Erican Language Centre furnishes a great experience to study English. There are a lot of accountable and dedicated teachers to help students in ameliorating their English skills. To sum it up, I highly recommend all of you to join and immerse yourselves in learning intriguing English which will be an effective tool in securing a better future!

During my 7 months of studying at Big Ben Academy, my experience was neutral. The environment and facilities were decent, but I faced several issues that affected the quality of learning. Most of the customer service staff and supervisors are Arabic-speaking, and there was noticeable favoritism in treatment towards male students, which negatively affected the overall atmosphere in the academy. Additionally, students were pressured to leave reviews on Google Maps mentioning specific staff members by name, which is an unprofessional practice. During the Chinese summer period, the academy accepted a large number of students, which led to overcrowded classes with up to 26 students per class, despite the agreement being 7 to 10 students. It took about two weeks to split the classes after student complaints, which affected the course duration and the quality of education. There was a clear shortage of qualified teachers, and at one point, a single conversation teacher was assigned to cover all skills, but their level was unsatisfactory. Despite all these issues, my experience with some teachers was excellent. Jason explained well but spoke very fast and is more suitable for higher levels. Salwa AlAkwa was very patient, cared about delivering the information clearly, and remained available even after the course ended. Eyvonne was kind, followed up on attendance, constantly communicated with students, and supported them even after the course ended. Raha was a very serious teacher, strict with discipline, prohibited mobile phone use, focused on students’ weaknesses, and created an organized learning environment. On the other hand, the prices for trips were very high, reaching up to 250 MYR, while other institutes offered similar trips for about 99 MYR, giving the impression that the trips were profit-driven rather than student-centered. Overall, despite some excellent teachers and a decent environment, the experience was affected by poor organization, noticeable favoritism in treatment, pressure on students to leave reviews, shortage of qualified staff, and high trip prices. These aspects need improvement to make the experience better for future students

8月3日～8月29日,在Bigben（大本钟）给家里三个孩子分别报了四周课程，测试分班很真实且人性化，三个孩子都分到了合适的班型，遇到的老师很负责任，三个孩子都有了明显的进步，最小的6岁孩子0基础，掌握了很多单词，能听懂老师的简单话语，哥哥10岁，其实是个很内向的孩子，结果来了以后可以很大胆的和老师主动沟通交流，让我很欣慰，最大的姐姐14岁，4周的课程拓展了300多个单词，还有很多之前没有接触过的语法，总之收获满满。感谢Bigben

Good platform to learn especially for totally newbie. Their pace not too fast and not too slow. Admin handled all the classes material and lesson very good and fast response. Sensei is very interactive and class is not boring or sleepy at all. There are always 2 ways interactions in the class. Very recommended especially for beginner to join. Its done online and face to face. If not able to make it, there is always recording ready for revision and review. Support group by classes in whatsapp also interactive and fun

At first, I was a bit nervous, but the speaking classes at this language institute exceeded my expectations. Since the course is designed for adults, the curriculum was well-structured, and I was able to learn many practical expressions that I could use in real-life situations.

What I appreciated the most was that there were no other Korean students in the class. This naturally created an environment where I had to speak only in English. It felt a bit overwhelming at first, but it actually helped me adapt more quickly and open up in conversation.

The teachers were also very friendly and passionate, which made every class enjoyable. I gained a lot of confidence in my English, and I would definitely recommend this language school to anyone who is serious about improving their English skills.

Обучалась в школе 1 месяц по базовой программе на усиленном английском. Разговорный класс 2 часа и 5-6 часов основных занятии по грамматике , writing , vocabulary , etc. – и так каждый день на протяжении 4 недель.
Не могу не отметить учителей – людей, абсолютных профессионалов своего дела. Впервые за все время обучения я кайфовала от процесса, в моменте и после занятии понимала – хочу еще , нужно больше. Появилось невероятно желание говорить и учить этот язык, объяснение которого было настолько простым и логичным , что я просто в шоке была, начав понимать правила и структуры языка просто за 1 день , а раньше я и самостоятельно добивалась этого результата месяцами, про обучение в родной школе молчу. Учителя все невероятно отзывчивые и позитивные, при этом яро держать дисциплину и выработали свои личные правила и подход к обучению ( у каждого разный , но интересный , понятный и занимательный). Грамотно сделана и сама школа – достаточное количество классов, каждый из которых оборудован кондиционерами или вентиляторами для комфортного времяпрепровождения, работающей техникой; есть несколько зон для отдыха; комфортно и чисто . Сама школа находится в здании , в котором специально для обучающихся открыто огромное количество заведении – кафе, кофейни , магазинчики и аптека. Кафе с вкусной и доступной по цене едой , а их разнообразие поражает, можно найти любую кухню. Школа предоставляет проживание за отдельную плату, хорошее кондо с всем необходимым , рядом кафе и круглосуточные , а главное – 10-15 минут пешком до школы по прямой !

