Update: This time we did an ice breaking session and then proceeded with human monopoly with a giant board. Everyone was competitive and we had fun doing it and outdoing each other. Prefer this compared to last year. 🙂

Old:The scavanger hunt was fun. Great for a quick and no fuss team building activity. It is a bit of walking around so wear comfy shoes and clothes. Felt like it should be longer to finish all tasks (or maybe we’re just competitive haha).

Saint who was the emcee for all 3 of my events and the person I dealt with from APE is truly incredible!!! He was very attentive to my requests/needs. He was always honest about what my events would need, never trying to hard sell or give me more (to charge more) than I needed or asked. He was so easy and pleasant to deal with. Very friendly and honestly so helpful. I’m so grateful to him and his team. My little nieces and nephews are not easy to control/manage but he did so well (as the emcee) with them during their performances. He managed to handle them so effortlessly and not to mention hilariously. The crowd loved him. I highly recommend his services to anyone organising any events. Just wanted to share some positive feedback for the MC of the day who is SAINT Brother and DJ from my sister’s wedding dinner. Both of them did an amazing job in keeping the event lively, fun, and well-organized.

Saint was really engaging, spoke confidently, and managed to keep the guests entertained throughout the night. The transitions between the different parts of the program were smooth and natural, which really helped keep the atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable.

As for the DJ—the music selection was spot on! The songs matched the mood of each moment perfectly, from the dinner to the dance floor. A lot of our guests mentioned how much they enjoyed the playlist, and the energy was just right from start to finish.

This is a very professional company but they are very difficult to get ahold of. For my wedding they agreed to do the lighting and we spoke extensively about how I needed lights pointing at the walls, soft colors, no flashing lights.

When I arrived at my wedding all of the lights were on full blast and they had flashing lights. The lights also had to be moved so they could point at the walls.

I waited outside for a long time while they fixed it.

While normally I would just shrug and let it go, this was MY wedding, and we paid a lot for this service. All I wanted was to be somewhat comfortable with my photophobia disability on my wedding day. While the lighting looked amazing once it was finally fixed, I would not recommend a company that disregards the wishes of the bride and groom who have paid for the service to accommodate a disability.

DOREIMI even sent us a digagram of where they would put the lights, and disregarded the plan. It was emotionally difficult for me to have to wait outside at my wedding, feeling unwelcome. Having photophobia is not easy. And I had really been looking forward to an event with nice lighting.

Again it did get fixed eventually which you can see in the picture below. It was so LOVELY and beautiful once it got fixed, and I am grateful they fixed it.

We hosted our daughter’s ear-piercing ceremony here and everything was truly exceptional. The hall is spacious, cool, and beautifully maintained, with tasteful décor, flexible seating, and great lighting that made the prayers, rituals, and lunch smooth and memorable.
The catering was excellent: food was served hot and fresh on banana leaf, portions were generous, and the staff were attentive and hygiene conscious. Our guests complimented both the taste and presentation.
Special thanks to Ms. Kayvie, who was proactive, responsive, and kind, offering helpful layout suggestions, managing the flow of the event, and guiding guests with a smile.
From planning to clean-up, the process was stress-free and handled with care. Our family felt well taken care of, and the photos turned out beautiful. We wholeheartedly recommend this hall for cultural ceremonies, engagements, birthdays, and other family celebrations.

Navin and team are professional, effective and hassle free, everything was setup so perfectly even without a site recce.There was also no deposit or transportation fee charged compared to other services who charge transportation fees. Loved the Arabaian canopy set-up for my engagement and it really created a WOW factor as the entry point of the event. Navin & team were able to coordinate based on my color theme as well and provided additional options for table cloth set-up. Overall, great service providers and would definitely reach out to them for future events as well.

Had a really great experience with Navin Group Events from the planning, to liaison, and even towards execution of the event.

PIC who handled us had been really informative on helping us with selecting the right inventories necessary for what was envisioned for the event on-ground setup, and had been really patient in the liaison leading up to setup during event day itself.

Setup was really quick, which helped us to up for the slight delay that WE had caused, allowing us to have started the event on time. Everything was really coordinated as well, advising us on the necessary wiring setup to power up everything, and also make sure everything was well functioning.

Will definitely recommend them for anyone looking for event execution, as they will make sure they handle your event needs with proper expertise and experience. Definitely a five star!
