I am having issues with my hands, fingers pain and numbness, arms pains and feet pain as well with swelling. I didnt knew what to do much as didnt understand the cause and keep taking pain killers which didnt work after some time.
My Uncle recommended my husband as he has been taking treatment here and well recovered. So we took a chance to visit Excellence Chiropractic at MyTown. We met DC Benjamin Tan with who my uncle took treatment. He first spoke to us reg the issue and then checked thouroughly. He advised to have X Ray at nearby Medical Centre and once report out he started giving treatment to me. This is just my 2 seating and i can feel slight change.
DC Ben has advised me to take 2 seatings every four days gap in a week and im continuously going to take untill im healed. The way he advised and giving treatment is very much appreciated. I really love his care and time given towards me and all my queries are well answered by him on every session.

Have been good experiences here so far, DC Jimmy has been helping my wife since her hip and back issue surfaced postpartum.
And now with my own back and posture issues surfacing, i feel much better than after going to tit tar and paying alot less.
They use Gonstead Technique which is claimed to be evidence-based. They use X-Ray and verbal consultations to check which part needs to be prioritised before sorting other issues. So far I am impressed, let’s take a look long term.

The rest of the staff team also has been helpful so far in terms of arranging appointments and explanation of fees.

No complaints so far. Signed up a package, so will continue to observe.

To be honest, I did many sessions in this place, but after a while the pain increased and I felt that I did not improve. I did not see any negligence on the part of the doctor, but the problem was not treated for me. I really don’t know what the problem is, but his treatment method didn’t help me at all. Maybe he can’t figure out the real problem in my body. A failed experience and a waste of money

X-ray is a bit inconvenience, since you need to take it in other place and costs you around rm190 (the hospital they recommend).
They will not start the treatment before you give them the x-ray, unless you are pregnant or have other emergency reason.

Had a great experience at this chiro clinic. The ambience is calm and welcoming, and the registration process was quick and easy. I was treated by Dr. Justin for back pain, and the 40-minute session included everything in one go, adjustment, therapy, and even a back support plaster which I think really sped up my recovery. Parking can be a bit tricky, but there are paid parking lots nearby. Overall, very satisfied with the treatment and outcome.

I highly recommend the physio Ms. Yap. Have been to this clinic two times the last six months, one time for my knee the other for my shoulder (I do a lot of running and climbing). Both times she manage to help me after only one session. She is a miracle worker! Managed to finish my marathon in 3 hours and 15 minutes, and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to run it at all when I visited the clinic one week before my race.

My whole consultation and therapy was about 1 hour and it covers different area and checkup. Therapist and front desks all are polite and will not try to hard sell to sign up packages as well.

They have both physiotherapist and chiropractor in the same center so will recommend accordingly on what kind of treatment is required.

I came with sciatica and knee issues. After 4-5 sessions of chiropractic therapy by Alex and physiotherapy by Jackie, the improvement was tremendous. The pain and discomfort are relatively gone. Frequency of soreness is much lesser.