В первый день определили мой уровень Pre intermediate. За два месяца данный уровень прошёл и сдал все экзамены на отлично. Учёба прошла очень быстро как две недели , потому что все было интересно и время прошло не заметно. Благодарю всех учителей кто мне помог усовершенствовать мой уровень. Переборол свой страх общения на английском, подтянул свой спикинг и грамматику. Жаль что не приехал учиться на 6 месяцев. Всем советую приезжать и учиться в EMS.

오전 스피킹, 오후 리딩 수업을 들었는데요 스피킹 시간에는 그룹으로 이야기할 수 있어 좋았는데요, 무엇보다 리딩 때 배운 표현을 사용하도록 질문을 준비해주셔서 연계되어 많이 말해볼 수 있었어요!
리딩은 영어를 영어로 배우다보니 머리가 아팠지만 수준에 맞는 반에 배정해주시니 어렵진 않았고 학생들끼리 장난을 많이 쳐서 분위기가 조금 유쾌했네요.

학원 근처 KLCC도 있어 뭐든 다 있고, 학원 건물 지하 식당가에는 코니네라는 한국인 사장님도 계셔서 한식도 저렴하게 먹을 수 있어 만족했습니다. 한국인 매니저 sam선생님이 계셔서 등록하기도 편하니 EMS어학원 추천

Я обучалась в школе EMS три месяца и мне есть, что рассказать. Хотелось бы начать с того, что Малайзия-уникальная страна, и бòльшая часть населения (особенно касается Куала-Лумпура) является англоговорящим, что делает обучение очень эффективным. EMS предоставляет все нужные условия для эффективного обучения Английского языка, при необходимости можно всегда попросить одного из агентов о помощи с жильем, заселением и любыми другими вопросами. В данном случае хотелось бы поблагодарить Ирину, за то, что даже несмотря на время и свою загруженность, она всецело отдается работе и всегда готова помочь и подсказать студентам. Таких хороших кураторов я еще не видела никогда. Касаемо самого процесса обучения, классы делятся на две смены: утренние(начальные и средние уровни)и вечерние(уровни повыше), лично я училась во вторую смену с 14 до 18(без учета спикинг класса). Обучение проходит очень интересно, происходит не только зубрежка материала, но и также его закрепление в игровой форме. Педагоги отзывчивые, понимающие, а также многие очень талантливые. Хотелось бы отдельно выделить Юлию и Сафрену за их особенный профессионализм. На уроках никогда не бывает скучно,каждый день мы проходили разнообразный материал, также происходил обмен культурами с разными странами и всегда можно было узнать что-то новое и завести друга с другого конца планеты, при этом улучшая свой Английский.

The interactive classes helped improve my confidence in speaking, and I loved meeting students from different countries. The location is also convenient, and the staff are always ready to assist.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The prices are very reasonable, especially when you consider the high standard of education they provide. The teachers are excellent, and the curriculum is well-designed to help students progress quickly. What really impressed me, though, was how efficiently everything is run. The administrative staff is incredibly organized, and they make sure that every student’s needs are met. I love the teaching lesson & facilities provided here. The staff and students also nice! Another things I love about this center is easy to access from public transport (KLCC LRT Station). Definitely will recommend to my friends to study language here especially English course!

This institute is not cooperative, and not all the teachers are good.
Their level placement is unprofessional.
I’m a student there and my experience has been bad.

There are also many management issues, and they don’t pay the teachers their salaries.

