It was my first time placing an order for a bouquet via WhatsApp and I love how seamless the process was! The assistance provided was helpful with clear instructions. It was considered a last-minute booking yet the order-to-delivery time only took approximately 2 hours to complete (delivery venue was in Bangsar, KL). This is my 1st order with 50gram. I actually survey a few online florist store but in the end I choose 50 gram as they have been in the market quite sometime. To my surprise, the bouquet doesn't meet my expectation at all and im kinda disappointed with their creation. The flower is not fresh, poor choice of color combination on the wrapping paper and the flowers. The bouquet looks so dull, i'm totally disappointed with this purchase and this is really unexpected. I do understand there will be a different on the picture I see in your website and the actualy bouquet but this is really far beyond my expectation. Being as 1 of the big name in the industry, is this really the best that you guys can do? This is not my 1st time purchase of bouquet, i purchase many bouquet before but i guess this is the worst florist experience for me. To you maybe its not important, but most of the time ppl are getting flowers for a special occasion and their love ones. I'm really speechless, 50gram

The Flower is not fresh at all. It feel like already packed it few days back. Feedback to their customer service no reply at all. Not recommended as their price is not consider cheap, with the quality that get, not worth it. And we given it as gift to friends, this purchase experience is bad.

It was my first time receiving tulips,and I never expected to feel a bit disappointed at that moment. The price was high, yet the packaging didn’t justify the cost at all—it felt extremely careless and "cheap" 50GRAM really needs to reflect on this.

I loved the flower arrangement and the color theme, especially the two baby pink blooms that stood out beautifully. However, I was quite disappointed that most of the flowers looked dry and nearly wilted—not as fresh as I expected. The greeting card was okay but looked rushed and lacked a neat, thoughtful touch.

1st time ordered with 50gram but received the bouquet in bad condition. The flower is not fresh, in brownish colour. The wrapping is all crumple. This is not what i paid for. In the website, the flower looks very beautiful and fresh. Compared to what i received, its not look what it should be. This definitely will be my 1st and last buying flower from this shop. Disappointing!

The wrapping was terrible - so oversized that it felt like I was buying the wrapper, with the flowers as a free gift. Visually, the flowers doesn't look very fresh either, and it only got worse when I saw them in real life. It was nothing like what was advertised on their website, and it was really embarrassing to give something like this to my friend. To make matters worse, the delivery was sent to the wrong address. The rider simply assumed the correct location, dropped the flowers there, and didn't even inform me. Not even a text. I had to go to a stranger's house just to collect them. This is not my first order, but it will definitely be my last. Extremely disappointed! Update: They reached out to me the next day and sent a replacement bouquet. It looks so much better this time. I appreciate the effort they made to rectify the situation but I still can't fully recommend them due to the lack of consistency. The initial experience was so disappointing.
