Dropped in twice here while on my trip— totally worth it!
I was in town and decided to check out a local CrossFit box. Ended up dropping in twice because I loved it so much. The workouts were intense but fun, and the community was super welcoming.

The coach really knew their stuff and created a great vibe. Even though I was just visiting, I felt like part of the team. Definitely one of the highlights of this trip!

I tried CrossFit for two months (3x per week) while travelling and now I’m hooked. Going in, I wasn’t sure what to expect but I wanted something intense and challenging. The coaches are really great at correcting form and explaining the proper techniques. I also liked how I could do every workout at my own pace, and the coaches would help guide so there was no need to be intimidated while still learning.

In the two months, I noticed changes in my body, and most importantly I feel stronger.

I had an amazing time at CrossFit Lab in Kuala Lumpur. I was only there for two days as I’m from Spain and was just passing through, but I enjoyed every single minute. I come here on 14 July for late night class, it’s not the first time I came here but first time I have showered here. I don’t know that they will close at 8:45, I thought at 10pm. So I took shower more than 30 mins, go out at 9:20 and I suddenly realized they closed already. Luckily the front desk staff is nice and does not chase me away as other studio I used to come. This place is kinda far for my place but I think I will come again and again due to good services.

Great workout space if you’re in the KLCC area and your hotel gym is under maintenance. Got in via ClassPass. It’s a hiit workout so don’t expect it to be for beginners or someone who doesn’t workout. I’ve added a picture of the side entrance cos that’s what u need to find to enter for morning classes.

If you’re in KLCC, you’d be hard pressed to find a better place to workout. Also the LINC Mall (where PF is located) is an really unique community center for arts, food, and other shops.

I’ve been seeing Vince as my PT and going to GRIT for 3 years. I first signed up for PT for my wedding, and continued after that until today throughout my 2 pregnancies. My physique has improved no doubt, but also my stamina, skills, strength and agility.

Since giving birth the first time, I’ve had no pain, my stamina has maintained and I believe the training was what has helped me throughout the post partum period.

The equipments are all high quality, well maintained. There are rowing machines, Skierg machines, echo bikes, etc. And the usual weight lighting rigs.

People are friendly and Vince is one of the best. He is patient, firm, and pushes you towards your goal.

I’m really happy with the experience so far and I have no doubt I will continue for as long as I can.

Updated on 22 June. Grit nation has sincerely apologized and committed to covering all medical expenses. I truly feel their genuine remorse and sincerity

On 18 June, around 9pm, during a scheduled training session Grit Nation, I was accidentally struck directly in the eye by a heavy rope mishandled during a handover by the coach. The force of the blow caused an immediate and agonizing corneal injury—confirmed later at Sunway Medical Centre—left eye Cornea Abrasion and left eye Commotio Retinae with blurred vision, extreme pain, and sensitivity to light.

What shocked me more than the physical pain was the coach’s response—or lack thereof. Rather than stopping to check on me, she continued coaching other participants. It was only after concerned bystanders gathered that she walked over and, without apology or expression of regret, briefly asked how I felt. There was no empathy, no offer of medical assistance or follow-up, and certainly no compensation offered for the inconvenience and suffering I endured.

As a trained professional in a setting involving potentially dangerous equipment, the coach owed me a clear duty of care: to maintain awareness of my proximity, handle equipment safely, and respond immediately if an accident occurred. When she failed to do so—by risking injury through negligent handling, ignoring the incident, and failing to supervise properly—she breached that duty of care In legal term, this constitutes negligence under tort law, as her omission directly led to my medical injury, pain, and financial expense .

The aftermath has been deeply disruptive: medical bills, ongoing doctor visits, pain management, and emotional strain as I adjust to living with impaired vision and discomfort. I should not be burdened with these consequences when the injury was entirely preventable.

Therefore, I respectfully request:

* A formal written apology acknowledging the incident and the failure in duty of care.
* Full reimbursement of all medical expenses incurred, including emergency treatment, follow-up consultations, and medication.
* A clear description of corrective actions the facility will implement: enhanced coach training, improved supervision protocols, and safety measures for equipment handling.
* A commitment to prevent future negligence and protect all participants from similar incidents.
This was not merely an accident—it was a preventable injury compounded by unprofessional conduct and a lack of accountability. I trust Grit Nation will address this matter seriously and respond promptly.

A nice gym for hiit classes. Fully equipped with alot of weights and barbells. Clean and pentiful parking.

The coaches were very nice and accomodating to all. A mix of weightlifting, cardio and bodyweight exercises.

Guarantee you will be fit if you are consistent.

Prices are reasonable compare to other gyms for these kind of classes.

Great workout studio for hyrox programmes. I signed up for a 3 class trial pass for a pretty decent rate ~30MYR per class.

Classes fill up quickly but if you’re on the first few waitlist you usually end up being able to join the class which was what happened for me.

The studio is closed till the class starts and the coaches open and run the classes themselves. Programme was challenging enough to get a very good workout.

Had a chat with one of the coaches and seems like this one of the top studios to train at for hyrox related prog, just look at the number of podium finishes.

Here was really good place for guys to saving their gym fee. Cheap price and fully equipment.
But rude altitude with those staff since I not logger to visit the gym room. After done all my work up a day I request for just a single cup of protein drink the staff directly get me a 5lbs protein ( King Whey ).At the moment I think like “what the heck bro I just came on the first day and I am a student didn’t have any income for paying.” I feel disappointed for the staff altitude by the way I won’t visit the gym room for the short period time.

They charge RM10 per entry, that time when i went to see the look and feel of the gym (surrounding of the place, equipments and etc) before signing up their packages.
The gym has 2 floor, the 1st floor is only for member and you only get to enjoy the level on the 2nd floor. However the equipment seemed pretty old and outdated. The cardio machine is also broken , the other two has a sign with “WALK ONLY, NO RUNNING” with so many spoiled button on.
I went around 9.30pm/ tuesday, its was still so crowded and it gets really uncomfortable cause there so many men looking at you. I would suggest to find other option if youre looking to be and a gym membership. However, can try and get their RM10 per entry to try first.