相对于周边的几个机构，个人觉得bright 是比较不错的！首先没有中国学生扎堆，语言环境相对较好！老师也专业，环境比较好。尤其是彭老师非常尽责尽职！

在bright学习了三个半月，一段难忘而又多彩的经历，英语的实际应用能力得到很大提升。交了很多外国朋友，也遇到了很多负责任的老师，热爱中国，经常聊中国食物和文化。几天后即将离开，充满了不舍与留恋，满满地回忆，希望bright越来越好，老师和同学们一切顺利，best wish。

I studied at this school for 7 months, and it was truly one of the best times of my life. Malaysia impressed me with its climate, culture, people, and atmosphere, and the school became a real home away from home. The teachers here are amazing and genuinely care about every student.

I studied at Bright School and would like to leave a detailed review, hoping it will help future students and encourage the school to improve in certain areas.

Strengths:
One of the biggest advantages of the school is the quality of teaching in Writing, Reading, and Speaking. The lessons in these areas were well-structured, engaging, and supported by clear feedback from the teachers. I personally saw real progress, especially in Writing — I finally understood how to structure essays and express ideas clearly. Speaking classes were also very motivating. Teachers encouraged active participation and created a supportive environment to build confidence. I’m really grateful for that.

Weaknesses:
Unfortunately, Grammar and Listening were noticeably weaker. Grammar classes mostly followed the textbook with little explanation or additional practice. There were no interactive exercises or real-life examples to make the rules easier to understand. As for Listening, we had very limited exposure to audio materials, and the practice we did have was not sufficient for real improvement. Because of this, neither I nor most of my classmates saw any real progress in these areas.

Final thoughts:
I believe the school has potential, but it needs to provide a more balanced approach to all language skills. Since students invest time and money in their studies, they deserve consistent quality across all areas — not just the stronger ones

Recently I have studied for 1 month at Bright LC. I had the privilege of learning Reading and Writing with Miss Fouzia, and she is truly one of the best teachers I have ever had. She explains lessons very clearly, makes learning enjoyable, and always supports her students with patience and kindness. Her teaching style helped me improve a lot in a short time. It’s rare to find a teacher so dedicated and passionate about her students’ success. I’m very grateful for her hard work and highly recommend her as an excellent educator.

Studying English at Bright Language Center is totally recommended, I learned a lot at Bright, an environment of different nationalities and cultures, which allowed me to made relationships with students from different countries and excellent education with professional teachers, which allowed me to learn the language quickly. They are always welcoming and provide any help they can. In terms of reading classes, I learned a lot and improved noticeably and quickly. The speaking class was the best class for me, but its time was short. I hope it will increase in the future, but overall I enjoyed studying at Bright and it was an unforgettable experience for me.

أنصح بدراسة اللغة في معهد برايت، تعلمت كثير في برايت بيئة من مختلفة الجنسيات و الثقافات مما سمح لي بتكوين علاقات مع طلاب من مختلف البلدان و تعليم متميز مع معلمين محترفين مما سمح لي بتعلم اللغة بسرعة كبيره و دائما مرحبين و يقدمون اي مساعدة يقدرون عليها ، من ناحية الحصص القراءة تعلمت فيها الكثير وتحسنت بسرعة ملحوظة و حصة المحادثة كانت افضل حصة لي لكن وقتها كان قصير اتمنى ان يزيد في المستقبل لكن عموما استمتعت بالدراسة في برايت وكانت تجربة لاتنسى بالنسبة لي.

Я прошла обучение в Bright School и хотела бы выразить благодарность за организацию и отличный опыт. Одним из сильных сторон однозначно является качество преподавания Writing, Reading- преподаватель Miss Rasigha. Уроки по этим предметам были хорошо структурированы. Я лично заметила реальный прогресс, особенно в письме — как структурировать эссе и последовательно выражать свои мысли. Я очень благодарна и советую данную школу для изучения языка.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this school. The management is terrible and seems completely disorganized. There are no air conditioners in the classrooms, making it extremely uncomfortable to study, especially during hot weather. On top of that, there are no refunds offered if you choose to not go there no more, which feels very unfair. The teachers themselves are not professional and they often seem to not care about the class schedule which will waste your time. I would not recommend this school to anyone.save your money and go to a different school. THEY WONT EVER GIVE YOU REFUND!!!
