; It felt like family.

From day one, the nurses treated our baby with so much love and care, as if he were their own. There’s a genuine warmth in the way they handle every little thing, and that gave us so much comfort, especially as first-time parents.

We never felt alone. They were always happy to share tips, answer our questions, and gently guide us through those early, overwhelming days.

Mummy was also very well cared for. Her recovery was smooth, the room was clean, and everything just worked the way it should. Quietly, kindly, with heart and smiles. 在kabo confinement centre，我得到了全面的护理服务，尤其是他们的专业泌乳师，帮助我轻松解决了母乳喂养的问题。这里的环境和服务让我觉得很放松，护士们的照顾非常细致，让我在月子期间感到非常舒适。营养师特别用心，每餐的搭配都很科学，帮助我快速恢复健康。

这是我的第三胎，第一次体验在月子中心做月。非常感谢在YK月子中心这段时间的照顾。从入住的第一天起，就能感受到这里专业又温暖的服务。护士团队细心照顾宝宝，也很有耐心教导妈妈如何帮宝宝洗澡。

环境整洁舒适，三餐营养均衡又美味 ，最让我期待的是每天的下午茶 。厨娘真的很厉害 ，每天都可以的做出不一样的糕点。

让我在坐月子的期间安心休养、身体恢复得很好。这里的负责人Angie，Nuserly，Kakak也都非常亲切有礼，真的像一个温馨的大家庭❤️

这次入住我选择了VIP 房，因为丈夫和大宝都会一起入住。VIP 房有大大的空间、大大的床让我们在这里舒服的住上28天
准备出月了，好不舍得这里的每一餐和下午茶，因为这里的月子餐都很好吃，我每次吃到光盘还会电话告诉Angie我吃过什么很好吃
这里的护士很细心哦，看见她们对宝宝的耐心我都很敬佩她们，更何况的是我带的是双胞胎让她们照顾
Kakak们很有礼貌的，每天脸带笑容的清里房间和捧餐到房里来，辛苦你们啦
再说我母乳喂养塞奶的问题，Angie 都很快的替我解决的去安排泌乳师帮我做通奶按摩，要不我真的痛得受不了。然后就很顺畅的可以挤奶啦
这就是我第二胎选择三年前住过的月子中心的原因啦，毕竟我喜欢这家的服务及舒服的环境让我好好享受这黄金28天

很推荐金喜月子中心。作为新手妈妈，这里的负责人 Angie 和护士都很耐心的教导还有给很多 tips 要怎么照顾宝宝和妈咪自己，坐月子要注意些什么，出月过后要怎么做，而且连在医院遇到什么状况都会提点妈咪。每天早上 kakak都好打扫房间，然后这里的食物也很好吃，有妈妈煮饭的味道 负责人 Angie 会 sharing 很多知识，教我怎么做会通乳，有足够奶水给宝宝喝。而且也会安排泌乳师按摩和经络按摩去修复身体。期待怀二胎过后再回来，带着大宝一起入住

I had a truly wonderful experience at YK Confinement Home. The staff were incredibly professional, caring, and attentive to every detail. They not only provided excellent care for me during my recovery but also took great care of my baby with patience and love.

The environment was clean and comfortable, which made me feel at home and allowed me to rest and recover peacefully. I also appreciated the nutritious meals prepared daily—they were both delicious and thoughtfully balanced for postpartum recovery.

Most importantly, the nurses and caregivers gave me peace of mind, guiding me with professional advice on baby care and postpartum health. Their warmth and dedication made this journey so much easier and more enjoyable.

I am truly grateful for my time here and would highly recommend YK Confinement Home to any new mothers looking for a safe, supportive, and caring place to recover after childbirth.

It’s my second stay at YK Confinement centre and am truly glad to be back again.

Ms Angie and the nursery team are knowledgeable and able to provide solutions/ guidance to my engorgement root cause issue, body ‘heatiness and damp’ condition, baby rashes and solving her sleeping pattern (awake at night) etc. Doc also came and check baby’s jaundice & overall health. It helps easing my mind and have a good rest knowing I’m in good hands.

Foods here are traditional based as the way I liked it, it’s delicious and portion was enough. Comes with daily rice/ red dates tea, local tea time dessert and SWS confinement soup.

Occasionally, there’s some sharing classes on various topics like baby massage technique, nutrition, breastfeeding etc to equip new mothers. Still find some useful tips to pick up.

Overall, it’s been a pleasurable 28 days stay. Room is decent, clean with reasonable price for a warm home based confinement centre. Recommended!

清洁阿姨每日将房间与浴室打扫得干净整齐，饮食方面也贴心照顾到我的需求，安排合适的餐点。

整体而言，YK Confinement Centre 的专业与用心，让我度过了一个温暖安心的月子时光。

I had a wonderful experience at San Lyra Confinement Center. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome from the staff.

The nurses were all well-trained and took excellent care of our baby with patience and dedication. They closely monitored my baby’s feeding patterns, and whenever there were any concerns—such as when my baby didn’t poop for a while—they were proactive in suggesting a change in formula and continued to monitor the situation until everything was back on track. Their attentiveness truly gave me peace of mind.

The housekeeping team also did an excellent job keeping everything clean and tidy. They were always polite, respectful, and efficient.

