Very spacious. Machines good spaced out. Surprised have 2 separate dumbbell rack station and go up to 50kg. Impressive. Though toilet area can be improved.

Nice and Good newly opened 24/7 hours gym in Taman Connaught Cheras with good location and spacious facilities & gym equipment. Well maintained and cleanliness gym with lot of variety professional gym equipment. Highly trained professional gym trainers and nice friendly & helpful Branch Manager Mr Harris. I have took up personal professional classes with gym coach trainers Mr Chris last 2 months which really help up for my fitness training with building my body shape and strength. Coach Chris is well trained with my training classes with steps by steps with gym equipment. Highly recommended Mr Chris for those who needed professional training classes with nice and friendly helpful all the time. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for spacious and full professional well maintained gym equipment center for workouts in this anytime Fitness Taman Connaught Cheras.

Very well equipped and still looking really new. It’s enough to for many gym goers even during peak hours. Definitely one of the better AT branches that I’ve been to. Cleanliness is also decent. Hope they can keep it that way, highly recommended if you hop around for your AT workout.

Holding the title of the BIGGEST Anytime Fitness gyms in Malaysia, it definitely lives up to its name! Not only are the trainers and gym manager here extremely friendly and knowledgeable, but even the Kakak does such an amazing job in keeping the gym sparkling clean! The layout of the gym is throughly planned out - with Push, Pull, and Legs machine sectioned to make life easier for us gym-goers! AND, not one, but TWO power racks?!?! A gym-goer's dream! I think one of the main selling points of this location is the amount of natural light that they let in through the windows, which accounts for the positive vibes throughout the gym. Another notable point is that the gym plays impeccable music! Forgot your earphones? No worries, they don't play cliche radio music here!

My morning routine includes a visit to the gym, typically around 7:30 AM. During this time, the Evolt machine is consistently located within the staff room, where I can't use it after I finish my workout.