A special thanks to Manager Cindy, who is not only friendly and understanding but also extremely helpful in ensuring our stay was smooth and comfortable.

What made this stay even more worthwhile was that I could have my other two kids stay with me without any hassle. The center provided everything we needed, which allowed me to truly rest and recover during the month.

The food here is also healthier—not too oily—and always well-prepared, which I really appreciated during recovery.

San Lyra doesn’t have too many classes, which I actually appreciated. It gave me more time to rest. But I would recommend adding a few gentle yoga classes for mummies—it would be a great addition.

Overall, it’s definitely a great place for any mother looking for peace of mind during confinement.

• The unit is spacious and clean, comfortable for both mother and husband.
• Daily housekeeping starts around 10:30 AM.
• One downside is the poor soundproofing. You can hear people talking in the corridor quite clearly.

Nursery Team Service: 4/5
• Overall, the nursery team is responsible and attentive.
• They monitor jaundice levels and track the baby’s weight regularly.
• I was happy to see that my baby gained 30% in weight after 28 days.
• The staff also provide behavior updates, such as signs of crankiness before sleep.
• However, there are many different nurses, including some part-timers, which makes it hard to build familiarity.
• A major concern: I was only informed about my baby’s diaper rash when it had already become serious. Earlier symptoms were overlooked without taking action.

• Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing throughout the stay.
• We rarely saw any staff in person, as there is no dedicated service counter.
• Communication is mainly through WhatsApp group.
• On the last day, no staff assisted with the check-out process or even said goodbye.
• The overall impression was unprofessional and disorganized.

Photography Service: 1/5
• Despite paying over RM20k+ for the confinement package, the photography service included only three photo copies, which was extremely underwhelming. (baby’s hands were wrapped in the basic style).
• The default photo style has the baby’s hands wrapped. To upgrade to a style that shows hands and feet, there’s an additional charge of RM80 and to obtain all soft copies costs over RM300.
• The final photos take 25 to 30 days to be ready, which is rather disappointing.

Foot Sculpture: 1/5
• Only one foot sculpture is included in the package, without a frame.
• To get a pair with a frame, an additional RM300+ is required.
• Even after checkout, I had to return to the center to collect the finished sculpture, which was inconvenient.

If your top priorities are cleanliness, food, and basic baby care, the center is acceptable.
But if you’re looking for attentive service, emotional support, and a genuinely warm confinement experience, this place may not meet your expectations.

Had a pleasant stay with San Lyra, Mommy and baby were well taken care.

The environment is quite cozy and quiet, clean clothes provided daily for baby and mommy. Weekly visit by TCM, paediatrician and lactation consultant helped a lot in the whole journey.

Thank you YY, Nicole, Cindy, and all the nurses who took care of my baby, also a big Thanks to kakak for cleaning and tidy up my room everyday.

Room, space really big since I choose the two beds room. Satisfying! ( the baby fencing place by myself, not from their Center) thanks them from allowing me place it ealier before check in.

Food, the most remarkable one is their vineger pork and alcohol chicken or meat. first week soup really good. Continuous week soup should improve. She doesn’t like those steam toufu and fuzuk, a lot of meals have it. One thing very satisfying is their supper soup, it really helps my wife.

View wise is good but u don’t really have time to appreciate it since u are busy with your baby and wife.

Nurses, take care baby still ok just need to improve communication part. So far in their Center my baby no rashes or milk dry on baby clothes. Baby cleanliness quite good.

Classes, nurse teach us about the emergency rescue is professional.

Massage , my wife love it so much. It really helps.

Housekeeping work can improve, their attitude as well.

Photographs section from them very good.

Facilities for daddy and children not bad, gym, swimming pool and playgrounds.

TCM service consider not bad lah.

Others, customer service part , communicate with customer should improve don’t based on whatapps message only.

I’m so glad I chosen San Lyra for my confinement.

It was such a nice place with friendly and helpful staff, who always made sure I and my baby were comfortable and growing healthy. The room size is 4-star hotel standard size and their bed is comfortable!

The nurses were very professional and gave me great advice on how to breastfeed and take care of my baby.
I also loved the relaxing massages and herbal baths that made me feel refreshed and rejuvenated, not to mention the informative classes they offered to the inhouse moms, which were very educational and fun.

If you’re looking for a confinement centre that will make your postnatal period a breeze, you should definitely check out San Lyra in Bangsar South.

I had a wonderful confinement experience at San Lyra. The team, from manager Cindy to the nurses and even the cleaning crew were patient, caring, and supportive, especially for us as first-time parents. They have also shown a lot of patience and care towards my baby. The food was delicious and generous in portion, and their after-confinement care gave us extra confidence as we continued our journey at home.

I would like to express my gratitude to the confinement centre for the wonderful care I received. Special thanks to Helen for her exceptional care and support throughout my stay. The nurse who took care of my baby was fantastic, ensuring my little one was always well looked after.

The food was very nice, offering a variety of nutritious meals that I thoroughly enjoyed. Additionally, there were plenty of activities for mummy, which made my stay even more enjoyable and engaging.

Overall, my experience at San Lyra was excellent, and I highly recommend it to new mothers looking for a supportive and comfortable environment.
